Gary was super pleasant as well as professional. He called ahead to let me know he was on his way and showed up on time. This was my first experience using an exterminator and I must say it was better than expected. I would definitely recommend Orkin and will use them again if needed.

My technician is the BEST! Always so thorough and very professional. As difficult as it is sometimes for me to keep my appointments I always feel better about my home and my children once my appointment has been completed and this is why I stay with Orkin!

Orkin’s pest programs are very effective. We tried getting rid of an ant problem ourselves, but we only saw real improvement after we started using Orkin. Their customer service is also excellent. Everybody I have spoken to was very helpful. Our service person is incredibly respectful and courteous. He’s also excellent about communicating with us about his arrival time status. We are very happy with the service Orkin provides.

I was told that the cobwebs and any holes would be taken care of. There were a significant amount of cobb webs still visible.The technician that came out did not know what he was supposed to do and asked my husband which package we wanted?! I had already gone over everything with the rep over the phone.Additionally, he did not do our bedrooms. While speaking with the rep over the phone, I stated that my main concern was brown recluse spiders, how can I be sure that this was included with my recent service when it clearly is part of the exclusion on the back of the receipt that I have. I am highly dissatisfied with the overall service that I received and the internal communication between the technician and the representative that I spoke with. At this point, I feel that I have wasted a significant amount of time.I did call the customer service line and spoke with a customer service rep who seemed really busy and showed little to no compassion. It literally took 10 minutes before I finally got someone on the phone and she offered to send someone out in 2 more days. I would like to cancel my services and receive a full refund and I will go with another provider. Everything that Orkin advertises are misleading lies! The staff is not knowledgeable about the services provided, no one could tell me if the technician actually sprayed for brown recluse spiders, as this was my chief concern!I am seeing more spiders now than ever before, inside and outside of my home. COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY!!!

Called this morning for 2 yj nests. Told the mab on phone a page worth of details, which he repeated back to me and was spot on. Great service there. Tech showed up on time. He was absolutely clueless on what he was looking for. Didnt know a single thing I had told the dispatch guy. Didnt tell me what was accomplished, didnt get an email, nothing. Charged me the full quote. A little upset. I was at work when work was done, little forgotten detail

Would be a 5/5 if we had gotten a better information from corporate. I had spoken to them multiple times and nobody informed me of any prep work that was needed on my side. The technician they sent out was great, very helpful and proffesional, and prompt. He wasnt able to do a full service as there was stuff in the way that I was unaware needed to be moved before the service. Overall a great experience, technician was great, just wish more info was provided before my first service by the people I spoke with while setting up the service.

The technician that comes every service is very professional and knowledgeable. He is always able to answer questions with great detail.

I first called Orkin because I had two mice that were obviously comfortable in my home. There are cornfields surrounding my home. I don’t know how or where they came in from but they could not stay. Orkin came out the next day and started working. They have been professional and very kind. An associate named Tony came out today and he was great! Overall I appreciate this company!

My only complaint is that they often forget to let us know when the tech is coming. In the past we had a definite day to expect them, but now they sometimes change that date without warning.

Ricky was my technician and he was very friendly, knowledgeable & thorough. Would 100% recommend him. I was having an issue with ants, I thought I was paying for ant treatment only...turns out my payment covered treatment for every type of pest.

Have mice in my garage. Just about flipped when I saw it. He came the very next day and set things out to get rid of it or them. This Orkin person is so very nice. He will engage in small talk. He’s the best!

Appointment was scheduled for 11 oclock, got a call about 20 minutes prior to appointment. Agent was very thorough with the inspection and very helpful with my questions. Would highly recommend this company.

I was very disappointed. There was a single baby mouse in my bedroom so I called Orkin for a home inspection. Common sense tells you if theres a baby mouse, the nest isnt far away. The service rep was unable to find any evidence of mice inside my home. He tried to convince me that a baby mouse had traveled from the garage two stories up to my bedroom.

Orkin is great, and responsive. They come back for free if you still have a pest problem. But the prices have gotten too high for me. I’ll be cancelling today.

They are so unprofessional, we scheduled them to come in on a day we needed. They never showed up & then told us the tech was hurt but nobody informed us. Then we rescheduled to a later date with required to be inspected again and they have not communicated back. They completely ghosted us.

Called Saturday to schedule an appointment Monday yesterday, called from 30 mins of my 2 hour window, up until 30 mins after for them to tell me everytime my local call center is getting a bunch of calls and thats why they havent gotten back to me, no technician ever showed up, I called hurricane exterminators LLC, they were there in less than 2 hours, sold me a full year package, and was only a few dollars more than orkins 1 time service, just got a call 2 days after my appointment stating they could get someone to me later today, no thanks I dont pay people to not show up, i run my own business, if I dont show up and dont call a customer to let them know I cant make it, I wouldnt dare try and regain their business due to at that point my own personal incompetence

Technician was very kind and professional, made sure to explain every step and how the process works. The chemicals they use are pet friendly which gives me piece of mind for my cat, overall a very good experience and would reccomend.

