Top-notch service with everything from an oil change to replacing a transmission. Ive had a few odd issues with my Ram, and theyve been able to fix it no matter how impossible or unique it has seemed. Over all I had a great experience. All paper work was fast. Employees were friendly and patient. Even after purchasing the Jeep I was able to contact them if I had issues. They could have easily ignored me or not helped because I had already bought the Jeep and it was out of there hands, but instead they happily helped fix small things to make sure the Jeep was perfect. I’m still just as happy as the day I bought it!

I recently purchased a 2015 Silverado 2500HD from this place. I was between jobs and I wanted to purchase this vehicle prior to starting my new position. My employment situation, combined with not having had a car loan in almost 4 years made me a less than perfect credit applicant. Patrick worked to get me approved when others could not and we came to an agreement that got me into the truck for terms that worked. I bought a 99 Ford Ranger from the owner, Henry, a few weeks ago. All together, I had a great experience dealing with Corey Motors. Henry was straight forward and honest about the vehicle history, which made everything very easy and comfortable. This dealership has a very laid back atmosphere. A coolant leak developed on the truck, and as soon as it did, I notified Henry and he and his mechanics took care of it. Did not have to pay for labor or the new heater core, thermostat, or coolant to fix the leak. Would recommend for any friends or family. - Update two years later.. I was told upon purchase the head gaskets were done within the past few months. Turns out that was complete BS. The head gaskets blew and upon inspection from a local mechanic, the head gaskets were NOT done recently and it looked like the thermostat they put in was tampered with to stay open, along with the heater core being by-passed, all to cover up the symptoms of a failing head gasket. Paid $3100, head gasket replacements estimated at $1350. Thanks a lot, Corey Motors!

We bought a subaru with over 150 miles from Corey Motors, a bit nervous because I know how many issues buying used with that high mileage brings. But these guys are the real deal, issues did come up right away and they took care of everything, with success. So far so good....Great and honest customer service.

It all started off well. Got a great looking truck at a great price. Immediate issues, engine, AC. Patrick stood behind it immediately. Brought it back 3x. Patrick washed his hands of it. Said deal with the owner. Did that 3x more. Finally he says bring it to a local shop, have them contact me. Seeing I can’t figure it out. I’ll handle it, well I bring it by my neighborhood shop. They’ve seen it, tested a few things to make sure. Call the owner. Immediately ignored. I tried to call dozens of times. Texting. Never heard back. Had to pay for the diagnosis myself. Couldn’t afford the $1200 quote. So still acts up, never mind the ac went out for the third time in 4 months. The way they acted for the first few months I would’ve recommended anyone there. After that they ruined it to men.

My husband and I were out shopping for a used Jeep Grand Cherokee and decided on a whim to check out Corey Motors on our way home. It was after 5pm on a Saturday evening, so we didnt expect anyone to be at the dealership but Henry Corey was there late and he let us test drive the exact Jeep that I had been searching for all over New England. I was also impressed that Corey Motors offered a 3 months warranty - how many used car dealers do that?! I loved the Jeep and put down a deposit that evening. Instead of doing a trade, Henry encouraged me to try to sell my car on my own the following week while the Jeep was being serviced and gave me excellent tips on how to sell quickly via Craigslist. 2 days later, I sold my car and had extra cash from the sale. We met with Henry on the following Sunday to complete the sale and pickup the Jeep. The entire process was so quick and effortless - I really enjoyed doing business with Henry and I never felt pressured. Henry bent over backwards to accommodate our crazy schedule which we appreciate. I am delighted to recommend Corey Motors to anyone looking for a quality used vehicle.

My wife and I were looking for an SUV. We went to another dealership, had a very bad experience, found Corey Motors, and saw an SUV that we both liked. I called and talked to Seth about it. Said ill buy it if its good. He told me he wouldnt want to sell me anything without me coming to see it. I cant tell you how nice it was that when I got there I wasnt attacked by swarming salespeople. He gave me the keys and said let me know what you think. The Tahoe that I looked at was on the older side but in great shape. Seth pointed out a few things that were on the older end and might need to be replaced. When we went to go pick it up, they had ALL been replaced with brand new Chevy parts. down to some very small non important things. I was shocked. The next day I took it to my mechanic, and he put it on the lift, he was amazed at everything that Corey motors fixed. He said these are really upstanding honest people. The owner Patrick was there the day we signed the papers and took it home. He was extremely nice and answered any and all questions we had. Even staying after hours to make sure we were happy with our purchase. I can tell you how happy I am to have found this place. They are honest and stick by what they say they will do. Bought a truck there roughly a year ago and its been nothing but problems. Just over a month into owning it it threw a connecting rod through the oil pan. The whole front end was junk when I bought it, but of course they offer no warranty even when you spend 10k. On top of it all the older guy is a know it all douche, though the 2 younger guys I interacted with there were nice. If thinking of buying anything there definitely have it looked over completely, bring a jack with you to check out the front end cause they sure as hell wont be honest about it.

