Had them out today to fix my dryer. Ted was very friendly and did a great job. He was also very straightforward with what the issue with my dryer was and what my options were. Will definitely have them back out for future repairs.

Ted was great. He called and told us he’d be there within the hour which is nice so we didn’t just have to wait all day not knowing when he’s be there. Once he got here, he was friendly and fast. He explained what was needed and the price and there were no hidden costs. He was in and out in less than 30 min. We will use them again!

Called to get someone to look at a dryer that wasnt heating. They sent someone same day and he diagnosed the problem. While I understand people who complain that the tech came out and told them there was nothing they could do, thats part of why you call a professional: you have to pay for their knowledge, and it costs money to drive out to check. Very fair and professional.

Ted was amazing! Was called out to look at both washer and dryer. Washer was unfixable and Ted went above and beyond to educate us on what to look for when buying a new one, and even placed a call to see what was available. Fixed dryer and only charged for the one appliance. He was very professional and knowledgeable! Will most definitely recommend!

Excellent service. Even though our dishwasher wasnt worth repairing, Ted spent a lot of time trying to find the cause of the water leakage and find an economical repair. He also checked out our other appliances since we recently moved to this house. I would definitely recommend Premium Appliancd and Ted.

Premium Appliance Repair have been out to my home 3 times to fix a Icemaker they cannot do the job they where paid to do at all. The worker (Ted) was goofing around & really not doing the work he was paid for waste of time dont hire Premium Appliance Repair to do work at your home

The phone staff, especially Michelle (whom I initially scheduled with) is super friendly and very attentive. She discussed pricing for my my oven that was not igniting. The phone staff is not a call center which is good to note bc when you call in, youre reaching Premium directly. Ted was able to come out the next day and fix it on the spot! Wow! I was so happy bc I was going to host a friends game night and I had lots of of cooking/prepping to do. These guys are awesome! 5 stars!

If you are looking for a company that sends their repair man out for five minutes to tell you that you need a new dishwasher and charges you $129, this is the company for you! Wish I could give zero stars because that was flat out rediclous.

False advertising, hours online say open til 6 on Saturday yet when call for an emergency part says only open til 12. Very disappointing! 😠
