Very easy to work with. Everyone is polite. Getting there was a bit confusing . No visible signs to entrance. No overnight parking there. but there are plenty of parking close by. No complaints .
Got loaded in 1 hour. Good job
Can’t complain. Arrived 90 minutes early. Immediately got a door and they started loading. I was in and out in under 2 hours. They do have a pretty accurate scale on site, which is nice. Wish more places had one. My load is 43,000 lbs and all their scale showed all three axles within 150 lbs of what the CAT scale said.
They don’t know how to load they need to learn first and to much waiting
If you like spending all night waiting on a dock this is the place to come
First and last time here, avoid these place long waiting time to get loaded almost 9hrs
I would not recommend this place for employment, nor to do business with if you have any sense.
The people are nice but load was staged and is still taking my over 2 hours and Im still not loaded. Hope this was my first and last time here!!!!
Had a 8 am pick up time. Got right into a dock to load. 5 hours later finally loaded. Went to certified scale. Had to return to get trailer reworked. Just because they dont know how to load trailers. 35,160 pounds on axles all the way to rear of trailer. A wasted day here, how many times a day do they load trailers here, and how many return with over weight issues. If I could I would rate this place a 0000 (zero)
Loading very slow,I don’t like
Not sure if there is a bathroom for drivers but if I was still owner operator I would NOT come back to this place
Check in 5:20 pm and check out 12:30 pm nextDay for pick upWorst place ever
5 hour wait for drop m hook
Ok slow checking trucks in
10 am the trailer was supposed to be preloaded,5:04 pm still not loaded.Must have a bunch of millinials loading here.
It was the worst experience of my life. The guard shake is so rude there is an old lady guard officer she was so rude and didnt know how to speak with a person. She did the same thing with my friend.
Easy place to do business. Easy in, easy out.
I am waiting here for 4hr still they dont start yet. I think this is my first and last trip here.
Company is very rude and has no qualms about wasting your time...took forever to get unloaded and even tho your paperwork is suppose to be put back into your empty trailer, mine was not and after over a hour and still no paperwork, I am leaving and the company will have to deal with it.Prine Distribution is C.H. Robinson...does that tell you enough ??
I think the lady in the last picture (video) says it all.
Driver checked in before appointment and finished unloading in 30 minutes.
Too slow in loading . 3 hours on dock still dont know how long 🙄
Have three incompetent Individuals working security I showed them my pick up number from my email and told them my pick up number they still didn’t register in their minds maybe they need to be drug tested I’m not sure having me wait hours just to find out that was the exact number
Be ready for long wait.
Rude Management, ignoring most people, answering questions with questions...HR doesnt help, too busy playing receptionistHad a bonus if you hit rate. I always hit rate, never got the bonus...Devilish little companyI can vouch for that.
I work here through a temp agency. Work is easy. I unload trucks
Bring a hot meal if you dont have a microwave in your tractor.
Good service was in and out for delivery
Be careful working with this company, built on lies and they havent learned their lesson.
Nicole, Michelle, Ms. Williams were all great trying to get my load ready so i could get on the road ahead of a storm. Very nice people...thank you
Good Place To Work As A Forklift Driver
Place is vast and it looks new but I don’t think I’ve been treated worst by anyone, anywhere . Toad at guard shack made a big deal about why I pulled up to the “pickup lane” while loaded ( marks on ground were obscured by rig in front and then barely visible after he pulled out) then proceeded to berate me because of it. Insisted that I move over and back up to the lane directly next to me before he would process me in .Mind you, NONE ELSE WAS IN LINE . All three lanes, completely empty and only a handful of trucks actively being loaded and unloaded in their gargantuan yard. I refused to do this nonsense and called for his superior, but a person who identified herself as Marianne, head of security, was just as big of an A hole as him . Finally a half hour later he processed me in the same lane I arrived in, making sure to waste a bunch of my time in the process .The warehouse folks unloaded the 10 pallets fairly quickly but goes to show you that a few jerks can ruin a place ..... I’ve instructed my people to make sure we never set foot here again !!!
Probably lucky day 2.5h load time.very bussy place
Good place..overnight parking for everyone now...was just for drop companies
I like this place God allowed me to work here...but this is a distribution warehouse, filled with non-perishables and beauty/health products, that ship to various stores across the country with WalMart as its biggest customer.
Wholesale distribution warehouse
Jeff, the manager would fire people for no reason. They have little to no training and theyre ready to fire you for not making rate on your second week. He lied to my agency and said that I made too many errors while he told me that I had 0 errors. He should be replaced. Hes not the one to manage this building.
Could do a lil better about gossip ☺
I went here after only four weeks under the wheel. Though I do wish they had been faster with loading the trailer I had no problems maneuvering to get to the scale. I did however take time to decide how to best approach them instead of trying a difficult one. Just sayin
Horrible place to work. Went there through a staging agency and literally the 2nd day after they hired 4 new people put on a hiring freeze. I mean who does that. Then my staffing agent didnt even get back to me until 10pm on a Sunday night to let me know we werent working and didnt know when we would start again. Needless to say none of the employees from the agency got to return, even the ones close to their 90 days to being hired on. Dont waste your time here!
In and out in less than an hour.
They make you scale before you can leave usually not a bad thing but there scale is a joke make sure you go to the pilot down the street to scale it was a simple drop and hook until I got to the guard shack the gate was closed and saw a note on the door saying doing night audit please be patient SMH so far waiting for a hour for the guard to get back so I can leave and get my bills not coming here again this place will waste your time and burn up your clock
Easy lot for backing. Nicely set up. Over night parking. Nice security guards.
Really nice place. Simple check-in process and its a drop-&-hook trailer swap facility.
