We worked with Eddie and Roy and they were excellent professionals. Our tubs were originally installed without P-traps and the previous homeowner installed an accordion pipe in a sink drain which needed to be changed out. Eddie and Roy did a great job fixing these issues!

Years ago, I hired Tritan to replace an extractor pump in my condo buildings basement. They did a great job. Last month, I installed a new kitchen sink. When I tried to turn the water shut off valve back on, the hot water was weak and cold couldnt catch and turn on. I scheduled Tritan to replace both valves under the sink. On Sept. 22, they never showed in my time frame from 9 a.m. till noon. A bundle of lame excuses they tried from them having a different time for the appointment to suggesting I confirmed their time twice (nope). Because I would be turning off the water main for twelve condo units, I had to keep the work done by noon. That was my promise to the other people involved. So, I figured I could give Tritan a second try to get it right on Sept. 30th. I had to notify the other residents about the 9 till noon shut off. I tried to confirm with Tritan twice that theyd be coming at the right time and date. All I could do was to leave messages. They did not call back...until I got a text on the morning of the 30th about how there would be a delay. Delays kept coming until noon was passed, and I had to move on with a doctors appointment and the rest of my day. My next available date isnt till Oct. 14, and I hired someone else through Angi. My cold water will be back, not thanks to Tritan.

Max was professional, courteous and explained what he did. We had recently got new countertops and sink in the kitchen and the sink was deeper than our previous one and the pipes did not line up. Max explained what he was going to do and figured out a way to make it work. He also attached the disposal to the new sink and installed the new faucet. He cleaned everything up after he was done. Shout out to Sarah for getting me into their schedule on a Monday to get this done.

I was referred to Tritan Plumbing for being an affordable; however, after completing a pretty standard job, I was billed $1000 (not including parts), for a job that could not have taken more than 2 hours. It was outrageously priced for the work. My former plumber (fully licensed), who is now retired with health problems, said max charge would have been $350 for the work. Regardless, I will NEVER use this company again, because the amount of money I was charged was ridiculous!!! Buyer beware!!!

Would definitely recommend Tritan Plumbing. After the village sent a notice that they had seen roots in our sewer service line during their yearly maintenance, we contacted Tritan to inspect, via camera, and jet the sewer pipe. Upon inspection, they noticed several critical issues in our line, and that the best course of action would be replacement of the old clay sewer pipe. Their office was great at working with our insurance, and Noe, Max, and Mickey were fantastic in dealing with any setbacks during the actual project (including the previously unknown foundation from a long gone structure on our property). Im hoping that, for the time being, my plumbing woes are over, but if I do need a plumber in the future, I will definitely be contacting Tritan.

Yeah the service technician was a really nice guy professional and I would’ve used them if I could afford them, the company wanted $650 for a five minute job that’s over $7000 an hour, I’m just a common folk and can’t afford stuff like that.

Mickey from Tritan was very professional and mqde the repairs in a timely manner. He found and fixed the problem with our garbage disposal and connecting lines. He was thourough with explaining why there was an issue and looked around to make sure other concerns were identified. Well look to him to make any future repairs or upgrades.

Had them out to repair a pipe leading to my outside garden faucet. They installed faulty pipe, which burst, and now will not return my calls/emails. DO NOT FALL FOR THESE GOOD REVIEWS. This is a shady company, which does not stand behind their shotty work.

On Friday, January 15, 2021 the Tritan sales rep visited our home to give an estimate on installing rough plumbing for our bath remodel. When he gave us the option price we were surprised at the total cost and felt that we had mis-calculated our budget - but felt we had limited options due to the fact that the bathroom was already torn apart. We agreed to the lowest price presented and signed on a tablet for the work - plus gave a $3,000 deposit. We requested copies of what we had signed but we did not receive them until Monday. My wife and I discussed this over the weekend and decided that we could not afford that option and requested cancellation. Illinois law gives us three days to cancel any agreements over $25 and the contractor is physically present in our home when we sign and we exercised this option. Illinois law also states that the sales person should have notified us of the three day cancellation right which they did not. On Monday, 1/18 I notified them by e-mail and attempted to notify them by phone as well. I received a response back that the owner would call me back. They did not return my call and finally on Thursday, 1/21 the owners wife actually answered the phone. We discussed the situation and she agreed to refund the deposit but was concerned about the costs she would incur. I agreed to cover the cost of crediting the monies that her bank would charge. She stated that she would get those costs and call me back the next day. I I took my complaint to the BBB and the company did not respond back to them either. have not hear back from them since. I have recently retired and need this money for living expenses.The sales person was also the plumber who said he would do the work. His name was Chris. Please review all documentation, including my request to cancel and feel free to contact me directly for any further clarifications.

