I have worked in Marin since the early stages of its development. I started as a laborer, foreman and continue to advance in the company. They nurture individuals with the drive and dedication to excel in the field of construction management. They have a steady flow of work. They always pay on time. Management does it’s very best to meet the needs of its clients and employees. Overall Marin is a good company for serious individuals in the construction field.

I started this company from the start, I seen the company grow due to consistent hard work and dedication! From my personal experience this company is one of the best companies out, they are very professional they have retirement and health insurance and steady work and I plan on retiring as a Marin laborer/workforce/organization. Im employed by Marin Laborers. They saw my hard work and dedication and now Im a foreman.

I should of knew from the time they hired me they would have problems. Fast foward almost a month and a half they called and said they have a job site, I said yes jumping at the chance to make more money. Went to training for lead clean up even though that is not what we talked about. From day one we couldnt work, because we didnt have face mask and I noticed alot of my coworkers where unqualified. After that hiccup everything went well. The Friday they informed me that they wanted us to work 10 HR shifts. That ment for me I had to give up my previous job. The following week we walked all day with a few bad eggs on the job site. At the end of the work day they sent us a email stating that we have to come off the site due to contamination and hes going to let us know when its safe to come back. Fast forward two weeks, Im out of a two jobs and they still havent called me to places on a new site. The wrose employers Ive ever known. To top it all off I have a family depending on me. Run away of they ever call you.

Bad company an disrespectful they don’t notice hard work an don’t care about you they will forget about you just like that An Diana is so unprofessional.
