Today, the Hendricks County Court awarded me a decision in my small claim law suit against Indy Pillar, LLC and its agent, Brian Church.In my experience, Indy Pillar, LLC. (Brian Church) repeatedly refused to honor the terms of our lease, attempted to charge us bogus fees, and did not return our security deposit in the time frame required by law.
