I waited weeks for a certain part for my car my first call to them and a ride to them and I now have the part. They have the parts no one else does. They also provided me with a receipt and a warranty

0/5 stars. Went there for a oil pan on a bmw e46. Guy came out with a transmission pan from the car, luckily my son is in the automotive industry and knew better. Called prior to going there to confirm they had the part and was told they did. Obviously didn’t double check. Wasted a 2 hour drive. Horrible customer service and overpriced.

Bought a gas tank for a 2004 Nissan. Tank was in great shape and was the only used one I could find. Unfortunately after I put it in, the plastic inside the tank was broken. It was hard to tell without having fuel in the tank. Months later I returned the tank with no questions asked. My shop is in Manchester NH and they deliver which is great. I will continue buying parts from here due to the professionalism and courtesy of the employees.

I had a hard time finding new rims for my 05 Ford Explorer. All the prices online were more than I wanted to spend. Speaking to Tony and Eric they researched it out and found new rims at a price that was better then anything I found online and pretty close to what I wanted to spend. When checking out Eric clearly explained the warranty and return process. I had them installed today with no slippage. Thanks guys. Hope not to see you soon, nothing personal. :)

Not sure about a solid review yet.I traveled 2 hrs to get there, I spent $900on a used engine . I wasn’t able to load it in my car so I made arrangements with Mike.Real nice guy and he informed me on a convenient pickup time on the weekend.

This is anthony w again wont let me respond again. Clearly in july I wouldnt have known the gears were wrong ratio since you dont use 4wd in july mostly....and yes vins are great and all, but a PROFESSIONAL auto parts place would have spun the tire to check the ratio or taken the cover off. The truck now runs flawless with a new axle from turnpike auto. Thanks for nothing!

Good place with lots of Honda & Toyotas, some euro stuff too, but a bit more limited. Barely any Subarus though. Just dont use the J word in there ;)

This place is great. Plenty of stock, good folks behind the counter, and well organized. Pointed me in the right direction to the car I needed, and I pulled the part out myself. 1/10th the price of getting it on-line (mirror switch for an Audi A6). Plus they have a lifetime warranty on parts. Great resource to save yourself some $$ on DIY repairs.

Sold me wrong gear ratio rear end. After I asked 10 times what ratio it was. Now after installing in the vehicle 4wd not useable in the middle of winter. Big oversight on there part...0 stars

Horrible customer service, unless your over paying. Brandy brow and there employees are dirty and have no regard for for humanity, the only concern they have is getting the extra red cent from you. But... there is a way to slash there prices. Have an attractive woman go pick your parts up. They are wicked Pervs as well. And please! Dont be fooled by the other fake reviewsthat the management and their families create. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

Brandy Brow Auto Parts need to take a course in manners and customer relationship. Will not do business with ever again. swearing and cussing is unacceptable. I have Been in the salvage yard business and building cars for over 40 years and helped install and put together the software for auto parts Never experienced the rudeness that I received from them.I asked if they knew if they had a carbonated chevy v8 engine. Professionalism, not your best quality at all .. Anyone that knows automotive and the software knows the interchange w/o looking it up..

I have call all the local used auto part and they were giving us really low price for our car as well as giving us a hard time picking it up. But this place was striaght to the point and gave us a good amount for our car. Scott the pick up driver was very on point. He came look in and out of the car and got the old car out of our hand. Customer service absolutely dicing SUCKS NEVER AGAIN !! . . . They give you a date as too when they are able to go and pick up youre vehicle. . . Show up a day early with out a notice while youre at work . . . Dont show up on the date expected then, show up a day later call you at 8:00am with a poor attitude! ! . . . Soeaking to me however he felt like as if he just caught his girl cheating on him to say the least . . . Luckily he wasnt in front me, so help me god i would have gone to jail !!! . . . NEVER AGAIN

My first stop for used auto parts at great prices.They have a large selection of new and older cars & trucks, including Volvo cars.They let you remove small parts off the cars, just be sure to give the vehicle number when you pay for the parts. :-)

Very greedy people they think people are fools !! On the phone they asked $155.00 for a vw Passat radiator support and fan assembly and I reached there office they say it was miscommunication and it costs $220.00 !Probably racists by seeing the face they fix the price I believe !!!In other places it’s just $130.00 !!Asking price of a new one then why should people go to junk stuffs !!Better they should have common sense and basic knowledge!!They think they can take out money on junk car like a brand new car !!

Ive been going to brandy brow since june 1988 and over the years ive seen staff come and go and bottom line words i have always lived my life by actions speak louder than words! that said they have always had what i needed from an engine to an electic window switch and have always gave me exceptional customer service im going in today in pouring rain to get some tires for my car and wifes car cus cant afford new ones and im sure mike will take good care of me

As a client they spoke to me very badly just because a mistake by of one their employees, I preferred to be calm, even they having the parts I retired and looked for what I needed in another place.
