Horrible place. Took my daughter to get pink highlights for her hair. Spent over $240 for something that lasted only a week. Went back and explained to them that the coloring was all gone and we only washed her hair one time during that time with color safe shampoo. They told me that is how long the color is suppose to last. I was blown away. I said why didn’t you tell they it only lasted for a week or two. The said it wasn’t there job to inform me of that. I asked is there anything you do for me to make up for all that money and they straight up said nope. So I wasted my time and money for pretty much nothing? She just smiled and said pretty much. I said I’m writing a bad review and she said go right ahead, it doesn’t matter. I hope all reading this understand how annoying and uncaring this place is. Not even to have some sympathy to understand the amount of money spent on pretty much nothing and not even have the decency to say sorry or apologize for the poor work.

Such a great experience with Gloria . She gave me an amazing cut and was so pleasant to sit and talk with. Will definitely be back!

I got a great haircut from Nicky shes fantastic. The shop is easy not hectic everyone is taking care of their clients doing their job. No drama.

Starting using this place 8 weeks ago. Both of my son’s haircuts were excellent. Quick, on time, and reasonably priced. Kat gave the second great cut and I’m sorry I didn’t catch the first girl’s name.Please note they do *not* have the BS extra “Covid cleaning fee” that the Massapequa Supercuts charges.

I was going to the Syosset location before they relocated to Plainview. The staff here was professional, clean, and met my hair needs. I highly recommend them if you want a simple haircut (as I came here for a trim).

I come here with my son all the time and they are professional, always do a good job and very reasonably priced. If you check in online they take you very quickly. Everybody is extremely friendly and accommodating and I would recommend Supercuts to anybody looking for an affordable haircut without all the salon drama.

Brittany has cut my hair for the past few months and she does an EXCELLENT JOB!!! She always asks me what I want done with my hair and she listens to me and I always get what I want. She is always very pleasant and very respectful! I give Brittany 5 Stars!!!

Today was my first visited in the Plainview Supecuts location. I received exceptional, professional service with Lori.Lori is a true professional in every way. Very attentive and knows exactly what is needed and dies it efficiently. Lori is a true asset to the Plainview shop.The shop is run with all covid regulations and the stylists are always adhering to the new regulations. The shop is extremely clean and well maintained.

This place is clean and nice, but they do not do as you ask... I HATE layers and i told the women cutting my hair multiple times please make it one length, she made the layers worse somehow my hair was uneven ... i guess it depends on the stylist but get the wrong one,, you are going to come out with a new look...

My stylist was great. We had a good chat and I liked my haircut which is not always the case, its hard to find someone to do it right. It is also very affordable here compared to other places Ive gone too and I dont necessarily think other places do it better to warrant the increased prices that they have.

Sometimes there is a wait but not long. Price is good as well as the job they do. Always freindly, never complaining. Always opening conversations but dont push it. I love that hot towel thing they do on the back of your neck when they are done. I think its tea tree oil too but Im not the expert on essential oils. It smells nice and relaxing. Ive been going here for many years and have always had a positive experience here. I leave here feeling confident that Im looking good.

Since those terrible experiences this salon has really stepped up their game! Each and every haircut has been ON POINT! Their wait time is only mere minutes, the stylists listen to your desires and they try their best to give you the haircut you pictured in your mind. Gianna stands out as one of the best Supercuts stylists—offering suggestions and professional opinions about your desired haircut. I’ve been coming here for most of my haircuts now. They are quick, efficient and friendly! I wholeheartedly recommend them.

Super pro cut and attitude

The shop is completely understaffed during the day. I went in for a haircut before a job interview. I waited 30 minutes and left. During that time, 5 people had walked in, she had to stop cutting hair to answer phones and reschedule people. Last time i was here at night and there were three stylists and no customers. Poorly managed location

Was there 2 weeks ago and received the worst blow style of my life. When she was done my hair looked like a poofy mess. The place is affordable and received a decent cut from one of the girls in the past. (I think I was lucky enough to get the good one whenever I was there previously). I think it depends on who you get. Bottom like place is okay for a basic cut and more than that find another place.

Great service got exactly what I wanted

The lady is a little sarcastic but since I dont take things personally when it comes to taking a criticism (and certainly self improvement becomes ones own choice). I liked my new look and the prices were quite affordable. I will go there again. Pretty good treatment. Just avoid whatever their personal judgemental reviews of the way you look either before or after the change of your hair.

Feb 7th; 2017 8PMCalled the place asking if there was waiting time and they said no.Went there with my two kids and one of the workers tried to turn us away by saying that it would take a while because she was about to go on a break.I left my daughter there and took my son and ran a few errands while her break finishes.I come back without my son asking for a hair cut while my daughter is getting her work.The same lady worker visibly not happy to see me again she said that she was on her break and cant take me now.I calmly said, no problem how much longer is your break, 20 minutes she said, I smiled and said no problem I will wait.Another customer walks in..now she is really not happy.She says to him off the bat, it will be a minimum of 45 minutes.The man didnt ask how long..she however kept hammering her point away till he got up and left.What was really bad is the look and smile she exchanged with her co-worker after she drove him to leave.20 minutes later I was done.She really didnt have to send customers away...I feel bad for the owners.

Will never ever go there again !! i went there to get a hair cut. Checked in with one of the 2 women working there. But along comes a friend of one of them and they decide right in front of me to take her ahead of me without even telling me anything. They totally ignored me. They both knew i was sitting there before this other woman came in. I got up and left. I felt humuliated! They are RUDE and Unprofessional.
