Feb. 4th. Absolute worst customer service I have experienced in a long time. Arrived at !0 AM and left at 11:30 AM with out a new phone. Three staff members were in the store and only one customer (which stayed about 3 minutes) in the entire 1 1/2 hours. At the end of 1 1/2 hours were given one of two options to get a new phone. ONE: spend another 1 1/2 hours in the store OR TWO: return on Feb 9th to get a new phone. first they said it was corporate that made the mistake, then it was because the person helping us was new. What I dont understand is why the two experienced staff members couldnt have helped the new person since there were no other customers.

I have been a very happy and exceptionally satisfied customer for a number of years. I have received nothing but outstanding service and support starting with the Apple 4 through numerous upgrades upto and now including the Apple 12Pro Max and IPAD PRO 2020.Always, always prepared to assist customers with their issues and providing excellent customer care.What can I say, customer satisfaction is paramount. It’s like having my own personal Verizon Representative.Well done.

My neighbor recommended this Verizon storeafter I had a disappointing experience at another store.My contact, Wyatt, was so very knowledgeable and helpful.I told him what I wanted and he delivered, with no hard sell.He put together my package, transferred everything from old phones to the new and outlined everything I needed.Wyatt should be commended for doing such a good job; he really knows what he’s doing.I highly recommend this Verizon store, and I highly recommend Wyatt.

Went to pick up my phone I ordered online. Got the email saying it was ready but when I went to pick it up it was not ready and was told I had to wait until he was done activating another customer because he couldn’t login to scan my phone to give it to me. Had to wait 20 mins for something that should have taken less than 5. He also was rude when I told him I didn’t want the protective glass for $60. Will never come back to this location.

Buying a wireless anything takes skill, keen eyes for small print, and trust in your sales representative. This Verizon dealer does it all in a seamless and affordable way. They even, (I almost tear up when I say this)..they even answer their phone with a live knowledgeable person on the other end. To anyone looking for a positive experience with cell phone service, this is your port in a storm.

I Went to the Missouri rd. Verizon store and was pleasantly greeted with “ Good morning, Welcome to Verizon, how can I Help you today?!” My iPhone was Broke down & I wasn’t happy. Amanda Thompson looked at my phone, explained the problem and graciously offered several options. She was just the professional technician I needed. She set me up with a new phone & a Tablet, transferred all my Data and patiently explained the operating systems. I couldn’t be happier with this transaction. She also asked me to call or stop in with any more questions. Thank you very much.

I went in to get help with a new replacment phone. It had to be setup, and the old one erased. He did everything in a few minutes. Very informative and did his marketing, trying to offer upgrades, but wasnt pushy.

Brittany was so nice and helpful she knew what she was doing I would like to deal with her everytime I have to go into Verizon type so much

Tyler was very experienced in letting me know all the phone special that Verizon was having. I went with upgrading to a g8 instead if my g6. Ive been a Verizon customer since Oct 2018

I just received the best customer service from a young lady this morning. I called before I arrived to see if she could install a new SIM card in a refurbished phone that I was trying to activate. She checked to make sure she had what I needed and was prepared when I arrived. She was helpful and quick with a positive attitude! Thanks Mandy!

My exchange students had phones that did not work in USA, and Ken went above and beyond to help us figure a way for them to be able to have service without a lot of added expense. They promise everything but have zero after sale service. Tried to replace an expensive screen cover that cracked 2 weeks later. They said they don’t carry those and sent me to a ‘real’ Verizon store across town. That store wanted me to go online and do something saying the other store often sends people to them they can’t help. I’m buying a Zagg cover and not dealing with this run around.

There is a lady in there whos super aggressive loud and not very customer not friendly at all.

Horrible place to go. If you have to go do not work with Brittany. Offered me multiple things saying they are included, its free and then given a reception with charges for everything, like a $70 liquid glass cover? It doesnt work by the way.after I saw the charger I tried to return everything g but was told the manager isnt there and they dont have access to do returns. I was also told I would get a free projector no for the Moto z I purchased but it is only for the Moto z 2. They either lied or didnt know what they were doing. They over charger because they are commission and kept me there for 5 hours trying to set up a new phone plan that should have taken 30 minutes. Stick to a true Verizon store.
