I was extremely happy with the service I received from the moment I placed my call. The woman on the phone was very friendly and funny and we had a great conversation. I requested a specific technician for the job and she was more than happy to accommodate me. He showed up at my door right on time, I showed him where the yellow jacket nest was, and he took care of it in less than 10 minutes! 😄 I was just shocked at the price charged for that 10 minutes of service. My fault though, I never asked what it would cost me . . . . .

Came on time which was great however he spent a total of 5 minutes in the house. I pointed out where I believe the mice are coming from, he didn’t even look, told him about the bugs and he didn’t look just said they would spray 2 times a year. I explained to him that we put bait out to attract the mice to one location and it has not worked. He told me it would be $400 for him to place bait, where? He didn’t look so where would he place it? Oh and that $400 includes spraying outside for bugs. Absolutely ridiculous! Oh and he didn’t wear a mask, I’m immunocompromised so it would’ve been nice if he had worn one. Do not reccomend.
