I would love to have given 5 stars. Our therapist was great, unfortunately we have been waiting for a follow-up from the casting department. It has been about 3ish weeks. We placed our kiddos therapy on hold until the casting follow-up, sadly our therapist has not even called us to see if we got in for the casting that she recommended. Also the billing department has yet to send out a bill, or accept money for our copay. We have been told to go online and when we did the portal asked for a code, which is located on a bill🤦‍♀️.

We absolutely love Westside Childrens Therapy in Plainfield. All 3 of my kids have received services at this location including speech therapy and feeding therapy. Theyve all been amazing and my kids always look forward to their sessions.

My son under 2 has been going here for speech therapy, we could not be happier. We now see how he needed an extra push! He is now repeating words and sounds pointing towards things and calling out to mama and papa.

My daughter has made great strides in her therapy and believe its because of the staff at Westside. She enjoys going and the staff has made us feel welcome.

Westside has been amazing for our pre-teen son who struggles with ADHD, generalized anxiety disorder, and sensory processing dysfunction. Specifically, Mr. Richard’s approach to OT is wholistic and really supports the whole child. Our son has worked with another OT and several therapists over a number of years, and Mr. Richard has supported growth in ways we’ve not seen until now. Thank you Mr. Richard and Westside!

Their services have made a world of difference for our family! Other providers don’t even come close to offering the same caliber of care and support they do.

I was referred to WCT by family members that go to another location. However, when Plainfield opened and my 3 year old daughter needed speech it was perfect timing. I have only heard great things and now I want to be someone that says great things. From the moment I reached out to inquire about having her assessed to today, it has been painless.Thank you to Brian for helping my daughter with her speech. When we started coming here, we thought only one or two issues needed to be addressed. After being assessed and working with Brian, the other concerns are being addressed and she is progressing nicely. Anyone we have encountered at WCT have been incredible. I would recommend WCT in a heartbeat. I feel comfortable with her here and she doesnt even know she is working. Which I am sure that if she didnt enjoy being here, she wouldnt have made the progress she has so far. Thank you, Brian and WCT!
