Would NOT recommend. My company used Elite upon a recommendation from another business for powder coating. Upon delivery of my freshly powder coated gloss black wheels from Elite, the back sides of the wheels all looked as if they had been dragged on concrete and the powder coating was gone and there was a rough texture to the point that they needed to be sanded down. The faces were all scratched and had white dust speckles. They picked them up to redo them on Tuesday, not even an hour after dropping them off. Thursday we call for an update and they said that they were on their way out to our shop to deliver them, around 2:30-3pm. At 4:30 we still did not receive the wheels, and after calling, they said first thing tomorrow morning and we will be the first delivery. The next morning I call to confirm we are the first delivery. Was told yes. A few minutes later, they called and said they did them in satin black instead of the gloss black. We were going to accept the wheels in satin black because the vehicle is very behind schedule and told them that the vehicle was getting picked up at 12pm today so we needed them before that. It is now 12:11pm and we still do not have the wheels.

So i had called them up in desperate need of fixing my cracked rim. Unfortunately they were’nt able to repair my rim due to it being cracked in the middle. So instead of them telling me sorry we cant help you and hang up the nice Gentleman (sorry i wish i knew your name) said my rim is a rare rim and he did some online searching for me and found a company that sells my rim and helped me save a couple hundred dollars instead of buying a new rim from the dealer. Thank you so much!

Worst experience ever they picked up 4 brand new wheels from a Volkswagen dealer on Friday the 20th and dropped them off on Monday the 23rd when the delivery guy unloaded the wheels the clear coat was all scratch up so I called Tommy and he told me to send them back and told me the wheels were gonna be dropped off again Tuesday the 24th by 1 or 2 pm, at 2 pm I called him and I got no answer, than I get a call from the office saying the wheels weren’t even on the delivery van because production need it more time fast forward to today Thursday the 26th I was told I was gonna be the first delivery but at 2 pm the driver told me he was running late an hour than another 15 than another 30 minutes, finally he gets to me and guess what the wheels had the same scratches as before plus a 3 inch scratch so deep that you can see the bare metal, I will NEVER EVER do business with this company again.

Picked up a set of used oem nissan forged rays for my 350z that had some pretty bad curb rash on them. I plan on using them specifically for track and autocross only. I already knew the good reputation that elite already carries, so I decided to take my set over to them to get them cleaned up. As soon as I walked in, Nick came over and helped me out. Super cool and friendly guy. Explained to me what he thought needed to be done. I told him I wanted to stick with the factory color, so he thought it best to have them powder coated in a hyper silver with a clear coat on top. Also brought in my own tires to have mounted and balanced, which was all included. (Saved me the time and money). Just picked up my wheels and today and SHEEEEESH!!! They came out absolutely amazing! I absolutely cannot wait for my next track day so I can rock my new wheel setup. You guys at ELITE absolutely out did yourselves. Phenomenal work!

The most awful experience I have ever had and I they werent even working on my car. Their drivers cannot drive. Had hit my Tesla at a parking lot, looked at it and drove away. After I tried to contact someone to help get info on repairs. NO ONE had called or even had the decency to apologize, check up or update me. Was tossed aside on hold for a good hour till I gave up. Truly awful business. 0 Stars

Today I brought my car in for a wheel repair. Alex greeted me and was so friendly and professional. I felt like I knew him for a lifetime. The customer service at Elite was excellent and the prices are reasonable. I would definitely trust Alex and his team at Elite and highly recommend them. You won’t be disappointed. More important my car looks amazing wheels look brand new. Definitely 5 Star service.

I’ve used these guys tons of times for my business. Now you could say it was my fault to keep using them over and over even though they consistently screwed up; not showing up for pickups, not returning the pick ups on time, losing tires, losing rims, unsatisfactory repairs. They deliver and pickup so I used them for convenience but enough is enough. The very definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over and expecting a different result. I’m throwing in the towel, I’m done.

