Just bought a bass, was dried out, neck shrunk(frets needed dressing, neck needed straightening) still in the shop, hope to follow up with a positive review about the guitar when I get it back. Having to put $100 into a brand new guitar kind of tweaks my melon, I have to admit.Guys were nice, guitar was shipped promptly.

Horrible . Worst experience of my life . Sold me a brand new guitar and when I got it it was broken. The neck was loose in the pocket and had loose frets . Had my guitar tech repair it and he gave me a huge discount and only charged me $55 which guitardungeon was responsible and they fought md the whole way until I had Reverb contact them and force them to issue me a $45 refund . Not even through full $55 . Why should I pay any more then the cost advertised for the guitar . Terrible experience, uncooperative ppl . Dont ever buy anything from this company,
