As always, the best. I needed a new gas range and ordered it over the phone for the first time. I did all my research about the best models and found the one I wanted on their website. Barons prices remain very competitive.The salesperson, Tim, listened carefully, and made it easy. The oven was delivered in one week, at the beginning of the time window I was given. The delivery was quick and the 2 men taking out the old stove and bringing in the new one were professional. I have purchased at least 5 appliances from Barons over the last 20 years; some for our home and some for a rental property. Excellent products and service.

Well this day didnt start off the best. We woke up to discover that our refrigerator had died overnight! We went straight to Barrons Appliances in Plaistow. I think we were the first customers of the day. They were amazing! Before we left we stored food in neighbors refrigerator. They said that youll never get a refrigerator today. I’ve heard the advertisements and have seen the trucks on the highway but This is the first time I’ve purchased from Baron’s Appliance. I’m just a few words my experience has been superior. I have nothing bad to say. I went in with the intention of buying a dishwasher. I worked with Tim and was glad I did. I do not doubt all the sales people there are knowledgeable and he proved it. He told me everything I needed to know including his personal experiences with dishwashers. I ended up buying a Bosch 800 series and picked it up almost a week ago and I’m in love! My intention was just to buy the dishwasher but Tim and the rest of the staff I met, Sergai & Mike made me feel so comfortable I decided to order a double oven as well. When the oven arrived it wasn’t exactly what I had thought it was going to be. My fault, I had not done enough research. Barons had no problem refunding me the money until I decided on a new oven. Overall this store is fantastic. Everyone has gone above and beyond for me. Now my boyfriend will be purchasing 5 new appliances at Barons for his home. I highly recommend this store.

Shopped with Mike online. Was so discouraged with 3 other local appliance stores, with delivery waits of 6 months that never got better. I tried Barons online and ran into a problem which was promptly followed up by Mike Loiselle. Mike and I texted back and forth for less than 30 minutes, I found my new fridge and 3 days later its in my kitchen. Mike is awesome and the delivery man Luis was polite fast and efficient. Will not shop anywhere else for appliances. I got A+ service from Barons.

I bought a mattres from there Plaistow store payed to have my old mattres removed/ recycled ( payment of $30.00 ) i was at work so my girl freind was there to take delivery.The delivery guy a sub contrsctor for Barons told my girl freind that they dont touch or take old mattress and if i was told that i was lied to by the sales man. And that my girl freind would have to take the old mattress off the bed frame so a20 year old guy made my 50 year with a bad back take the old mattres off the bed frame so i called the store they sent up a Braons truck and picked. my old mattres The guys from barons were great. This is the second time Ive worked with Mike out of the Plaistow store and cant say enough about how accommodating and honest he was during our purchase of an appliance suite for our kitchen renovation. We knew that purchasing during the pandemic would present challenges given the supply chain issues and truly appreciate that Mike did not make promises he could not keep. Some of our friends had guaranteed delivery dates from other (larger) chains that just kept getting pushed out with no explanation or communication even on the expected delivery date. Its incredibly frustrating to not have certainty on essential purchases that youre planning to use everyday but it is made 100% easier when the people youre purchasing from have enough respect for you to be forthright about expected deliveries and consistently communicative.

We ordered a washer/dryer using the text ordering platform. The sales person did a nice job providing quick and sufficient info on the washer/dryer set. The delivery did not go as planned. The dryer came out of the box damaged so the delivery team did not feel safe installing it. They installed the washer since they were told they had another dryer in stock. After installing the washer, barons told me they couldn’t deliver the dryer till the following week. They said other orders were ahead of mine. I found this odd since my order wasn’t completed. We went to Lowe’s and found another washer/dryer set that was delivered the next day. I called Baron’s to get my refund. They refunded the dryer that same night since they didn’t deliver it. They picked up the washer on 11/14 and still have not refunded the amount, over $950, back to my card. I have called and spoke to numerous people who all keep telling me they can’t refund my card. Very disappointing experience but a good learning experience about Baron’s.

Absolutely hopeless customer service. Horrible experience and would definitely not recommend. They delivered my Sub-Zero fridge without the legs so it couldn’t be installed or used. Spent 2 months chasing them to resolve without any luck and unable to use my fridge.

I needed a new washing machine and looked around at several brands and models. Settled on an LG and did some on-line shopping. Barons in Plaistow didn’t have the one I wanted due to a national shortage, but Ryan Curtin offered an alternative, upgraded machine for the same price, and could deliver it in 3 days. I went to the store and Ryan was there and finished my transaction quickly and easily. No pressure, and everyone was wearing masks and doing the right thing. 5 star experience.

I had been waiting months for a range from a big box store. The first one was broken during shipment, then they discontinued it, and it just kept getting worse. We purchased all new appliances from Barons, they were GE Profile, not the most expensive but certainly not the bargain model. the appliances are a couple of months old, the refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher all required repair. We have been without a dishwasher for over a month, waiting for the part to arrive. This is a manufacturer issue and Barrons clearly indicated that they cannot help us out. When initial the order was delivered, the microwave was not there, oh yeah, we forgot to tell you, it was back ordered. My wife had to pick it up at that store. We purchased from them because we wanted to support the local business and not the box stores. Not quite the experience I expected.I spoke with the manager he apologized for the response and provided a new dishwasher of comparable value. This was a manufacturers problem but Barons came through for me.