I was referred to them through my son who had a set of wheels polished. I had a set of chrome wheels that were peeling and flaking so I took them here to be redone. I told them I wanted them high polished after they stripped the chrome. They told me no problem. I went to pick up the car and they painted them aluminum and aid they could not remove all the chrome. I spoke to another place and they said if left in the acid long enought and then lightly sanded all chrome should come off. So when I told them this, they told me to bring them back and they would redo them. So in good faith I did since I paid for them already and didnt get what I paid for. So they tell me they will need them for a week longer and again I say ok I just want them done right. WHen I called to check on them they told me they were going to be done Friday. They sent me a picture of another set of wheels that was a lighter aluminum color and asked if that color was ok, I had to ask what happened to polishing them. This time they told me after leaving them in the acid longer and trying to sand them they could not get all the chrome off. This was now an outright lie according tot he other shop I spoke with. The person doing the wheels was too lazy to sand or resurface the wheel as they should have. SO now I have a set of painted wheels with chrome center caps. My car has never looked so ghetto in all its life. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Bunch of hacks.

The quality of the repairs were flawless! My wheels had curb rash and a had a slight dent/bent... I had the complete service done and they came back like they were brand new. The slight wobble/vibration was gone and the finish was ‘like new’. The process took less then a day, I dropped them off at 3pm on Monday and they were ready by Tuesday morning! Alex was the best, he was courteous, knowledgeable, and friendly! 👍🏻👍🏻 Thumbs up...on overall service, quality of work and value. The price was definitely worth it!

I was referred by another wheel repair shop to visit Elite rim repair because they can pretty much do anything. I had 2 wheels that had bad curb rash and they absolutely nailed it. The wheels look new and im super impressed. I dealt with Alex the all step of the way and he was excellent to deal with. Would highly recommend elite rim repair.

I brought the wheels off my grandpas 1984 Mercedes in to be freshened up and they look better than I ever remember! Alex in the front helped me out and told me a little bit about the process. The best part about it was they were ready for pick up the next day! I will definitely be back if I need anymore work done! I wish I could post a before and after picture!

I have to put this out. Early Dec. I stop by Elite to get a quote for fixing my wheel and possible changing my beadlock ring to a different. It was raining and a guy came out face timing with their production manager said it’s fixable and I can drop anytime, takes about two days.About a week or two later I went to them with my girl driving another car assuming I can’t drop off my car. This time their manager come out saying the ring isn’t fixable they can’t take the car I have to buy a new ring then they. an foo the color change.The Monday of Christmas week, I took the car with my brand new orange colored ring to them again, they said most likely I can have it back by Christmas. However, when I show up on the 24th. All four of my rings are oem color. They change my brand new orange color ring to oem instead of matching the other three to the orange one. Of course I told them to make them orange. If I needed oem color why didn’t I just buy the oem colored ring, why I had to buy a orange one just for them to make it oem. So this guy Alex apologized and said the can come to my house pickup the rings have it done without me going there again. I texted him the address and all I heard from him is either someone is coming in a few days or they are having a lot changes I have to wait a bit longer.Of course I not hoping Elite or Alex will get this done. But now I dont have a new orange ring for other shop to match the color.This is beyond my worst case scenario imagination.Update: After this review, Shivan got contact with me about this issue. This time they followed through, I wasn’t satisfied with some minor imperfections, they ended up doing it twice. It took two weeks. But I am happy with the result.

Dropped a MB rim to repair a crack and refinish, almost 2 weeks of phone calls and personally stopping by to see the status, every excuse in the book on why no one has returned a phone call. today is Friday have made 3 phone calls with promises of someone is calling me back. Monday picking up my rim and taking it somewhere else. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICEUPDATE.Went to the shop Monday met Alex he was very apologetic about this whole incident, turns out he had the wrong number on file and couldnt reach me. He repaired the rim and did not charge me. So I will change the review to a 5 star. Definitely will go back.

Alex @ Elite Rim was amazing to work with. Professional, thorough and courteous. He spent time reviewing my options for repairing my dented rim (thanks pothole on I495, really appreciate it!) and never pressured to buy new instead of repair. I explainedi was leaving for a road trip the next afternoon and really needed the repair done ASAP. He assured me he was all over it and they’d get it done. The shop worked on my tire over night - even took a video to show me how bad the rim was. Texted with me the whole time to keep me updated and had it ready for when I came to get it. My rim got crushed by a giant pot hole. It was such a impact that even my 2 week old tire blew out. Alex at elite rim repair not only straightened the rim but also removed all the scratches. Best part was it only cost me 165 dollars vs. Buying a new audi rim @ 900.

