Dave was fast, friendly, and always willing to answer my questions about the repair process. Always fast to communicate. The real star is his quality of work. I sent in my Virtual Boy to get some micro soldering done. As someone who does soldering here and there you can tell his quality of work is top notch. He uses high end equipment and has shown me that he takes care with his work. He will definitely get my business in the future!

Nerdy Dave saved me $125.00USD by bringing my Virtual boy back to a state of Near New!He talked with me the whole time and gave me tracking info so I never felt like my system was lost! My broken computer was under warranty through Citibank Costco. They required a written estimate for repairs. Dave was able to provide that to me in only one day. Please support this business! I live in the bay area where my Apple Watch was stolen and it somehow ended up in this shop. Dave and his team went above and beyond to contact me and return the watch to me by mail. I dropped off a storage bin with 3 old laptops dating back to 2000 with Dave last week. I knew they contained pictures that I did not have saved elsewhere but knew I wanted. Without passwords or any idea where to start, I was just about to give up but Dave was able to save all of the info in that bin on one flash drive which I was able to pick it up the next day. Plus he disposed of my old laptops at no charge. I wish all of my storage problems could be solved so efficiently! Highly recommend!

Awesome service! I had a broken Laptop that wouldnt turn on anymore. Dave tested it and told me the drive was bad. he made suggestion on what to do next. i decided based on his suggestions on a new ssd drive and reinstall of windows. my computer is now working perfectly! im very happy with my experience! Great people, great customer service. I was so impressed with their knowledge and experience. I was thinking I needed to purchase a brand new computer .Dave informed me that all my hardware was up to date and if I replaced the hard drive, I would basicly have a new computer that would last for many years to come and not be out dated.
