As I scroll through some of the other reviews on here, I see that many other people experienced the same excellent service I did at this store.I called the store with a general question regarding Covid-19 policies and asked if I required an appointment. I spoke with Mark. Mark was very polite, professional, and helpful with my questions.Upon my arrival to the store was clean, neatly kept, and everything was marked appropriately so that the customer knew right where to go. I met Mark in person. He was, once again very helpful and courteous. He appeared to be outwardly friendly and professional. My Amazon return package was scanned, tagged, and taken all within 3-5 minutes.This was an excellent experience. A customer couldnt ask for a better shipping experience.

Was told there was a notary available. Stopped by 4 times at the times I was told there would be one available. No luck! Went to Plaistow Library instead

Rude and unacceptable. I walked in and Katherine was friendly enough, she said hello as I walked in. However, she was too busy playing with her music to help me right away. As I was standing there waiting for her to come help me with my return, the phone rang and she answered it right away and helped the customer on the phone. Patiently waiting I figured she would help me as soon as she hung up, but no she went right back to fixing her music. Once she found the song she was looking for she finally decided it was time to help me. Somehow my return cost two dollars even though my phone said it would be free. She explained it was because it was out of the box. I was confused I have returned a ton of things with out the box. She stated it was a two dollar charge so I took my card out to pay. I said there should be a notification or something that states it will be a charge for not having the box. To that she rudely retorted “well I don’t do the marketing” wow. I will not return to this location. Thanks for being rude!✌️

I brought an item (Carpet Cleaning Machine) that I had sold on Ebay into the UPS Store located in Plaistow, NH.I paid $129.69 for packaging and shipping. The item arrived at its destination damaged and was refused by the recipient . A damage claim was initiated by the recipient, and the item was picked UPS. The disposition of the claim, was that the item was not packaged properly and as such denied. The item was returned to the UPS store in Plaistow, NH. I as the seller had been in contact with the UPS store owner and was assured that I would be contacted as soon as the item arrived. The store failed to contact me as promised. When I called the store on the 28th I was I was told that a new claim had to be initiated by the store before I could have my item. I called UPS that same day and was told that the new claim had been initiated and resulted in a reversal of the origanal claim. I was still told that I could not have back my damaged item until UPS decided if the wished to keep the damaged item as compensation for the yet to be dispersed $100.00 minimum declared value. I was told this process could take several business days. It would appear that I as the owner of item had lost all claims of ownership and had no say in the disposition of the item damaged or otherwise.At this point, against E-bay advise and protocol (I was advised by E-bay not to issue a refund until I was in possesion of the item) I elected to refund the buyer. At this point I am now out the sell price, the shipping and packaging cost and the item in question.

List Notary services on their signage, both inside and in the windows. After waiting in line for 10-15 minutes, I was told they no longer had a notary at this location.

Store hours are until 6:30pm on Wednesdays, they are locked up tight.