Sent the same wheel back that only had a minor scuff for a repair 7 times. Each time the wheel came back significantly worse than before. Should have just left the wheel alone. Then they tell me they will deliver first thing Saturday and theyre not even open. Not sure why I even bothered giving them so many opportunities to do the right thing. Never again will we use Elite for anything.

I had my rim repaired here and once I received my rim back they had painted and clear coated over my wheel weights which I have to remove to balance my wheels. Once I removed the weights the clearcoat peeled off. After I told them and sent my rim back again to get this fixed the color of the rim missed matched my 3 other rims and i was furious. I would not choose this place to get my rims fixed.

Got severely cut off by one of their trucks today. Truck 22 to be exact.. the driver had to pass in the left lane that was ending causing me to nearly slam into a fuel truck to my right while avoiding the elite moron. The elite driver then swerved all the way to the right to take an exit.. maybe a bent rim was waiting for him

Horrible experience I had three rims from my PORSCHE done while backThey lost one and on the other two thy did bring back the finished cracked on them shortly after.After numerous calls they never did anything about lost rim even tho their own driver admitted they had no idea where the rim was.

Dropped off a brand new wheel that had a slight bend on the inner barrel (no cosmetic damage). Was told by elite that it’s a simple fix.... Got my wheel back in worse condition then when I dropped it off. Got my wheel back covered in spray paint that doesn’t match the rest of my wheel, chipped wheel face, and covered in fingerprints on the face and the barrel in the paint, tire was no rebalanced when replaced, and most of all the rim still had a bend and leaks. Very upset. Highly DO NOT recommend using Elite unless you’re fixing a wheel you absolutely don’t car about. This place is a SCAM and only cares about getting paid and not the quality of work they provide

If you would like to have your rims coated and not have to worry about cracking and having to go back 5 times. Spending time and money going back and forth, then this is the last place you will want to visit. Absolute worst customer service i have ever experienced in my life. wheels were not balanced correctly, had to bring to another shop, spending more money. Wrong tire psi. did not help load or unload rims. stand there and watch you. Rims covered in oil when i picked them up last time. Also would not honor 1 year warranty. Told me I WOULD HAVE TO PAY TO HAVE RIMS REDONE THAT HAD HUGE CRACKS IN CLEAR COAT!!. They far from a fair and reasonable place of business. I normally would not even bother with writing a review. I am just disgusted with the service i received and the way i was talked to and treated.

Rims on my 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee came out great. Elite matched the paint to my color and they look fantastic. I really didnt think painting the rims would make that much of a difference. I was wrong. Very happy so far with the durability and finish.

Multiple Issues here. Brought my BMW 428 wheel in to repair a crack. Got it back all scratched up on the face AND still leaking from the same spot. Thought we would try one more time, told the manager that the wheel came back marked up and not even repaired. Get it back a second time they polished the face which looked nice but it’s still leaking. Definitely won’t be going back to this place. Feels like this place is only worried about charging people and not about fixing their mistakes.

Im so happy I found this place. Ive been looking for a powder/ceramic coating place for a while and it seems that most of the people in this industry are unhappy about something or charge way too much money, or both.These guys gave me a better deal than anyone else around, and they turned the project around in less than 24 hours, and they had great attitudes during the whole thing.They powder coated 3 motorcycle heat shields for me. The powder came out perfect, my interaction with pat was awesome, I met John at the front desk and he was awesome, just an all around great experience.They will be seeing me again very soon with some other parts for my motorcycle.Highly recommend to anyone!!!

Sent a wheel for refinishing and had to send it back multiple times and the work was still not satisfactory.

I got my 18 MB battles powder coated black back in the beginning of August. The color previous to black was a bright shocker yellow, now any place would have sand blasted the whole wheel before coating it black, but no, they didnt sand before leaving the barrel of the wheel a bright neon color before coating them black. Once finished, you could see the green right threw the now supposed to be black wheel. Does anyone do quality check before giving things back to a customer who paid hundreds? And its not like I can just take my wheels off again for them to have them for another week, I work 3 jobs and my car is my only means of transportation.

