Scheduled a 9am pickup. Never showed, never called, never apologized. If you have somewhere to go don’t count on them to pick you up. Service is non existent and no one answered the phone the 5 Times I called to find out where my car was. Very disappointed in this service. Will never use again!!!!

I have used Diamante Limo several times in the past couple of years, once for my daughters wedding and few times for rides to the airport. Each and every time every driver was great and always have great converstaion with marc who drives me to the airport.
