They used to be a good company when I bought my first vehicle from them. I recently purchased a car from them and was not that far behind. They refused to work with me, and I came home to my car being taken. Do not go here. They are not a good company and do not help people anymore. The car had a messed up transmission, bad tire, and something loose on the engine. If I had noticed, I wouldnt have signed the contract. They also didnt notify me it was in repo. I just made a payment a week ago.

I highly recommend the Plainfield store. I was in dire need of a vehicle and Tim went above and beyond to help get me financed. He was able to work with me and my situation to get me into the vehicle I wanted and could afford.

When I first got my vehicle it had an oil issue from the moment I drove it off the lot. The sensor said everything was fine however I when I took it to a mechanic they said there was no oil in the car at all. Fast forward now Ive had the car for a two months and the oil issue has gotten worse. I was told that under my warranty I could take it to Pearson Ford Quick Lane. The manager there told me he would be replacing my engine because of the oil issue. the truck ran and ran and oil just seems to disappear. Even after getting my oil change at their facility it still needed to go back less than 2 months for them to add more oil so that it wouldnt shut off of me. After telling me I would get an engine replacement I can never seem to get him on the phone. Now my truck is down I dont have a way to get to work and I still cant get anyone on the phone. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

Tim was very helpful and understanding of our situation and got us into a car we could afford. Great experience. Would definitely come here again!
