Great service today. They were patient with us asking for multiple estimates until we figured out what we could afford to do. They took down a large limb hanging over the house and a 40 foot redwood. Fast and cleaned up well. Will use again.

We just had a 40-50 ft. Cottonwood tree taken out that went really well. A crew of three came out and were very efficient. The tree was in a precarious spot on a hill between two houses. They were very careful to get it right. This is the third time Ive used Godzilla and will use them again down the road. I highly recommend them.

You cannot trust these men. The estimator will bid a difficult job, but the climber will try to do it fast and dirty, pulling a Bait And Switch. They damaged my property and they are nowhere near “affordable.”

Godzillas has cut & cleaned up a number of times on our property. In 2 cases, there was a huge tree limb hanging precariously above fencing. It took a professional level of skill to get the limb down without it landing on the fence. Another tree company didnt want to attempt it but Godzillas took care of it successfully. Had a big tree fall on my house. Scheduled with tiffany and was told a crew would be here for 7:30am today. No show by 7:50am called spoke with crew said theyd be here in 45 minutes. Arrived an hour later, said they were not prepared for the job. I called spoke with owner Michael he got defensive, argumentative and hung up on me. I told the crew to leave.I have worked in customer service for 40 years, a call and or a understanding attitude goes a long way, I am stressed out about a tree falling on my house! I felt they held me hostage since 7:30am, and I had to now find another tree service to help me. Not good.

I am super angry at this co right now. I called a week ago, and i was promised a call for an estimate last Monday, no call until today! I got a call from a kelly, who said I was misinformed about when I would get a call. They have no available estimate apointment for me either tomorrow or Friday. I go back to work Monday (on vacation), and Kelly said, they do not do estimates past 430, because of the heat. I am single and have to work! Kelly hung up on me!