They are trying to over bill me. My contract clearly states I paid for May 2021 and now they want to bill me. They never return my call to discuss this bill. Finally the main office credited me after called 3 times. I had to talk with upper mgmt. Do not deal with the Plainfield branch!

We’ve been having great wolfs run rampant the past few weeks and it has been tough. They are not easy spiders to kill (anyone who’s tried knows exactly what I mean). They’re bold and fearless and are not the slightest bit phased by store brand spider spray, hairspray, vinegar, or windex. Jason was professional, patient and overall thorough. May we be spider free from here forward!

I hired Orikin to spray and remove wasps nests around my home. I told them the house was 2 story and there were nest on the second floor sophets. I was told not a problem the technician would have a ladder to get them and the price was more for the second floor. I was fine with the price for it, but the tech showed with no ladder. He used a pole to knock the nests down and to me he couldnt reach to spray them! He said if they come back just call and theyll send someone out with a ladder to spray them. That was Wednesday, August 26th, they are rebuilding in the same place on Friday, August 28th! I am waiting to hear back when they will send someone back out!

I called in the morning and they sent out the local technician in the afternoon. Its very affordable and I am really hopeful for the antsbeing gone!

Generally good. Technician always professional. Product/service doesnt help much with ants in wet weather-but that could be on me. I dont like spraying in house, but it is probably necessary during times of infestation.

I appreciate the professionalism of my technician, and I really like having the same technician each time. That makes me feel at ease about having someone go through every room of my house. He knows my property and what the needs are. Orkin makes it easy to schedule appointments at times that are convenient for me. If I need to contact them, the office staff are friendly and helpful. And if a problem arises, I can call and have my technician come right away in between my regularly scheduled visits.

Bill has helped me 3 times in the last 10 years. Always very polite, personable. We discussed the problem and he treated the yellow jackets and also a small wasp nest I wasn’t aware of. He even pointed out a down spout that had loosened from the gutter. While the price has come up from my last service several years ago, the level of service and familiarity with the technician is why I keep calling Orkin.

We recently moved into a new home and had Orkin service previously. The service was great so when we noticed ants in the new home we set up service again. Mike was very professional, answered all my questions and began our service today. I really appreciated his thoroughness. I plan to continue with regular service.

Tony was very professional followed the Covid regulations. He was able to block all the areas of possible entry and put bait out and set traps but we have no such luck of catching any thing. Toni was suppose to do a follow up on Monday he did not come as they overbooked him I am not happy with my service as the problem is still there there’s no relief insight it’s very frustrating and disappointed with the Orkin service.

Tried another local service prior to switching to Orkin and was not satisfied with their communication or service. Since switching to Orkin we’ve had nothing but friendly, on time, great service and our “bug guy” Mike always crushes it!

The person did not use a mask or gloves. I wasn’t thinking until the end of visit to ask him why not. They should automatically come in the home completely suited up. I’m a disabled person who has many underlining conditions

We will never call them again. They’ll make you set a CC for monthly billed “only if you need them”, not true. They charged us again although they promised on the first visit that they would not. They charged us AGAIN. My husband called and spoke to a manager, who promised to credit and that would not happen again. Well, no credit and they did it again. Would not recommend!

We have been using Orkin for a few years now. And it is so nice to only see a spider once in a blue moon. We rarely see bugs in our house now. And I like to open our windows alot.We had a horrible spider problem with Brown Recluse and Wolf Spiders. We called Orkin about a year ago and they have been great about getting rid of our problem. Our Tech, Ricky, is a great guy. Very punctual and professional.The only issue I ever have is when I call to cancel an appointment. The staff at the call center has issues with cancelling them. But one nice lady, who I wished I had gotten her name, did great about helping me.

The young man that came was very professional and personable. Went beyond his duties by informing me that while he was working outside of my house he smelled gas around the gas meter and suggested I call the gas company. The gas company did come and fixed the leak.

Every time I have a service scheduled, I have to make sure that I give directions and watch what the technician does. I had spring service and no granules were dropped. My husband was the babysitter this time, and was not aware what needed to be done. Also, it is never like the commercials. They DON’T hang around all day, and ever use a fricken ladder at my house. If it’s about the money, I would gladly pay more to have everything like the ad states. I watched a commercial on YouTube when it popped up the other day and had a real good laugh. Greenix is looking REAL GOOD right about now. Oh, and the best part is when I call and complain, they send out the “Pacifier” who by the way is a real good butt kisser, and does the better job so I get one good service in between.

I have a new gentleman named Ricky. He was very polite and friendly. Asking what my needs were and what he could do. Even fixed my scheduling problems that I have been having forever now! Mind you this was before we could even meet! So that was spectacular!