Nice people load was ready on time
Guard shack is squared away, but unloader take 4ever, dock light didnt work and guess what, thats the only way you know your unloaded, #MAXIMUM EFFORT, need 2020 number
You try to find their place... good luck it doesnt show up on the map... and dont ask any questions they will just fire you, They wont even warn you did something wrong. They have black mold on their heater/air condition system. They say they cant get up that high to clean it...o but they said they change the air filter every 2 months. its dusty in there... and trucks from gods knows where the boxes mostly say made in china, and those truck u need a dust mask but it doesnt help much. Have fun breathing that stuff in.
I was surprised to be treated so well The Security Guards where pleasantly Informative & straight to the point, all about the business...
Fastest loading ever. very organize company.
Check in and loaded fast but when it comes to check out at the guard dam long wait
My husband just picked up a load today and is new to trucking.. Showed up at 8:00 this morning and his appt. Wasnt till 10:00 tonight they had him off and on the road in less than 2 hours. He said everyone was very friendly and helpful.
This place is the worst. You can believe every bad review. I have no idea how they ever got a good one.
Worst place ever! Had a1000am appt. Was told ready by noon then by 1400 then check back in after 1600. Had no ideal what they where doing. P.S. IV edited this post to add it has now been 15hr an still not ready. This place is a joke an I will never come here again.
We are owner operator, appt at 8:30, showed 20 min early. The guard was very nice and pleasant, backed right into a door and unloaded by 9:15. First time here!
Dont load out here. Stay far away from these stupid, lazy people. They could careless that we operate on a clock. I HATE THIS FACILITY!! YOU ARE LAZY AND NO GOOD!! TRUCKERS YOU WILL BE STUCK FOR 12 HOURS OR MORE BECAUSE THEY DONT WORK HERE!!
Nice people easy drop and hook
Rude guards in both shacks
This a general warehouse that has many individual companies using their leased area. You cant give a good or bad review of this facility unless youre reviewing the guard lol
I had a 5 p.m. Appt and load wasnt complete until 4 p.m. the next day!!! To top it off I had to wait 20 minutes behind one other truck to exit at the guard shack!!! It sucks here!!!
Unloaded earlier
Good place. Good guy s
As of now its still a mess. Im sure when its done it will be very nice facility
Im a driver that comes to this location to deliver every day an each day theses people get slower to unloaded. ..I do hate coming here if your late they make a big deal if your early they are still slow they need workers that know how to work fast. .....
Worst place to load. Everytime I come here its like nobody has a clue what they are doing. Like now 4 hours in dock to pick up a trailer that was supposed to preloaded. Said load was ready and its not.
I dont know how long theyve been doing this, the last time I was here they did not do it this way. But when I tried to load there last night, they have a small platform scale set up that you cannot get a straight shot on, you must make a serpentine maneuver, and if that maneuver is not perfect, you will not be able to get squarely on their narrow little scale. Also, there is no visible LED readout to let you know what your individual weights are, the only way you get a reading is when you are done and you look at the printout, and by then of course its too late. Why they insist on you getting a ticket out of this uncertified scale is kind of a mystery to start with, as youre just going to have to take the load to a certified one anyway. I suspect its got to do with that mindless corporate robot mentality that other driver noted and that I most definitely agree is in full force here.Anyway, after wasting 45 minutes at this place doing all the other standardized crap you have to do at all of them like waiting for the security guard to get off the phone with his buddy somewhere, sliding the tandems to the rear for them, finding the trailer I was supposed to pick up, dropping the one that I brought in, sliding the tandems on the new one, and THEN going to weigh on their little rinky dink scale, the security guard informs me, Im going to have to send you back to reweigh.I chose to spend the time more wisely by taking the trailer back where I got it and getting hooked back to my empty and getting the hell out of there. Now I know there will be some people who say, It would be best to just let them make you do it over and get the load.To those people I say, this is the day of e-logs now, and since these corporate rats have decided on their own to make it to where you cant say it only took 30 minutes to drop and hook when it did indeed take an hour and a half, then maybe these same rodents shouldnt demand the time wasting tribute of weighing and re weighing on their devilish little company obstacle course.
Very quick unload.
Maded a pick up there they were little on the slow side. They dont get in a hurry.
The most worthless place I have ever been to is a truck driver nothing but liars
I was in and out in less than an hour 28 pallets. Guards were friendly. Must be a different place by all the bad reviews. Lol
Great
Pretty good for drop & hook.
Load ready early scale to scale out.
The Plainfield Indiana branch absolutely is the worst I had a 1pm appointment and here it is 5 pm and still havent seen a dock yet and according to the guard it still may be a couple of hours
Quick drop and hook facility
I checked in 2.5 hrs ahead of my appointment time and was put in a dock and was empty in an hour.
Polite, courteous, and professional personnel.
Place sucks no overnight parking so I was late 25min.. Put me on Standby for over 3hrs Wow really👎👎👎👎
Arrived at 7am,appt was for 11:30.Empty 8am
In at 1230 for 1330 appointment. Loaded and gone at 1320.
Expect to be there for a very long time
Worst service for trucker🤬🤬🤬🤬.... where the hell is restroom😡😡😡😡
Liars. Hide my bills and said that the wind blew it.
Sooooo many mice in the products...
They suck to work at.
Not a place to pick up a load from. They will put you on a dock and literally sit you ALL DAY long. Employees are rude and careless. You dont even know who to talk to because they all seem lost.
Where is bathroom for drivers trucks?
Disorganized cluster, no one knows when loads will be ready, 4 trucks been there since yesterday, 15 hours and counting now
Took over 8hrs to load and we were 2 hours early. They had no idea when the load will be ready. Loading only by appointment...have to check in right at the appointment time and not a minute earlier.
Garbage place
A Truck Driver Worst Nightmare! They just dont care!
Slow warehouse
