We enjoyed our 6 month stay, had absolutely zero issues the entire time. The apartments were cozy, clean, convenient and the management was very responsive. Had maintenance out twice, both times the person who came by was respectful and worked quickly to fix what they were there for. The price is steep for sure, but Im not convinced that there are many better places to rent in Plainfield, especially for a family.

Everyone is very nice. They left a lot of information in our unit to help us get started with the TV and internet as well as gas and electric. The unit was very clean. We have not had our walk through and there a couple of items we need fixed, but overall everything is great.

These apartments are so quiet you sometimes forget you’re living in an apartment. i also love the view from the back door that the apartment gives. you can see the sunset over the cornfield! management is super responsive and friendly, always gets things done quickly and they’re very professional. if you don’t love apartments, i think you’d still enjoy here. i would recommend redwood plainfield to anyone!

Friendly neighborhood and a great place to live! Doesn’t give you an apartment feel and with the garage we were able to have extra storage space and a place to park a car inside.Management is awesome and quick to help with any issues.

I lived here for over three years. The apartment was great and so was my property manager. I had a dog and paid pet rent every month for the full time. Upon move out I was told that I had to pay an outrageous amount to replace the carpets because I had pets. This was not in the rental agreement! And what was my $1000+ paid in pet rent for?

Good quality & quick responses for maintenance requests. Hvac is loud but we were warned up front about it. Overall, a great place to call home!

Redwood Plainfield has exceeded my expectations on apartment living. I moved here in March, 2020 during the beginning of the Covid-19 pandemic with a 2 month old at the time. The staff handled my move in flawlessly. All documents were signed electronically, my apartment was thoroughly cleaned/sanitized, and everyone was extremely helpful with my transition. Living here has been an amazing experience so far. Having a 2 car garage one level apartment is great for my family. All of the neighbors are friendly. All maintenance work orders have been completed in a timely manner. I absolutely love living here. Mechelle and Ross are the best staff. They are very accommodating and are there for me for anything I need. The apartments are in the heart of a beautiful neighborhood where I take daily walks/jogs. This is a beautiful place to live. I am sad I didn’t move here earlier. If you are looking for an amazing place to live this is the place to be. All of the people here are very welcoming and excited to meet new people.

The repair was made quickly and correctly. Ross is a great Maintenance guy...Redwood is lucky to have him!

Pleasant surroundings, very spacious, maintenance is always on time, I love that its quiet, they try to keep it clean, though its hard for management to do so due to some other residents who dont follow regulations in regards to especially dogs waste, some residents ignore the waste baskets designated at almost every corner, but just allow their pets to poo on the sidewalks! Over all its a beautiful place, and I am happy! Great staff!

When my husband and I had to sell our home and move away from our families we were completely unsure about where to find a rental. In full disclosure, this move was triggered due to a motorcycle accident that my husband had been involved in and we needed to be closer to his doctors and specialists in downtown Indianapolis. We were already navigating difficult circumstances and looking for a new place to call home felt completely overwhelming.We were completely discouraged by the first apartment complex we looked at. It was completely outdated and my husband, being in a wheelchair at the time, could barely fit through the doorways to the apartment.About a week later we stumbled upon the Redwood complex. Their apartment layouts were all open-concept floor plans. We were very impressed at how nice the apartments were and how well my husband was able to get around inside.What really sold us though was the location. The complex is situated just on the edge of town close to amenities but you are removed from the hustle and bustle of things in a quiet neighborhood. There is also access to a trail for running, walking or biking and you can even get to the Plainfield trails without having to get in your car!We met Ross, the maintenance technician, during our first week here and he made us feel very welcome to the neighborhood. We have had very few maintenance issues but he has taken care of them in a timely manner.Mechelle, the office manager, is very professional and personable. We were touched by her sincerity with our situation. She was extremely helpful in assisting us with our transition in our new home away from home.We have been here almost two years and we still love being a part of the Redwood community.

I have had a wonderful experience living at Redwood after moving in over a month ago. The residents have made me feel welcome as well. Not to mention how spacious my place is, and I have made it my HOME. I’m very happy!

I used to live at another new luxury apartment complex in the area, and Redwood Plainfield is 10x better from the quality of the apartments to the staff. I truly enjoy living here and coming home. The staff is very responsive and also very friendly.

Chatham Glen by Redwood is a very clean and relaxed community! The management is amazing and VERY helpful! It’s a perfect place for anyone who isn’t ready for a home but wants the space! The walk in pantry is my favorite! My fiancé Mark and I are in love with this apartment complex. Michelle has helped us beyond our expectations! Very happy!

Ms. Munn has been so helpful during this process. My parents are relocating and she’s been terrific communicating with us and helping us help them! Our tour covered every question we had and some we hadn’t even thought to ask! The apartments are beautiful, roomy and have a single-family home feel to them :)

We havent moved in yet (will update when we have), but the process so far has been nothing less of stellar. Mechelle was so incredibly sincere and was very honest in answering our questions. She pointed out a few things that may be a bother (losing a closet for a water closet and a noisy air return), but there werent any deal breakers for us. The property appears to be very well maintained. Landscaping was clean and lively (did not see what another reviewer pointed out). There were a few cars parked outside of their garages, but I dont understand why this is such a bother. They may be a little pricey, but I think the beauty and safety of the community warrants the cost.

I don’t know rather I will get in my new apartment home or not but nevertheless the service from beginning to end was nothing short of amazing. I the year since I moved in I have had an ant infestation problem and now I have a gnat infestation problem that the apartments handled incorrectly. I had gnats in my refrigerator and in microwave for god sake and they told me that I should put vinegar and soap in a glass. I had to throw food away in my fridge and replace it. I’m on a fixed income. Long story short I had to get the bombs at Lowe and do it myself (I’m handicapped). They did disconnect the fire alarms before I set the bombs off though. I found out it was one of those tricks that I had put out that caused all the problems not the apartment homes so I am truly sorry for the bad reviews, my bad redwood. Now I am planning on going back if they will have me.

I really love living here and the manager, Mechelle is a very professional and kind and the maintenance staff is quick and hardworking. I have been here for 7 months and love the location too.
