We used Plainfield Party last week. We rented a tent, table and chairs. The place was great. The crew that came to set up was phenomenal. They were prompt, polite, and very concerned that the tent was exactly where I wanted it. I cant say enough nice things. The office staff is very helpful and easy to work with. They will help you decide what your needs are. Give it a try for your next party.

Tables and chairs were in excellent condition. They stacked them up neatly in my garage, Then they picked them up on Monday morning by 9am when they said they would. I recently rented a 20x20 tent and added on foldable chairs. The pricing of the tent and chairs were reasonable and definitely worth it. The customer service was amazing! April and staff were hands down awesome! She reassured me that everything will be ok when the weather called for severe thunderstorms. She even had staff put extra anchors down for my peace of mind. Julius and Alex were our tent setup crew and they were so kind! Julius was a blast to talk to and he too reassured me that the tent will not fly away. As for the pick up I had some unexpected events happen which did not allow me to be home at the time of pick up window. I had reached out to April again and she was so amazing she worked with me to figure out a time when the crew would be able to pick up the rentals. The communication is incredible! I would most certainly rent from them again and have recommended them to friends and family as well.

We rented a 20x20 tent, tables, chairs and linens for a party. They were on time and courteous. They recommended calling Julie so we could stake the ground vs using barrels to hold the tent down. We had an issue with the linens and they reacted quickly and came out and resolved. Very happy with their service. I will use them again and would highly recommend them for your party and event needs.

This place runs a first class operation. I have been renting from them for years and they are always very professional and prompt with having your equipment ready to go. No need to look anywhere else for your rental needs. Recently rented a 20X20 tent that you set up yourself. The instructions were easy to understand it took 2 guys (self and son) about 30 mins to set up. Piece of cake...thanks for your professionalism.

My experience with Plainfield party was great! They had great customer service from the rep that helped me with my order to the guys that did the delivery and set up of the tent. The whole process was very easy and I would use them again and recommend them. Also, they have the most reasonable prices for tent rentals in the area.

I rent a tent, 5 tables and 40 chairs from this company for $811. They had a set time to pick up the equipment but someone came early to disassemble the tent. He moved the chairs to the and stated that someone would be back to pick them up. I was charged an additional $20 charge after the person move the chairs. Do not be trick by this company.

Always helpful. We have rented popcorn and cotton candy machines from here for a movie themed birthday party. Price was very reasonable. They have also been able to make odd keys for me that big box retailers were not able/willing to make. Above all else, their service is what brings me back. They are family owned operated, and you get treated kindly - they actual appreciate your business. If they cannot help with something, they are willing to suggest somebody else local who can. For example, I called today to see if they do any repairs because I need a small piece of yard equipment welded back together. While they are not able to do the work, they were kind enough to refer me to the person they use for welding repairs.

Keys made while you wait cotton candy machines to rent wonderful staff courteous and helpful. Was able to get some different and difficult to copy keys duplicated for me. Also fun selection of novelty keys. I was bald to get a hockey stick one, Blackhawks, and flower key.

Great tables and chairs for a party of 30.I needed tables and chairs for a dinner for 30 people scheduled on a Saturday. I called Plainfield General Rental on the Wednesday before the party was scheduled. The gentleman I spoke to was helpful and courteous and directed me to exactly what I needed. I rented 4 tables with disposable table covers with 32 chairs. With the delivery and pickup fee the total for a 3 day rental came to $115.The tables and chairs appeared to be brand new which was nice to see that they rent high quality products. I have on several occasions rented other tables and chairs which appeared to be falling apart. I will definitely be using Plainfield General Rental in the future.

Great store!We have a warehouse in the area which we run several delivery trucks out of. Occasionally (more often that we want) our trucks break down. We can always count on PGR to have a rental truck ready for us immediately.
