The guy that owns the store is incredible very very nice super helpful I walked in there needing a gaming PC for my son whos computer had decided to stop working the day before and he was able to give us one that was way better than the one my son had at an extremely reasonable price and he hooked it up for us and put in the graphics card that we had for us. I will literally never go anywhere else for my computer needs.

Bought all the components for my monster computer build and had him build it for me. Showed up around 12:30 pm on a Saturday and he stayed late to finish it up and let me pick it up the same day. He Installed windows and updated all the drivers. Had it working beautifully. Price was also reasonable. He knows his stuff and does good work. He wasn’t sure if my motherboard would recognize my processor without an update. To update the motherboard u need a processor that is recognized for it to actually boot up. So he threw his own spare components on my motherboard with my processor in it Before I left him to build it. All was good. Took him about 15 min to make sure it would boot. He assembled all my components and saved all the packaging for me. Based on my experience I can Definitely recommend him for any custom build work! Plaistow custom pc Delivered as expected.

Called up and was able to drop off my laptop same day, within a couple minutes of being there we had a game plan and figured out was was going on with my laptop. Dropped it off and was able to get it Back four days later, couldn’t be happier, he’s super nice and knows what’s up. Highly recommend.

Plaistow Custom PC has serviced my computers for many years. Ive found their work to be of the highest standard and the fees exceptionally reasonable. Also, Richard (owner) has always been willing to put in the time to explain something to me and do whatever diagnosis is needed to pin down the cause of the issue Im having. In my opinion theres no better computer repair service in this area. In addition to repairs, they sell refurbished laptops and computers and they build custom machines. They also stand behind their work.

I emailed Plaistow Custom PC on a Sunday when my new PC build was not working. I heard back very quickly on a day they were not open with quick and knowledgeable advice. I didnt even have to come in and they were able to diagnose and help me fix the issue. If something else comes up I will 100% ask them for advice or take my machine to them.

I will definitely be coming to this store again (if my PC has more issues). I tried to upgrade my PSU,CPU, and GPU by myself but it wouldn’t boot. I brought it to Richard and he was extremely helpful and he got it in perfect condition. He was the only store that even gave advice over the phone before I had been to his store. He genuinely wanted to help and I couldn’t recommend him and his shop more.

My name is Tim and i reside here in the western part of South Dakota. I started gaming about 11 years ago. I have had many computers but alas, none that could play the high end games out there. I met Richard through gaming... and have known him many years... I asked him awhile back if he would be interested in building me a new system... And finally here the last part of Dec. I called him.... I gave him my budget, and he went through the parts with a fine tooth comb with me... In every aspect of the build as the parts came in, i was sent pics of the build... Richard called me when it was done... And gave me the tracking number so i could sit in torture at the front door.... Hee Hee... But the best part was just knowing someone was looking out for me.... I was looking to buy a new laptop computer and received minimal assistance from Plaistow Custom PC. However, I highly recommend Apex Computers in south Nashua. They were VERY responsive and VERY helpful, unlike Plaistow Custom PC. It is too bad that the Plaistow PC owner has such a faulty memory that he forgets interactions with potential customers. Maybe if the owner advertised better or communicated better over the phone, people would not get the misconception that he actually sells computers.

Normally I dont review anyone, but I have had several dealings with Plaistow Custom PC, and have nothing but fantastic service. This included replacing a laptop keyboard that had gotten wet; getting a pair of speakers on a minutes notice for a project in NY; as well as purchasing a refurbished Dell laptop. The laptop is fantastic and the price was great.Very knowledgeable, and will be my go to shop for all future PC needs.

I went in to have my gaming PC serviced and ask about some potential upgrades. Richard worked with me and we settled on upgrading my hard drive only to an M.2 drive. The total turn around time was about 3 days. Very fast!My PC is one that is primarily used for gaming and at no time did Richard try to up sell me a product that I didnt need, I really appreciated that.In the future I will be taking my computer to him to have him install a new graphics card and a variety of other features.

Ive known Richard for several years now. Recently I needed a custom pc and went to him. I knew he did quality reliable work. Richard will build you a computer with quality parts and you will get the best pc possible staying inside your budget. His computers give you a future expansion margin. Many of the off the shelf computers in the stores have power supplies and parts that are on the line of being just enough then if you add anything you have exceeded the ratings of the machine. Not so with Richard. You will have a safety margin and expandability with his machines. If you have custom features that you want he will go out of his way to work with you and give you the machine that you want. I know several of his customers personally and they have had the same service here.

First time building a pc tower setup, and after several failed attempts to even power, took my sad pc down to the shop. Richard is awesome! We walked in with a business computer that we desperately needed the client files off of the same day and our main computer would not boot up. Within an hour of walking in, we were on our way with the means to access all our files and everything that we needed. The same evening we got a call saying that our computer was up and running, ready to be picked up in the morning. We are up and running! Couldn’t have asked for better service! After being to other local computer places that couldn’t even be bothered to take a look or even give any sort of time frame, we are entirely satified and surely will be returning if we ever have any more issues. 👍🏼
