Bought a vehicle from them some years ago. I realized I had never written them a review. Macs Auto World is the best auto dealer I have ever had the privilege of purchasing from. Alan is GREAT guy and he worked with me not against me. Which is huge in the sales world. I highly recommend Macs Auto world to any one who asks me about getting a vehicle!

I purchased a used CR-Z coupe here and have had it for about 5 months now. The buying experience was nothing like some other car dealerships. It was very straight forward, there was nothing sleezy about it like some used car dealerships, and I walked away pleased instead of drained. I am taking away one star because the car needed brakes all around when I bought the car, and that is something they should have fixed before even selling the car. I noticed the front brakes needed replacing about a month after buying the car and they replaced them for no charge. I didnt notice the rear brakes until a few months later and just had them replaced on my own. Otherwise the car is in great shape and it was a very pleasurable buying experience.

Macs Auto World was great when purchasing a car. We would recommend using them. However, dont invest in Cars Protection Plus for a warranty. What they cover is pretty pathetic. They only covered $113 out of a $406 bill... which basically means they only paid $13 since there was a $100 deductible. When speaking with them on the phone, they would cover less than an hour of a 3 hour job.

We bought a Honda Odyssey at Macs Auto World in July 2018. A year later and the car is still working great and running smoothly. A few small issues, but nothing major or mechanical. They were so very helpful showing us the different Odysseys, explaining the features, and giving general information that led us to realize what we needed and wanted. Both Chris and Alan were great to work with. They were upfront about any little issues it had, and they did not pressure us to buy, which Im very sensitive to. Overall, a really perfect buying experience and we were thrilled. Thank you!

I was really interested in a car there and met with Chris for a test drive. He was on his own trying to get work done and made sure to make time for me. The car looked great, but had an issue I was concerned about. He did his best to research and fix the issue, but was unable to resolve it. I had told him Id be looking for another car today. I did, and found what I was looking for elsewhere. However, I wanted to comment in reviews about the great customer service. Chris left a great impression. I feel like he genuinely wants to offer a fair deal and is very responsive to the concerns of the customer. So although it didnt work out this time, based on my experience, Id definitely go back. I have a Honda, and they work on them there, the shop was really clean and Ill definitely try them out at some point in future!

Great place to buy a used car. I worked with Chris here at Macs. These are nice used cars. More importantly, I feel that if an issue arises within a respective time frame of purchase, within a few days, They will stand behind their vehicles, and repair if needed. This is the one, and only part of buying a used car in my eyes that really matters. Simply put, I now have found a place that I will refer anyone to, for buying, and servicing.

I highly recommend Macs auto world. I bought a white Honda Civic coupe there that I absolutely love. Its my first car and it drives perfectly. Alan is really nice and made sure the car was perfect before I took it home. They are very genuine.

Bought an Audi from here a few days ago and the experience was quite pleasant.Alan is a good guy and is super genuine. I was hassling him with TONS of questions for days about the car and he was glad to answer all of them. He was happy to let me take it to my mechanic before buying, and the purchasing process was nothing short of purely professional.I would recommend using Macs.

We were searching on Craigs List for a safe reliable car for our twins boys. We came across an ad from Macs Auto World (not knowing I was dealing with a business). Contacted via text on a SUV that was listed. Alan was very kind and honest and answered all of my questions promptly. My husband went to look at the vehicle before my son and I got there. It was everything the ad said it was. The pictures were perfect! The vehicle was clean. The shop was immaculate and his personality was wonderful!! Buying a car is always an adventure. Macs Auto World were in the adventure with us. Cant complain. They were very nice and willing to work with us. So far I can say were very pleased with how things went.

I would rate an infinite amount of stars if I could. It wasnt like buying a car, it was like visiting with a friend that is down-to-earth and has immense integrity and ethics. Someone who has vast knowledge and care for not only the vehicles but the customers. Allen went out of his way personally to help me get a vehicle and the vehicles are so well maintained they really have pride yet are humble, efficient, comfortable, knowledgeable, honest, I just cant say enough. I will go back here for every maintenance need, and if Im passing by just drop in and say hello. You just dont find this kind of down to earth honest business these days. Well I found it here.

My husband and I called about this 2002 Honda Civic they had for sale. Chris the sales guy Was great on the phone telling me he keep me in the loop because somebody was actually test driving the car if they didn’t want the car he would contact me back. Then contacted me back and said that the car was still available I explain to him that we would be there in an hour and 20 minutes. I told him we were definitely interested in the car he said OK if he gets any more inquiries he would ask for $100 deposit I said that was fine.Chris called me back saying that he can’t put the sticker on the car until he puts two new tires and that his tire place didn’t have the tires in stock and that he could have them in on Tuesday and have them put on and we could pick up the vehicle on Wednesday. We asked if he could put four tires and we would pay for the back two tires so all four tires would be the same he said yes that is fine. Chris called me at 7:45 this morning Tuesday morning and says that he hast to give the card to his ex-wife because hers blew up in his funds are short so now we are not able to purchase the car because he needs the car. That is not how you do business we were going down there Wednesday to pick up that car that he said was ours

While Adam and his Dad, seem like nice people, you need to be careful and go over the car in great detail. My daughter just bought a car, and while it appeared nice, we found out that there was a dime sized chip in windshield, wiper fluid reservoir was frozen solid, tail light was out, small chirp in brakes, a crack in the front bumper, and now less than a week old and the SRS light comes on. Too late to bring back as already registered. Right now Im feeling like I got taken! Not happy!! Tread carefully.

I purchased a beautiful, silver 2013 Honda Accord EX-L from here in late December 2018 and I have to say honestly, this is the first car buying experience I’ve ever had where I haven’t felt like I’ve been (forgive the pun) taken for a ride somehow when I was done!  I quickly learned why Mac’s Auto World has been in business for 30 years, continues to receive all these positive reviews from multiple online sites, and why their customers keep coming back!  For starters, they’re a dealership who’s family-owned, knowledgeable, friendly, straight-forward, and pressure-free.  They offer great customer service by real people who actually take pride in what they sell.  Alan and Chris will take the time to patiently and quickly answer any and all questions you may have (and I had a bunch, believe me), try and save you money by finding the best financing and/or warranty coverage that fits your needs and budget, and truly want you to leave completely satisfied.  Additionally, their cars are fairly priced, and serviced and detailed to perfection onsite.  I’m very happy with my purchase and my experience and will absolutely be going back for future purchases as well as service!   If you’re in the market for a quality used car from a dealer with integrity, do yourself a favor and make the time to check these guys out!

My wife and I were looking for a reliable used SUV to handle a slippery winter dirt road, and Alan Chambers worked very amicably with us to help us decide between two similar 2008/2009 Honda CR-Vs. He took time to answer all our questions and never pressured us one way or the other, which was refreshing! (We had looked at quite a few other used vehicles previously to our visit to Macs.) Alan was candid with us about what he could and could not do regarding pricing; our research showed that his asking price was below FMV and very reasonable, if the car was all it was purported to be.We finally decided to buy one of the two cars, and drove it away that same afternoon without any haggling.When we went to have the car reviewed/inspected by our own mechanic, we did discover a minor mechanical problem, but Alan and his Dad stood behind the required repair and reimbursed us for the out-of-pocket expense we had to front.So we are satisfied with Macs Auto World, and we love driving this AWD in the snow this winter of 2018.
