I highly recommend Advanced Home Solutions. We have an old home (100 yrs old) and are going to be moving; therefore, we are trying to get the house ready to sell. We ran two series of radon tests and both times they were above the EPA acceptable level of 4. The first time we tested for 2 days on each side of our basement and had readings of 5.2 and 5.7. The second round we tested for 4 days and were above 12 on each side. I had been given the name of another company by my realtor but wasnt comfortable working with them based on reviews I was seeing. Just had a very difficult Radon Mitigation and Gil was amazing. I have never seen a radon specialist do some much work to get the job done. this was an 1875 home with triple brick sides and supports in between the crawl spaces. That is right, multiple crawl spaces. He took time, continued coming back to get it right. He also offers a 5 year warranty on his work.
