You call the number listed under the PO you want to talk to and all you get is a recoded message. I wanted to talk to a human about an issue I have with the Plaistow, NH Post Office. A package I am waiting for was received there on the 17th of the month and here it is the 31st and it still hasn’t been delivered.

The new “Post Master” is by far one of the worse people I’ve ever encountered I believe her name is amber I Deff know her last name is rose, I’ve ran into numerous amounts of occasions to which she has been very unprofessional. I do not see her lasting much longer thank god

I just moved to Plaistow. I had a large package to return, and I pulled into the post office and parked in the handicap spot. As i got myself,my walker, and my package out of the car, an employee came right outside and offered to take my package inside for me and take care of it. I was so impressed, courtesy like that is hard to come by!!! Kudos to the Plaistow post office!

Its not just the USPS that I am giving 5 stars its also the USPS drivers. Everybody is helpful, knowledgable, and the service is simply outstanding. I am greeted with a smiling face at every visit to USPS and the drivers go the extra mile when theres a larger package making sure but I know its on the stuff. They ring the bell to let me know. Very very happy with the service I get from Plaistow New Hampshire USPS.

Go to Plaistow, so many reasons. There is no set time, they have not shown up for pick ups placed both online and calling. Forget putting the flag up, they just drive by at 40 mph! If they do show up they have: dropped packages in the street and left them, scanned them and they have fallen out the back on the way to the post office. They cant find a door bell that glows next the door handle and think youll hear a knock thru three doors. If they do show up youll get other peoples mail and dont expect your mail to be readable because if its raining it may be too wet. They either really suck or need drug testing - get a UPS BOX and drop off at another office like I did/do so you get what you pay for and you dont end up broke.

I have had my po box here for a while have always loved it and never had a problem

Better than the Methuen, Bradford, and Haverhill post offices.
