To say Jeremiah went above and beyond is an understatement when it comes to our experience with AC Septic. He took what appeared to be an impossible issue and managed to bring, what could have been an awful experience, from start to finish with exceptionally quick and thorough work. His communication was phenomenal, pricing was fair and his compassion for the position we were in was refreshing. No one is ever happy when they need to call for a septic issue. However, Jeremiah and his team did amazing work, were flexible and made the process pretty painless. Those guys worked their butts off the week of Thanksgiving and assured me that they would finish on Wednesday so I wouldnt be left hanging over the 4-day holiday weekend. On Wednesday, they brought in extra guys to live up to that promise. For the first time in 14 years (when I bought my house), I dont have septic issues weighing on my shoulders or what ifs in the back of my mind. I cant thank the team enough for everything they did for me and my family during a very difficult time.

We had an emergency and they answered their phone promptly every time we called (unlike some up here), were professional, courteous, and sympathetic; and managed to fit us in right away. Their driver David (?) showed up in the time frame they gave, was also professional and courteous as well, and was able to get his truck into some very tight areas between trees and structures. As a retired fire apparatus operator and professional OTR driver, I know and admire professional driving. Very pleased overall.

Guy couldn’t tell the well from the septic so he just left for the day without calling us to work out the issue (him not being competent) and told us we lost our window. When we called him out about this being their mistake, they told us we were in the wrong and ended up canceling us. After my wife hung up to avoid verbal abuse, I received 8 calls in one minute, and I kept hanging up on him. I finally answered to tell him to stop and he said things that caused us to be worried. Had to report him to the sheriff to make him leave us alone after he canceled on us, because he would not stop harassing us. Even after being told by the sheriff to stop contacting us he told the deputy he would text us to demand I take this down. Had to block his number.

These guys showed up quickly when Smelly Mel let me down over and over again. The owner even offered to have the guys come out the same day. On top of that they did a quality repair and charged a reasonable rate. Quality professional service as one would expect. Skip Flaky Mel and call AC Septic!

Called, phone was answered by a real person, talked to Jeremiah, explained our situation, he quickly made an appointment that the company kept. The job was completed by a very knowledgeable person who answered all of my questions and suggested a test to insure system was, is working properly. Very professional. Cost was reasonable. Over Labor Day weekend we had some septic issues. AC was the only place open and Jeremiah was more than helpful. He was patient and talked us through a few tests to run over the phone (as we had the septic dug up already). We were able to fix the issue ourselves with the help of Jeremiah. We then scheduled for our tank to be pumped later in the week. They were prompt, helpful, and affordable. Highly recommend.

HORRIBLE, DO NOT USE! Delayed our escrow because they confused well piping with septic. Rihanna and Jeremiah were both extremely rude and unprofessional as soon as they issue came up. They delayed our escrow and acted like it was our fault.

Charged us 900 to come out and tell us they couldnt put a camera down our line to our leach field. Then quoted us 10000 to replace it and wanted half up front which is illegal as all hell. They can only ask for 10%. When they pumped our tank and charged us 900 my husband had to dig up the tank for them. Not cool

These guys came out today to take a look at a sink hole that suddenly appeared in my yard. Turns out its a diverter something that I just need to cover, which I did. They charged me for the visit, but later the owner called me to say he was tearing up my check, as they shouldnt have charged me. Hes a good man.

The work started the day i placed my first review which i would remove however I am older and cannot figure out how. I am revising only because the work has been done and done well. I also met owner and he seems genuinely contrite that it took so long.