Tritan replaced my leaking RPZ for my lawn sprinkling system. They installed the new one inside, which meant changing the outside plumbing to eliminate the RPZ, and changing the inside plumbing to replace the existing shutoff, an install and mount the RPZ inside. They upgraded me from the 3/4 valve to a 1 unit, which should have been done by the original installer. They also install a valve to drain water from the outside plumbing for winterization. They also replaced the outside spigot and moved it away from the gas meter. They had to design how to support the new larger valve, and built support with 2x4s to secure the valve properly. They did a really careful and neat job. Had problems at the beginning. They were several hours late due to problems at the prior job. The next attempt, they had problems with the truck and could not make it. Third time, they were on time and were successful.

We had to have our drain unclogged from the kitchen sink being stopped up. Chris came and was here for 6 hours because their equipment kept failing and the hoses they were using were frozen. So his boss had to come out and help and eventually go to the shop and get an unfrozen line and start over after 9pm. He was done by 10 once the equipment started working. Chris was very polite and professional the entire time, even when the hose detached and sprayed water all over my kitchen. Which he cleaned most of that up with bleach. I felt bad for him because as someone who owns a small business, I understand having a bad day. Ultimately he got the job done. Chris is definitely a hard worker who seemed honest and kind. We tried to tip him and he refused. I appreciate his time and effort to get the job done.

Im disappointed and feel disrespected by Tritan Plumbing. On Wednesday May 19th, I scheduled an appointment for Tuesday May 25th so Trian could take a look at my sink. It had been leaking regularly, but recently started flooding the cabinet underneath, so we had to turn all of the water off. Shortly afterwards, our dishwasher started leaking into the basement. Because of this, it was critical we get our sink working as we had to bring our dishes into the bathroom in order to clean them. My fiancee is pregnant, and this has been stressing her out so I wanted it resolved as quickly as possible.At 4:45PM on Monday, May 24th, I received a text from Tritan that they got called to do an emergency visit and they would have to reschedule. I responded to them that it was fine, and asked when they could come. My home situation is also an emergency considering the leak, but I understood and gave no pushback. I even told them good luck with the new job. They rescheduled for Thursday, May 27th. At 4:25PM on Wednesday, May 26th, I received another text notifying me they had a scheduling conflict and wouldnt be able to make it out until the following week.I responded that again, I understand, and let them know this is important to us and I would appreciate if they could come out as soon as theyre able. I did not receive a response, so I texted them on Friday, May 28th asking if anyone is able to make it early the following week. Tritan responded with Hello, yes let me take a look. I responded saying thank you. I never received any additional communication from Tritan after that.Trian cancelled on me last minute twice within the same week when we do have an emergency. I was about as polite and understanding as anyone could possibly be. You would think a responsible and respectful business would try to make this right, but in reality they ended up telling me they could come then ghosted me. Its very disrespectful to do that to people who are polite and very much need help. I will never be calling Tritan again, and heavily advise against their services. If their ability to tackle plumbing issues is in any way analogous to their communication and customer service, you do not want to use them.To clarify, I understand emergency situations. I was polite and gave no pushback despite being cancelled upon twice when were in a rough spot. After cancelling twice and telling me they could come out early the next week, completely dropping the ball and ghosting me after that is so rude and disrespectful. All they had to do is communicate better. I ended up going with a competitor and have been very happy with their services. I hope nobody ever has to deal with something like this when they need help with a leaking plumbing issue. Shame on them.

I’ve owned my home for more than 18 years, I wish I knew about Triton plumbing and the quality staff that work there. Specifically, I’m referring to Renae and Jonathan. Called Tristan at 1:00 pm and scheduled appointment same day. The time given and they were on time. The tech tried everything short of breaking the toilet. Solution is we need a new toilet. The tech was courteous, took precautionary measures by wearing mask. Would recommend them for your plumbing issues.

Had them come out to look at a water softener. Machine is to old to repair. Tech spent 30 mins in van to work up an estimated for new system and to replace water heater. I was quoted $49.00 to $199.00 for house call. Since no work was actually done I paid $199.00 for a sales pitch. I feel that the service call should have been under $100.00 due to no work done. This was a very expensive sales call. The plumber was very nice and knowledgeable. He stated he spent time here so that’s why the $199.00 fee. I could of just had this done over the phone.

Technician quickly repaired my upstairs toilet. Both plumbers assessed my old bathtub and concluded they could not unclog it without damaging the pipes, so it was better to leave it for the next owner. They were very thorough and explained everything to us.

