Wonderful service.Driver was nice and our over all experience with this company was good.Nowadays its hard to find someone reliable.

I Have used pronto limousine several times now this past year (March over spring break) and this past few weeks for a trip coming back on July 4 Th. and I’ve been very satisfied. My last company went out of business during Covid. I was looking for a new service in the plainfield area. My plane was delayed inArizona due to a part that was malfunctioning we were on the ground sitting on the plane for over an hour. I indicated to Dennis we were delayed due to this problem. The flight was supposed to get in at 11:00 PM and now it was gonna be 1:30 in the morning. Dennis was very accommodating and his driver waited for me and I am very grateful I will definitely be using this service again in the future I am very satisfied satisfied.

Prom in a limousine is the best way to go.Kids had a blast,listened to music and drive around after the prom.

I am willing to give this service 0 stars as the treatment I felt we got was awful. The morning of our departure for vacation, I was called and told that the limo that we had booked had gone into the shop at least 1 day ago. I was offered an unacceptable replacement vehicle and hours later after booking with a different company, and cancelling my reservation, was called back, but had already booked with someone else to accommodate my needs. Also, child accommodations could not be met by this company.

We had a ride to the airport and everything went smooth.thank you

We have tried a few companies out before finding them.Our search is over as their prices are fair, drivers are nice and limos are beautiful.

Terrific high quality service and attention from the moment you ring reservations. Drivers were courteous and on time. Priced well and smooth ride. Would recommend them as a car service anywhere however we used them to get from the Plainfield to Chicago Theater and back.Their limousine is gorgeous.

Will it states on here that they are open 24 hours I just tried to call at 6:45 a.m. on July 28th 2020 and of course nobody answered the phone so I dont understand where these reviews are from maybe after only call whenever the owner feels like answering you cant even leave a message very disappointedSo the top of this review was my first review this part that Im writing now cuz my edit review seeing that I wrote this review 10 months ago and the owner just got back to it 5 days ago so I was never answer to on the phone and it took this long for you to get back to me to write something about my review and you dont even apologize you just make up an excuse and you expect me to book a limousine for transportation with you when you havent been on time on the telephone and you have not been responsive on time on this review I personally do not believe that your vehicle would show up on time in front of my house due to both of these two incidents thank you for responding.

Great service. On time and professional. My flight was canceled twice and they were all over it by calling me to see if I had rescheduled.Perfect service from a perfect limo company.Thank you for your ride from my house in Plainfield to Ohare.