I would never ever recommend this company. I spent over $8000 on appliances from Baron’s, I regret it so much. My money was good, my Samsung appliances were terrible. My wife and I decided to remodel our kitchen and bathroom and laundry room. We thought it would be nice if we decided to purchase from a small company instead of a big box store. So we went to Baron’s. My wife wanted black stainless appliances for the kitchen and the sales person discourage us from getting them. We had to replace the refrigerator door. The computer system was faulty. The front of the microwave was starting to peel away so we had to replace that. They sent us a dishwasher that had fallen and was damaged before we even received it. The grates on the stove need to be replaced, they are supposedly Cast iron, they are rusty and they are chipping away. The little knobby feet keep falling off them. Someone had to come and fix our dryer because it wasn’t functioning correctly, and broke something that was in the laundry room and never told us. They denied breaking it, why would I break something myself and not take care of it. I now have a problem with my washing machine, it’s got some kind of leak and the control panel isn’t working correctly where it looks like Christmas lights flashing. They won’t be able to come fix it for three weeks but I still had to buy a part not even knowing what’s wrong with my washing machine. Every time something happens to any of my appliances it’s costing me more and more money to get them fixed because the warranty services aren’t very good. I started having problems from day one. I have now owned these products for only 2 1/2 years and have had endless problems. No one really seems to care anymore, it’s like screw that I neighbor. I cannot, and will not recommend this business, even to my worst enemy.

I asked for an industrial level washer and dryer for my business and bought what was recommended. It doesn’t work well. Called Barron’s and they sent out a crew— it took 2 weeks— and was told it was fine and to not use tide pods. Charged 100$. Have called and emailed multiple times, with no help from Barron’s. I was sold a poorly performing product and received poor customer service. Tried to support local store and should have saved 700$ and gone thru Amazon.Edited to add- it took multiple attempts but Barrons refunded the cost to make sure my machine was put in properly. They also offered to waive th restocking fee and take the machine back. While I am not particularly happy with the machines efficiency, I elected to keep the machine.

Bought all new appliances in 2019 7months in my refrigerator died, you could not get out to fix in a timely matter. And had to go with another company to come out a nd fix. Now my GE oven 1 year in. And you still can’t get out in a timely matter to fix. I will not recommend your company to anyone.

Ordered 4 appliances and paid for them 10 weeks ago. Three have been delivered. The fourth I am still waiting for. Every two weeks they tell me two more weeks. Funny they didnt tell me it was out of stock before they took my money. And they have made no attempt to offer me options.Make sure the items are in stock before paying.

They selection isnt bad, but their customer service is really poor. The sales staff isnt too quick to greet you and offer assistance. I will admit, the Plaistow, NH store has a better selection and more knowledgeable staff.

The absolute worst customer service. They sold me two broken AC units and did absolutely NOTHING to help fix the situation. I spent $1,500 on brand new GE ACs for them to not work and for Barons to do absolutely nothing about it. Not one call, not one person helped. Mind you we also spent over $60,000 in appliances from here.

The fridge I ordered did not fit in the house by a fraction of space in the doorway. We had a great experience with Tim! We came from the Home Depot and felt that we were in peoples way and had no assistance. The second we walked into Barons, we had someone eager to help us even though they were very busy. It was a very low pressure and stress free experience. We started off just looking for a fridge and ended up also falling in love with a Weber grill and a 2 drawer dishwasher that we will be purchasing in the future!

Hello I want to tell everyone I made a huge mistake by not making my washing machine purchase at barons appliances I dealt with a very professional nice young man who’s name is hunter graves he was not pushy hunter told me all the details straightforward he told me in order for barons to hook it up I had to purchase new hoses for $25 I told him I had brand new ones sealed in the bag as I found out later it’s true everywhere hunter quoted me $150 for a five year warranty and $20 to remove the old one what a mistake not making the purchase the washer was $899 BIG MISTAKE was going to Home Depot I first spoke with a nasty woman I said you guys will beat any competitors price I I showed her my barons quote she rudely says ya &899 and we are 899 so what’s the problem I said Home Depot’s claim is they will beat any competitors price she rudely says ok$898 I said that was sarcastic and I’m done with so I get a guy who’s been there for many years and I said how much can you beat this price by he says 20$ I said you can do better than that when I bought my refrigerator here a couple of years ago you were beating prices by 10% he says we haven’t been doing that in a while but I’ll take off $40 I asked him about the hoses and he said $30 thats$5 more than barons he said I’ll make an exception for you and let you use your new hoses and save you the $30 biggest mistake ever they deliver it today and the delivery guy bings in my washer and tells me they can’t level it or hook it up because I didn’t purchase their hoses and he has a bunch of hoses on his truck I said awesome I’ll purchase them I can pay you with a check or credit card he said no it has to be on the purchase agreement it’s 15 feet ground level from my door he tells me no I thought any company would move it 15 feet out of your door and by the way Home Depot’s warranty is $160 ten more dollars than barons 5 year warranty now I have a big dilemma so the $70 I though I saved was far fetched the biggest reason I went to Home Depot and made the purchase was they could get it two weeks earlier I sad to the appliance mgr and said there’s absolutely they can do and he acknowledges what the agreement we had with the hoses I said you can’t be making promises and not honoring them he says there is still nothing he can do I will be going into the store and speaking with the store manager please don’t get deceived like I did so I look at both estimate and that supposed $70 savings was no savings at all please don’t let this happen to you sincerely bill gale

I waited a while to write my review, our sales person Tim was great ! we looked around he informed us on what they had and even invited us to shop around, hands down they have the best products for the best prices ! our new washer is a year old and working awesome !
