Ive been dealing with Zippos for over 20 years and have never had an issue with anything theyve installed in my vehicles. My wifes car has a stereo that they did 15yrs ago still works like new and they installed a remote start and alarm 17 yrs ago and they still work great! Highly recommend them!!!

This place is extremely expensive and they dont know what theyre doing, they connected strobe wires, cameras and remote start all with insulating it and it ended up burning out all the lights in my vehicle. Garbage Place

Very customer driven and accommodating. Had a new pioneer unit installed with backup camera in my 2000 BMW Convertible. Made the car more fun with updated technology.

So far so good. Had an remote starter installed and they were very helpful and honest recommending which models to choose from and at great price. Done in a few hours and they explained how the remote works. I even had to call back because I was doing it wrong! They guarantee their work as long as I own the vehicle! Love the remote as well can start my car at my cubicle and bedroom and its not even the 1 mile range!

I will highly not recommend his services Bec six months ago I install lock device for six months and guy misplace my remote start part when I went back for removal for that lock device he just simply says he don’t even know we cannot put back the remote start I mean they simply blame on me. And on top they want to charge 100$ wow it’s common sense if you are not knowledgeable person regarding cars how could i take out the part from your car. Just money making scheme. I was so disappointed with the service if you go for any services please take in writings on paper. But in my case I don’t have anything in paper I loose my remote start from my car now. And it is really not recommended service center.

They got nice stuff, just wish they had more selection. They didnt have what I was looking for, but having choices is nice. I dont see prices listed clearly, which I dont like. But they help you and tell you prices, now its your job to remember

Name says it all. Dealt with Rod, was hassle free and even had my truck in and out with a full sound system plus keyless entry in less than 6 hours. Pretty impressive. Im going back for other things to add on later.

I had them put a remote start in my diesel pickup 2 years ago. I recently lost the remote transmitter. I went in and they hooked me up with a new one and programmed it with no problem. They had me in and out in less than 15 minutes

I drive a 94 Jeep Cherokee Sport. The alarm system was ancient, so I brought it to Zippos for an extraction. These gentlemen did a stellar job!! When Im ready for a new system, my money will be well spent with them for sure...

Dropped my car off with a pickup time of either last car out or early next morning. To my suprise they had me finished and done well before closing time due to having 2 people work on my car. My remote keyless starter works well and it was a reasonable price. Happy with their work.

Responsible and efficient. We asked zippos to repair an after-market backup camera that Toyota refused to fix. Within an hour of dropping the car off, they had completed the job...no charge! New camera system. Thanks Zippos!

The first time I went to zippos I felt like I was walking to my grandpa shop. Everyone is friendly. The navigation system, the remote starter and individual dvd headset was installed in a timely manner. I recently called to order a replacement part (headphone) and they remember me and my car. Awesome customer service!!!

Place is a joke. Called up and was quoted $350 for a 2 way remote start. Which is in line with other places. I get there and they say oh wait no thats $500. Like serious? Waste of my time, my gas and my miles. I would just go somewhere else. Theres a lot of car stereo places.

I had these guys install an overhead DVD player in my SUV. I told them to wire it so the dome light comes on when you open the door. Needless to say they did not, and told me my DVD player doesnt support that feature. When I got home I looked up the specs and IT DOES support this feature. Come to find out they were just to LAZY to do it the right way. LIARS!

What I ask in detail was not done, wasted money.

I just recently bought a new car, and have been doing extensive research on which navigation system i want to have installed in my car, and i am looking to upgrade my audio system with something a little bit better sounding. After all my research, i still had a lot of unanswered questions, so I went to zippos in hopes of speaking to a professional, that may be able to answer some of my questions, and I spoke to a gentleman named Joe. He came off a little bit arrogant, and was not able to answer one of my questions. Every question i asked, he had to look up on the computer, and then avoided answering me by trying to tell me how good the system he wants to sell me sounds.I didnt go there so someone could look things up on the computer, i could do that myself. Moving forward, I asked him for a price on the navigation radio, and audio system that i had done my research on, and had my mind set on, and instead of giving me a price, He made me go out to his car and listen to his system, and check out his radio, which wasnt even a navigation! i wasnt all that impressed and just wanted a price on what i wanted, instead he kept telling me to trust him, i didnt want the radio i researched, and that the radio he has does apple car play. I didnt care for that option, because i dont want everybody in my car knowing all of my business. i walked out of there almost feeling pressured a little bit, and left without even getting a price on the system i wanted, instead i have a price on the system he has in his car. They had the radio i wanted in stock, but why stock any other radios if all they are going to sell is the radio they probably get a commission on? I cant speak about any other aspect of the store, they came highly recommended, and i heard they do good work, i just had a bad experience with this person in particular