EDIT: The pipe has finally been lowered to ground level which allows me to put the stone pavers back without a huge eye sore sticking out of them. I am now satisfied with the work.ORIGINAL: Had them fix a sheared pipe in my front patio and they decided to degrade my homes curb appeal by leaving a cleaning out sticking out right in the middle of the patio rather than running it if to the side of lowering it to ground level as I requested. They keep giving me excuses about code when the only requirement in the code is for there to be 18inches of clearance between the face of the clean out and the nearest obstacle. Nothing in the code says they can lower it. Theyll take your money quick and then all of a sudden get too busy to even call you back. Definitely wont be using them again.

I did not personally use them but a friend did. I will start with the only reason they are getting one star is because thats the lowest I can choose. To anyone who decides to use them. Be sure to read the contract they make you sign. The only reason they have a high rating is because you can not say anything negative about them or their employees. Well, I Have no contract and want to warn anyone who uses them to be careful. They did unnecessary work and price gouged my friend. They are not a wholesome company. There are better, more trustworthy companys out there and I hope you take the extra finger scroll and choose someone else.

Fixed cartridge on jacuzzi tub. Had one plumber come out, look at it and said they couldnt do it. Didnt even get a call back from several more. Titan returned the call same day, had someone out a couple days later. Chris fixed with no problem and was very friendly and efficient. Would definitely recommend and use their service again.

The kitchen/basement floor line was badly block with grease and soup. Jonathon explained what needed to be done and explained the cost up-front. He was very professional and very knowledgeable about plumbing.He worked very hard and was able to clear the line.

The tub drain lip broke and broken part was still in drain. It was removed and replaced with a new one. Jonathan was a GOD sent he was able to do it with no complications. We had an ongoing problem caused by another company and Tritan immediately came in and recognized the problem, was very thorough with their explanation and corrected the situation. They even waited to make sure our issue was resolved and explained if it happened again they had a set plan on the next step but were considerate to not charge us today for services we may not need. My experience of doing business with Tritan Plumbing of 10051 Bode St. in Plainfield, IL 60585 is unbelievably true. I had a Bradford White gas Hot Water Heater that started leaking water on the utility room floor. I searched the internet for a business in my area that sold and replaced that same brand water heater and chose Tritan Plumbing. Wow, what fine treatment I received. I called them at 3pm. They were on site at 3:40pm to determine my choice of water heater. Chris stayed to remove the old unit and while Tony went to their warehouse and returned with the new unit. At 5:30pm everything was installed, filled with 50 gal. of water, tested, and floor completely cleaned. 2.5 hrs from phone call to completion leaving no mess behind... Unbelievable! And heres the bonus, Chris & Tony have a great sense of humor along with their professionalism and customer concerns! Thanks to Tritan, Mel H.

Our toilet broke Friday night, we called Titan early Saturday and they were amazing! Sarah was so kind and really helpful. She worked quick to get us on the schedule for Monday morning. Nick was awesome, he showed us what was wrong and helped us get to the point of purchasing a new toilet. Which was needed (ours was 17 years old) they quickly replaced it and the whole time answered our questions. We will for sure be using them in the future for any and all of our needs!! I called Tritan to replace my primary and backup sump pump as well as replacing the outside RPZ valve. The technician, Jonathon who showed up and was extremely professional. He listed to my concerns and provided recommendations that were in-line with what I was looking for. He did a great job of explaining pros and cons of each option. He was straightforward and honest about what would provide the best value for the money. The work he did was phenomenal. The sump installation was top-notch and he took extra time to clean up the area. The outsize RPZ work was equally phenomenal. He installed a much better quality valve and the configuration is much more visibly clean that what was originally installed. They sent before and after pictures along with the invoice which was great. I would use these guys again, hands-down. Courteous, professional and honest - best plumber Ive ever worked with.

Very Honest Plumbing Company!Tritan is hands down our go to plumber from now on, Fast, and Very Professional. Deb from Tritan Plumbing was first to get back to me after calling my plumber and a few other companies. They were able to get the water turned off the water at the main city valve underground for my home in Plainfield for the repair, they replaced two Main Water Valves before and after the meter in my basement for my whole house which was great because the city was never came. Quality of work was above and beyond! Got the job done in a fast manner. But they knew I needed to have water to my house on a timely manner because my family and new born baby they are truly a family owned company they took control of the situation right away and should the concern as if it was their family and home. Which they did excellently! The cost was really good compared to others plus the service that we received from Phil and Deb Tritan Plumbing is priceless! Other companies were looking to charge a lot more because of the emergency that had accrued. That is why I will always call Tritan Plumbing from here on out and definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a plumbing company that not only can get the job done but cares about you! The technician Johnathan came to the house. Was very polite, professional and knowledgeable. Due to the Covid 19 virus going around he wore a mask which I really appreciated! He knew exactly what was wrong and why my spigot was leaking. He fixed the problem quickly and the spigot works great now!! Would definitely recommend this company for anything to do with plumbing.
