I had two separate rooms taken care of my Remote-AV. My basement and family room turned out exactly as I had envisioned. Kris went over my audio and video options and completed my order, while Jason and crew expertly took care of the installation and explained the functions of the TV and remote. Couldnt be happier.

This company hinges on one man’s technical expertise and it is not Kris Gutrich. Do not be fooled by the initial sale service of Remote AV.After ten years of being clients, and encouraging and cajoling them in vain to set up regular maintenance contracts, they left us with our entire system down including the door bell as they lost their tech guy who operates in Chicago.This was well before this pandemic so there was no excuse, we understand some companies no longer can be viable, instead of politely admitting his limitations, Kris (the owner) got ugly in language and behavior over a phone call! This was the same soft spoken Kris who sold us equipment ten years prior. We were shocked.We endured ten years of mediocre service and buying equipment each time something failed on them with an excuse that it was obsolete. Remote AV is as REMOTELY PRESENT which means NON RESPONSIVE, never attended to in a TIMELY MANNER and INCAPABLE 8 out of 10 times to fix the issue and insisted on selling instead of fixing the broken equipment.The best news is when I got a new service installer, they took one look at the no labels and mess of wires left by Remote AV and labeled, fixed, and downsized the equipment rack!

Kriss guys did a fantastic job. I already had most of my equipment and I never once felt like my needs were a small job or a waste of time. I highly recommend REMOTE for any audio, video, or security needs that you might have.

Remote AV does it right and it works. Over the past 9 years I have used them at 3 different houses to set up network, security, audio and video. Trust me when I say - when you want it done right - call Remote AV! We went a cheaper route for our work warehouse and within 1 year i was calling Remote AV to bail us out of trouble and replace some cheaper components, fix the set-up etc.. They are not in the ultra low cheap space but when you need it done right and want it to last - they wont disappoint! Strong technically and service was great too.

Great team at Remote AV. They helped me set up a cool photo slideshow on my flat screen TV, using the Control 4 system. Tony went above and beyond, returning to my house to upgrade my thermostat after we missed our scheduled appointment.

Terrible customer service. I reached out to the company 3 weeks ago for a home audio installation and have left multiple voicemails and sent a number of emails. I have yet to receive a response.
