The place is great. They cant find what your pet needs they will find it there are a few really good knowledgeable people in the store

All of the employees were wicked friendly and very nice, very learned about any question you had... They seem to really care and pay attention to all your needs and every question! While they have a very good selection, they seem to experience shortages in some brands periodically. Its likely due to the broader supply chain issues happen globally, but still, you may want to check online before heading to the store. Otherwise, great store.

As a former Petco customer I can say, Im so glad I made the switch. I get my dogs nails trimmed and buffed here. They always answer the phone unlike the competitor. Always a great job and they make my big shy 80 pound Pitbull mix baby feel welcome. Thank you.

This store is great! I always shop at one particular chain store but happened to stop in PetSmart. They had several varieties of pet supplies. It was well stocked and the staff were helpful & friendly. It was also clean. Definitely going to start shopping there!

Great store except always only one cashier on when I try to go quickly on my lunch break. Have had to put things back because I ran out of time.

Didnt have the filters I needed for the fish tank they only sell there. Took a week

This is a nice store with awesome employees. When I walked in the door there was a nice gentleman who greeted me! I had employees check to see if I needed help. The store layout was good and signage made It easy to find the departments. It was organized, clean and neat.

They usually have anything I need and seem to usually have sales going on or atleast decent competitive pricing. The staff is also great and extremely helpful and quick to answer questions.

Pricing is great and way cheaper than most pet stores in the area. And Kayley had amazing customer service and price matched everything for us and then let us hold the baby bearded dragons be abuse we were so in love. Definitely found my new pet store !

This is my Petsmart. The store is always clean, the staff is always friendly and helpful, and they keep a wide selection of food for my pets in stock. The groomer is also very friendly! I shop lots of pet stores, but for the everyday upkeep, feeding and care for my pets, this is the place.

Thats $30 to get her nails done they didnt do their nails at all really disappointed could have washed your at home I do that anyway wont be coming again

I paid 70 dollars for a hair cut on my 9month golden retriever and they had told me 4 hours to finish her and they called me within 2 hours. When I picked my dog up she was so uneven in the hair cut it was terrible. I had to go in myself and even her fur out. Also she had clipped the nails and it was like she didnt file them at all because little shards of my pups nails were hanging and I know that must not be right. Never again will I spent my money here, clearly they dont take full pride in the work. Also had me pay before I got to see the work that was done.

Way before PetSmart there was a record store here. It was awesome. I remember one time I was listening to WBCNs Heavy Metal from Hell (Midnight on Sundays, had to listen under the covers so my folks wouldnt hear) and they announced the new Metallica album was coming out the next day. This wouldve been Master of Puppets, so obviously before they started the long slide into suckdom (RIP Cliff. We still miss you). Well the next day I got out of school, jumped on my Schwinn Predator, and rode across two towns to the record store to get the new album. Boy was I psyched. I go in- like Im the baddest mofo in 7th grade- and ask the guy for the new Metallica album. Pretty sure he didnt even look up when he said, Sorry.Wont have it until tomorrow. So I rode all the way home and had to wait until the next day and do it all again and the album was awesome and the record store was awesome and now its a PetSmart and I bet they dont even sell albums.

PetSmart is the best because they are the only place around that ive found has the case of 24 various flavors of Friskies CatCoctions. My cats are fussy and love this wet food.

I wish they had more flavors for Hills cat food (canned).
