Everyone there has just always been very polite and makes me feel comfortable. They doesn’t make me feel like I am just a number they make me feel very welcome and happy to see me. They asked me how my day is they’re just very wonderful people to work with.

Went with them over a year ago. Paid my dues and today I get a call saying I owe them $25. Im just now hearing about this after a FULL YEAR. If there was a fee in limbo why wait a full year to tell me. My advice stay far away as this place is super shady. Just called their customer care line as instructed and was told that they dont have to tell you about any fees they instate after a loan is paid.

One day late sent my check to the bank send it to my old bank that was closed even though I give them bank statements from the right bank every time I took out a loan they want me to pay the fee for their mistake no way

Great customer service, with new management. Very fast and efficient with doing their jobs.

Funny enough the hardest part is simply paying a loan back. Always a hassle, and nearly every employee Ive interacted with has a poor attitude. Will not return.

Make sure you double check the amount of $$ you receive they have the tendency to forget or miscount the right amount of $$. I have been keeping trails/documents on this business. Zero stars
