I needed a pantsuit altered for my son’s wedding. Timing was critical. The lady working there did an amazing job. She was very professional and down to business. I would trust her with any type of alterations

I took in a pair of jeans to patch. They were done when I asked but it was $20.00! The one in Avon charges 5.00.

She did patches and also hemmed pants. I got them back in just a couple of days and great prices.

I am pleased to say I have been a customer for years. She does excellent work and gets your clothing back to you in a timely manner.

I’ve been coming here for years. I picked up something I had altered and there were stains on it that were not there when I dropped it off. Had to snow before pictures for proof. She offered to cover the costs of dry cleaning. She does do quick alterations.

Excellent service! She saved the day for me by working a miracle on a bridesmaid dress for an upcoming wedding. One alteration place had already turned me away saying it wasnt possible but Pro Alterations made it happen. She was friendly and did great work in a timely fashion for a fair price!

Did a wonderful job on my daughters prom dress and quick.

Very talented! I lost a lot of weight due to chemotherapy and suit coats fit ok in the shoulders but hang like drapes along the sides. Without even measuring she took the sides of a sport coat in for me and the fit was amazing. I will be bringing more to her for adjustment.

Never again....This lady was a bit too forward with her comments. When someone you dont know says that youre too fat for your wedding dress and that you need basically a MooMoo... Thats not super cool. Then I wanted a zipper put in some pants and she said that there was urine in them and she did not want to fix them... that just went a little too far. Vista Cleaners in Mooresville disagrees with her statement. Im sorry, but she was just downright out of line and I will not forget it.