Customer service was awesome. I dropped my new GMC Terrain off at night and it was ready for me the next morning. Herman the owner is a true gentleman. Rims look flawless after repair. My car drives like new. Didnt realize how much the repair of rims altered the way the car drives. I honestly did not realize my rims were even bent. Couldnt be happier!

Horrible job. They reconditioned some minor scratches from my rim after I was in an accident. This was done through my insurance so I can wasnt even paying for it. The work they did that was free to me still wasnt worth it. One look at the rim and you could clearly tell they just shaved off the face and polished it. It went from having very minor scratches that didnt even bother me that much to looking like someone took a buffer with sandpaper to it. Swirl marks all the way around. Even on the spokes that had no scratches to start with. Plus it had a rainbow tint to it after the way metal does after its been put over a fire. The rim is $900 which luckily my insurance (progressive) is buying a new one for me because even the adjuster said that it was clearly not acceptable. Again its not even my money but they told my insurance that they will refund the money if they can keep the rim ! Complete scam artists. They did nothing that entitled them to the rim. I would have rather had it turned to scrap then have them keep it. Satisfaction gauranteed? Yeah, right.

While I did interrupt these guys during what appeared to be their lunch break they couldnt give me a time line, didnt have the colors I wanted in stock, and were significantly more expensive than competitors. As quoted from them this was for a $1000+ order, so this treatment wasnt for a small item. I moved on to other establishments. I got better prices, better report and better service elsewhere

After smacking up 2 of my wheels after a racing accident I contacted Elite about the repair. They were willing to work with my crazy work schedule, and even had them ready to rock within 24 hours!!! No better service than that! Wheels came out great, youd never know there was even any previous damage!

I had Elite powdercoat all of the parts on my Honda build. They were very fair with pricing and had a quick turnaround time. I even accidently dropped my valve cover and they went above and beyond and fixed no charge. Great guys and great service highly recommended.

Had a wheel repaired here. 2 months later the same rim cracked again. Asked for them to repair it under their “1 year warranty” and they said I’d be charged again for a new repair. I took business elsewhere. Poor customer service.

Had my rim fixed 2 weeks later realized the forgot to clear coat the rim and it got all oxidized they took the rim back and fixed it took them 5 days to “fix” it they told me the rim is too thin It should be replaced the reason I had the rim fix by them is because they discontinued the rim 4 years ago well 2 days later the the rim cracked in 3 spots and they said there is nothing they can doi have to now spend 1200$ on rims

I took my Advan RG2s there to have them powder coated teal. This was very expensive but I agreed to the price. They looked great when I first got them but once I put them on the car, within 2 days the powder coating was cracking. The clear coat was fine so you couldnt actually feel it when it was touched but the teal part had web type cracking all over the spokes. If you want a quality powder coating job, do not come here.

Claim they have 1 year warranty on their rimrepairs.......it has been less than 3 months brought it back today and they refuse to fix it. Asked us to take the wheel and leave the store. They were very rude and did not want to work with me at all. Took it to a better place right after just to find out they did an awful job the first time and never even removed the tire to weld crack from both sides like it should have properly been done to begin with...... Dont waste your money at this place!! Customer service is AWFUL not to mention they dont even offer to help load or unload the wheels they just stand there and watch you. JOKE OF A PLACE.

Had a turbo to get coated silver on the hot side and coated red on the comp side picked up. Turbo was brand new. Gave them the turbo to have taken apart to get coated. They sand blasted the whole turbo. Turbines, bearings and all. Came back coated and unuseable. Sand was still coming out of the oil gallies

Do not go there to fix your wheel the will tell you that the give 1 year warraney when you go there to fix it under the warranty the will tell you that you cracket the wheel agin bout the realty is that the didnt do there job correctly and the wheel is damage in the same place second timeno metter what you say the will tell you no warrantey my adviceis do not fix the wheel it will work only for 3 month buy new one or used on eBay that it is been fixdont west your money dont repair it