One Star.★Hi, I bought the black 05 Silverado on Wednesday June 1. I drove it home and parked it for a couple days. When I ran it again I noticed that the hood flutters so it needs a new latch. One of the daytime running lights is out. And it appears that there might be a small hole in the gas tank as when I filled it up there was some gas on the ground. The 4wd does not work. The AC does not work and the blowers dont work unless it is set to the highest setting. And many of the lights in the dash are out. And the check engine light is on!It was inspected when I bought it, many of these things should have failed it. Im concerned that your mechanic passed this truck and I am not comfortable driving it this way.I dont particularly want to drive it two hours south to get this all taken care of. My suggestion is to have my local and trusted mechanic go through it and fix what needs to be fixed and have you settle up with him.My Google review will reflect the issues with the truck and the fact that it supposedly passed inspection. When the problems are solved, I will alter the review.Thanks!

Bought a 99 Jeep Cherokee from Corey motors a week ago. Knowing it needed a little work (rear leaf spring shackles). A week later its leaking antifreeze and power steering fluid. I took it to my local mechanic and after a inspection was told ball joints on left side need to be replaced. I guess it is what it is after spending all day looking at vehicles the last stop was Corey motors. Didnt have a ton of money to spend They were willing to work with me a little and got to drive it home the same day. I understand the jeep is 17 years old and was expecting to have repairs. I just hope it last me awhile with no major issues. I would go back to purchase again super friendly and easy to deal with.

When we first walked in to inquire about a truck we heard Henry on the phone arguing with a customer while there was a couple customers waiting. We had to wait over twenty minutes to talk to someone.We then meet Henry, we told him we would like to see the truck, he handed us the keys and told us to go look at it and come back if we wanted to test drive it. We came back expecting to be able to talk to him about the truck and ask if we could go for a test drive. He didnt want to listen to us, he gave us a dealer plate and told us to take it for a ride. At this point we shouldve walked away, but the truck was in very good shape and the price was appealing.The truck was on empty, so we couldnt drive it too far, probably to not let the engine light come on, but we didnt think of it that way. When we came back we had questions and concerns which Henry quickly tried to get away with saying he will fix all of them.We agreed to a price and trusted him, we gave him a deposit and waited for his call on Monday. We heard from him, the truck was ready to be picked up. We asked on the phone if we could get 20 days plates to which someone there agreed to saying no problem.So we get there to pick up the truck, come to find out Henry wants to charge us $500 to put a sticker and 20 day plates, out of no where. We thankfully convinced him to let us borrow a dealer plate and return it that night so we could take the truck home.The lady in the shop made us sign a bunch of paperwork. Barely no explanations given to any of them, as if they were trying to hide something. I kept asking questions and all I got were short yes or no answers. I asked for the 3 month warranty that we had been told we would get, and once again Henry denied telling us that, but we got it.Driving home the check engine came on for an O2 sensor, all the rear lights were screwed up because the wires had been cut and messed with. The AC wont work, and it will not go on 4WD. None of which was disclosed to us upon purchase. Reading in detail all of the documents we found out they hide in there a document saying the vehicle wont pass OBD II/ emissions.This dealer sells vehicles under false advertisement. This truck was advertised as it will pass inspection and no issues. This truck wouldnt pass inspection as we picked it up, hence why he wanted to charge us $500 for a sticker. The truck is still worth going through all of this but this dealer is no good.When you call they tell you one thing, when you get there they say the total opposite, all lies to make a sale.Very disappointed, do not recommend this place to anyone. I truly hope things change in the management of this dealer, otherwise they may lose more customers.

We recently purchased an 03 Silverado 2500HD. On our test drive and our mechanics look over, there were a few things wrong with it - like the passenger window didnt roll up from the passenger control, the fan blower only worked on 5, etc. Nothing major, but when we pointed them out, they very nicely fixed all the things that our mechanic pointed out without charging. They were very pleasant, friendly, and nicely let us take it to our mechanic over an hour away for the entire day. Would definitely recommend.

I read some of the reviews on here before purchasing my 05 Chevy suburban and ALMOST didnt finalize the deal because of these reviews. This IS NOT a buyer beware. I had an awesome experience with Patrick and Dave. There were a few minor issues with my vehicle that he fixed without hesitation. Even gased us up before we left to head back to MASS. Dont listen to the other reviews. It rare to find such customer service this day in age.

