As a Verizon Biz customer for over 15 years, I’ve never met anyone as patient and helpful as Ronnie. I had some issues with customer support via phone earlier in the week and stopped in the store to see who could help. Ronnie called me the next day and was so willing to help. We had to wait for a backend issue to clear, but he kept me updated on the progress. He even called me on his day off (and went in to the store on his day off) to keep me updated. Thanks to him, my company has our new phones and all is resolved. See Ronnie if you want to be treated with respect!

I was a US Cellular customer for 10 years. I was dead set that I would never leave them as my carrier. A few years ago I decided to just look at other options. Ronnie made it clear that Verizon was the place to be. He never pressured me into buying or signing anything. He made the options clear and left the decision up to me; which was a no brainer. Ronnie is very knowledgeable when it comes to any questions I have. I no longer live near this location but still travel to them to ensure I get the best customer service possible. Just last week I made the drive to get some questions answered about my plan.. Ronnie is always willing to help and always finds a solution for me. I left last week with a solution to all my concerns.. Hands down, some of the best customer service Ive ever seen.

From explaining the features on the IPHONE to switching over my photos and contacts. No issues whatsoever. James was very knowledgeable and extremely professional helping me switch from an ANDROID to this awesome IPHONE SE.Now I know why all my friends have this IPHONE SE and use Verizon network above all else, it’s the very best, no doubt about it either! Awesome experience as always with Ledio. I broke my S20 Ultra 5G and Decided to move up to an S21+. I was even able to add a tablet to my plan and kept my bill the same!

Ronnie gave me the best customer service I ever received from a Verizon related service provider. He clearly answered all of my technical questions. Additionally educated me about the functions of my IPhone and how to connect a speaker to it. He even created simplified solutions to more easily identify charging wires and an outdoor battery charger. I highly recommend his excellent service.
