I cannot thank Raquel enough for the beautiful decorations she provided for my daughter’s Bridal Shower this weekend. The beautiful flower wall along with the beautiful balloon art and Sweets Table was absolutely gorgeous!! I cannot say enough about it!! I received so many compliments from my guests and how beautiful everything looked. Raquel was absolutely amazing. She literally brought my vision to life. Raquel is very professional, friendly and knowledgeable in her field. Anything you need for your special event, she can make it happen. You will not be disappointed!! Thank you Raquel for helping make my daughter’s Bridal Shower the most beautiful and memorable event she will never forget!!

Working with Raquel was a nightmare. She convinced us to create custom wedding invitations, not mentioning that it would turn out double the price of our budget. She constantly tried to push her other products & services on us, and we ended up using her overpriced calligrapher, who made a mistake with my own husbands name! And every single step of the process took much longer than promised, I just BARELY got the invitations out on time. Whenever Id call Raquel for an update, she would have no idea who I was and she sounded annoyed that I was even calling!My biggest mistake with wedding planning was using this store and Raquel for invitations. Do not trust them.

I had a very pleasant interaction with Raquel when it came to picking out my wedding invitation. Raquel was very professional and very patient when it came down to a very confused bride. So many different invitations to choose from all very elegant. I truly recommend this place you will not be disappointed.

I had a wonderful experience working with Raquel for my sons first birthday party! She came up with such creative ways to decorate for his party and implemented them so beautifully! Raquel made stunning centerpieces, a memorable candy bar, and a very special backdrop. I appreciate her creative vision and dedication to pulling everything together and would definitely very highly recommend her!

Platinum Affairs is amazing! We loved working with Raquel, she is so sweet and accomodating! Shes patient and knowledgeable! My mom got my bridal shower invitations, chair, wine wishing well and favors from her! We got our wedding invitation, mirrored tablet seating chart and money box from her. Working with Raquel was nothing but a pleasure. I wanted someone to care about my wedding as if it were their own and thats how I felt working with her. I can be a difficult customer (to say the least) because I want everything to be perfect and Raquel worked to make that happen. From designing my custom invitations to making sure my monogram and theme followed through with my isle runner, place cards, table numbers, menus and wedding program. Raquel had the patience and creativity to make it all happen. Thank you so much!!

I got my wedding invitations here and they are perfect

If I could give negative stars I would. It would take an hour long phone call to explain just how horrible my experience with this business was. To put it in short, go elsewhere. They almost ruined my wedding. They basically forgot about my order and tried to cover it up by blaming me. It took over a month for them to produce a proof which then delayed the entire order and I had to send my $1,500+ invitations out a month before the wedding. After month long fights via email (which I am happy to provide as evidence to anyone who would like to see) they then told me they would no longer do business with me and fulfill the rest of my order (napkins,favors,menus) and left me scrambling a month before my wedding to hire a new vendor. Luckily I found a better, more professional vendor who made my wedding absolutely perfect. In addition to that, I realized that Platinum Affairs was up-charging me on unnecessary thinks like ink type and type of paper for things like menus where it doesnt even make a difference. Do yourself a favor and stay away.
