This maybe a smaller place but what they lack in floor space they make up for in customer service. We stopped in to look at the new Polaris General, but they did not have any in the showroom to look at. Darren the salesman was very accommodating and had a lot of great information. We will be back again.

Didnt address the issue on my Polaris that I brought it in for, check engine light. Not giving me the opportunity to approve the work that could have been done. They told me they didnt think it would be worth putting it on the computer or the time or money, it runs ok. I believe thats my choice not theres. Would not recommend!!!!

Very fine company, friendly and helpful.

They close at 5 pm. I got there at 4:58. Door locked. I could see a female employee behind the counter. I knocked. She ignored. Came out at 5:00 pm on the dot. Refused to help me. Next day I returned. Did not mention what had happened. Request the part that I needed and was told that it was $22.99. I did not purchase the item. Went home looked item up on eBay and had it delivered to my house in 3 days for a grand total of $4.31 tax INCLUDED. If i can buy that cheap then their wholesale price is probably around half of that. Now theres nothing wrong with a retailer making a profit however, that is just flat gouging.

I have no idea how this joke of a place stays in business. I live local And try to support local, but these guys make zero attempt to even care like they want your business. I called and asked to speak to someone about the new 2020 Polaris General. I was told someone would call me back. No call, called the next day- I was told they are too busy- I would just have to come in. Well guess what, I drove an hour and a half away to California Custom Trailers & Motorsports and purchased my 30K General yesterday, cash transaction!!! This Polaris dealer gives the name a bad wrap. Go see Juan at California Custom Trailers & Motorsport. They have so many Razors, quads, trailers, tractors... whatever your fancy!! Placerville Polaris has completely lost all my business!!!!

Bought a aws string trimmer last year before summer. Its self propelled as i have steep hills on my property near my house that need to be mowed. Well after 1 month of trimming it broke. The left wheel is not turning under load. Brought it in before the warranty was up to get repaired. They told me it would be a few weeks as the repair person was injured. I understood and told them no problem. A few weeks went by and I had not heard a word. I called and they told me the situation had not changed and had no one to repair their broken equipment. I picked it up over a month ago with the wheel broke to use it as it was time to mow again with the understanding that when someone was available to fix it they would contact me and still honor the warranty. As i suspected might be the case, not a call or update or offer of any other resolution. They are nice enough people and will glady sell you a 1200 dolollar piece of equipment but thats about where the effort stops. I dont normally waste my time with negative reviews, I simply choose to not give a bad business my repeat business. unfortunately in this case I dont have another option unless i want to pay out of pocket to have itbrepaired byba third party. Again, nice people, but pleasantries dontbrun a business. This is the same reason i did not a polaris 4x4 from them.

I went on their website to research snowblowers. Came across a advertised cub cadet for $1,599.00 they also had the same unit for $$1,799.00. I called the night before and was told they had both in stock. I confirmed the price with the guy on the phone.I drove from Nevada to this store to pick up the machine. I get to the store and am told that the two models are a CA specific and a Non CA specific model. They don’t carry the Non CA specific model and I have to pay the additional $200. Quite a different story from the day before telephone conversation.I asked why non of this info was on the their specific website. They told me the manufacturer puts whatever they want on there. I asked ok well since I was told something completely different and now drove all the way out here for nothing can we work something out. They said “ we won’t make any money so NO”. I told them I would share my experience online on what happened so other consumers don’t drive to this place for the same experience. They started raising their voices saying because I couldn’t get my way I would sue them or something. Let me make it clear that’s not at all what I said or planned. I just wanted what was advertised and told to me.These guys don’t realize that if I had the experience I was hoping for they would have a repeat customer with more machines and service. Their loss. I hope this helps other consumers.

Great service. These guys went above and beyond yesterday for me and made sure I got my parts even after the close of business. They definitely went the extra mile for me so Ill be back.

Not a place I will be using for service or parts anymore. Gentleman at the counter would not even look at gas caps to help find a replacement for a cracked one that I had brought in. Extremely unhelpful.

Dealer is rude. Suggest you go to Sacramento area. The dealers down there are much more polite
