We just had our house, roof, patio, and fence softwashed by National Softwash yesterday and all we can say is WOW! We had some pretty bad spots on the chimney from a clogged gutter and the after results are fabulous. Were no longer embarassed by the big black spot. The patio came out looking so fresh! Not only are the results amazing, but it was a great experience from the inital scheduling with Katelyn to the very thorough and professional job that both Ricky and Frank did while they were here. From setting up an appointment to the big reveal was a pleasure. I received an estimate the same day after the initial visit with a price which fit my budget. They arrived on time, gave the foundation plantings a good soak and continued to rinse them during and after the cleaning. We are very satisfied with the power washing of our roof and home. Before Softwash, we were getting prices for exterior paint jobs, however we have years before thats a topic in our home.

The low pressure washing with cleaning agents certainly is safer on older homes, and less likely to cause any damage to newer homes. After requesting a quote from another company, which was completed only using Google Streetview and way too expensive I called National SoftWash. The next morning Jeff came by the house and took detailed measurements and pictures and quoted a price that was several hundred dollars cheaper. Owen and Mike did the softwash for our house just a few days later and did an excellent job. They were polite and professional, explaining exactly what they were going to do and then went to work, finishing both the roof and siding in about 90 minutes. When they were done, they walked me around the house and answered my questions. Excellent service from Jeff, Owen, and Mike and a great job overall. Very pleased!

Dennis and his team did a great job! We had solar panels put on, and we wanted to have our roof cleaned prior to doing so. The results are amazing! We also had our siding cleaned, and our house looks like a brand new home. Our windows were cleaned in the process of cleaning the siding, and they look amazing. Very happy with the cleaning results. My house, walk ways, and stone walls look great. I was especially concerned about my plants at the base of the house in particular many valuable hostas that would get detergent on them and it was explained to me that the crew would make special efforts to rinse the plants before and after the service. As it turned out almost everything appears to have survived fine including the hostas but one other species of which there are five plants appears not to have survived. All five have died. I can only assume the detergent was the cause. So, make sure after the service that you wash all the plants yourself that you might be concerned about for several days after.

National SoftWash came out and washed my house today.... One of the best things I have done to my home in 20 years. Made it look brand new again. They were very professional, took the time to explain exactly what they were going to do and how long it would take. I have a lot of flowers that surround my house. They made sure to spray them all of with a protective coating . They took their time in moving anything that needed to be moved and put everything back exactly where they were. Had a really good experience getting our house siding, gutters, and fascia washed. Price wasn’t bad, the office manager was really helpful with scheduling and very responsive, but the guys who came to do the work were the stars of the show. Derek and the crew washed our companys patio furniture, retaining walls and patio surface. They recognized that washing the patio wasnt to our best benefit so they did not pressure wash it, but merely rinse it off. This saved us money. I would recommend them because they could have gouged us.

My 14 years years old Trex deck and was looking pretty dingy. There was mold and algae on the decking, railings and spindles. Ive cleaned it from time to time but could never get it looking good. National SoftWash got the job done. It looks almost new. Not quite since its 14 years old but almost. They also cleaned a small cedar deck on the side of the house and that pretty much looks like new. They also got rid of the stains and algae on the walkway on the front of the house. Though they werent cheap there was a lot of work to be done and it was money well spent. No plants were affected from the soapy cleaning solution.As an aside, the electric outlets available to them kept tripping the circuit breakers. No fault of theirs. They called the office and in 20 minutes another SoftWash truck brought in a generator and voila! work began.Highly recommended.

Great experience! Our 20 year old vinyl siding and concrete porch had horrible mold. The estimator arrived on time, was very thorough and polite, and honored social distancing. The 2 man crew arrived on time and did a thorough job. They were very knowledgeable of their product and the types of mold we had. We had an incident with an outside outlet. Rather than the gfi and breaker tripping when it got wet, it caught on fire. The crew quickly grabbed their extinguisher, put the fire out, and then informed us. Their quick response and properly equipped truck saved the day and highlighted an electrical problem that we immediately fixed.There price was 25% less than what we expected to pay!Great Job National!

Very nice people to work with from the sales guy to the owners. That plus good quality work. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would. They dont just use water to wash your house. They use a mix of water, a little bit of soap and a little bleach. Call them. You wont be disappointed.

I used this company twice. The first time everything went flawlessly. The second time was a disaster. Softwash did a terrible job cleaning my composite deck. They did come out to reclean all the missed areas but in doing so damaged my composite deck with their pressure washer. The fix they suggested was painting my composite deck. Dennis (one of the owners) is a slimy salesman who speaks out of both sides of his mouth. It took 3 months and over 30 emails to get a poor fix to my deck. After everything was completed, I wrote an email to all the owners explaining why I would never use them again. They responded with the most unprofessional email that I have ever seen talking trash about my deck and me personally. Read all the bad reviews, they never take responsibility for their mistakes. The one thing they did right after this disaster, was not to charge me for their poor service. For that I give them 1 star.

I was very satisfied with the service I received from National SoftWash. They did a good job of cleaning my siding and were very careful not to disturb my flowers and bushes. They were a few minutes late for the appointment but called to notify me witch was great.
