Sure they helped out with giving my son formula and baby food as well as gave me a breast pump to assist with breastfeeding. The nicest lactation consultantWho helped me after my son was born is no longer there. The current staff is rude and seems unorganized. Since the pandemic everything has been over the phone, they do return calls after a few days and they have been mailing my checks, I guess being virtual seemed to work better for the program in my opinion.

People are RUDE and they wouldn’t help me because I’m white they didn’t even wanna help me when they saw me but I stayed untill they did they were very disrespectful and lied to me about my boyfriends gross earnings saying he made over 100k so they couldn’t help but that was not the case At all I don’t know if they just didn’t know what they were doing or they just said that because they didn’t wanna help me because of how I looked but he makes nowhere near 100k and we just had a baby and are struggling HARD all because they won’t help it’s sad what this country does to people who actually need help just because of a race. White, black, asian if you need help then you should be helped it’s not right at all

The Spanish receptionist is beyond rude and quick to talk over you and dismiss any questions or concerns. There is absolutely no organization here whatsoever.

Didnt accept my lease as proof of address. Spanish lady who has accepted my documents before didnt accpect them today and had to miss an hour of work. Telling me my lease wasnt a lease when it is because its a lease provided by city hall. Its not even worth the help not going back.