I recently purchased a 2005 Ford F250 with the 6.0L turbo diesel engine from Corey Motors. I run a small, but quickly growing landscaping company out of Sudbury MA. I was looking to add another vehicle to the fleet when I came across one of their Craigslist posts. I called up Patrick and asked to see it. I drove up that afternoon and he had the truck waiting outside when I got their. Patrick is a really good guy. This is my first diesel truck and he walked me through all of the basics, what to watch out for and the steps to take in order to maintain it. Patrick was exceedingly helpful and very knowledgable. They guaranteed it would pass Mass state inspection and when it failed for a ball joint and tie rod, Patrick booked me the same day to come up and have it fixed at no cost to me. The fact that the diesel mechanic at Ford told me thats a f***ing nice truck for the year goes to show how much effort Corey Motors goes to in order to sell great trucks. I would highly recommend them to anyone in the market for a new truck! Patrick was easy to work with and worked around my busy schedule to get me the truck. Corey Motors has given me outstanding service in the midst of the most demanding of circumstances.I’m from Colorado, but I wanted to purchase a Subaru Impreza and they’re incredibly overpriced here. I found Corey Motors via a nationwide search and found an outstandingly low-priced 2009 Impreza Outback Sport with less than 130,000 miles on it. It was the best price I could find nationwide on this year / make / model, so, I called and asked if they would have it inspected by a Subaru Dealership. Patrick gladly obliged my request and drove it to a dealership that evening. The dealership informed me of a handful of minor issues that Patrick assured me would be fixed before I picked up the car. Excited, I paid a deposit and booked my flight for a couple weeks out.Supposedly, I was planned to take a Friday night red-eye flight so we could take care of paperwork on Saturday morning, but I discovered Friday morning (being the bonehead that I am) that my flight had actually been booked for Saturday night to arrive on Sunday morning. Panicked, I called Patrick to see if there’s any way he would be willing to sell a car to me on a Sunday given the circumstances. Patrick said that they would find a way to make it work, whether or not it would be him at the dealership. Huge load of stress of my back as I couldn’t afford more time off of work.I arrived in Boston on Sunday morning and took public transit to Plaistow, NH. Henry Corey, the owner, was kind enough to actually give me a ride to the dealership. I looked over the car, gave my final approval, and we took care of paperwork in less than 10 minutes. I started my drive back to Colorado happy as a clam.A few hours into my drive, however, I started to notice that my heat wasn’t working very well. It was the beginning of January, and it was seriously cold out, so I was a little bit pissed off. Though, I called Henry that day and he assured me that the car was under warranty by CARS Protection Plus and that if the problem persisted he would try to find a reasonable solution for me.The next morning, the problem wasn’t fixed, so, I took the car to a Subaru dealership in Scranton. Their service department informed me that someone had seemingly poured a dangerous amount of additive into the coolant reservoir to try and seal up some leaks and it had caused some serious damage, which was likely the reason for my heat problem. They told me I wouldn’t make it back to Colorado unless they flushed things out and replaced my head gaskets. The repair would cost $1170, and they told me it was vital for the life of the vehicle. The warranty that was issued to me by Corey Motors was limited and did not include repair work for head gaskets.Frustrated, I called Henry and gave him the news, and he was reasonably suspicious of the claims they were making, as we had just put the car through a thorough inspection from another Subaru dealership. The dealership in Scranton informed me that this damage was hidden and internal, and would likely not surface from a typical safety inspection. Henry didn’t give me a guarantee right then, but he told me he would crunch some numbers and would get back to me. About 15 minutes later, he called me back and told me he realized I was in a pretty big bind and that he would cover the repair for me in full! I gave them the go ahead, and the rest of my trip was smooth, the car drove great, and I was, once again, happy as a clam.Henry Corey gave me the best of service when I was hours away and the car was already sold. I found out later that he only made $800 on the car in the first place, meaning he paid $370 out of pocket for my expenses! His main concern was that I was happy in the end.” I couldn’t be a more satisfied customer. While I can’t guarantee that Henry will fix your car for you well after you sign on the dotted line, I can say with confidence that you probably won’t find anyone else in New England who will take better care of you.I highly recommend Corey Motors to anyone looking to purchase a used car without the worry of being ripped off.

I recently purchased a BMW from corey motors. When arriving to the dealer for a test drive i was told the car had all new spark plugs. I should have known better than not to ask why coreymotors had to put all new spark plugs in it… but i was too distracted by looking over the rest of the car. Everything else looked pretty good on the car, no rust no abnormal wear. After driving the car home and cycling the key a few times, SES (check engine) light came on. Vehicle is misfiring, suffering from what seems to be a vacuum leak which is common for my car, but can be a nightmare to track down on a BMW. So here I am a couple weeks after purchase, the car just sitting in my driveway waiting for parts. Due to the fact coreymotors put all new spark plugs Im assuming to try and solve the misfire issue, meaning they were well aware the car had a problem and nothing was disclosed to me upon the purchase. What a poor experience. Clearly they pick these up from auction, drive it around the block, and if it rolls they sell it. Period. Buyer beware.

I was going to purchase a truck with a plow from them and the service was horrible. The truck had 4 different lights on the dash and they didnt seem concerned about getting it fixed, all they were concerned about was getting a new rear bumper put on it. Horrible vehicles and ill never purchase from them.
