I needed a deep cleaning before my family from back east came to visit for Christmas.... called and booked (which was better easy and fast). They came out Monica & Blanca did an amazing job... virtually every surface was hand wash... even got to my fridge and oven.... home was immaculate... thanks girls, will call again to set up on going service... (will wait for after the holidays)

They said it was going to take about 2 to 2 1/2 hours. they spent actually 3.5hrs, which I agreed because my home needed A LOT of TLC. The quality of the work was AWESOME. Found them on Yelp and call them with short notice. It was Saturday night and I was impressed with the response that I got when I send a message someone was responding. They bring their own cleaning materials and solutions. The price is competitive as well. I will hire them again for future cleanings

I needed a move in clean ASAP. I called a couple of cleaning companies in the area and no response. Finally got a live person – Josh. Josh was nice and friendly and pricing was fair. I was also able to get an appointment the next day. The 3 ladies came on time, friendly, professional. They went to work immediately, cleaning every corner of my house. Wow, my house looks amazing, spotless! I’m so happy and satisfied with the overall process that I will be using them on a regular basis now. Josh and his team are great! . I have been using them for 3 years now since they opened! They never disappoint. I have them come every other week and they do a great job. They will come in and help me get ready for my big Christmas party I am having this weekend and will be there to help me put the house back together when I am done. Absolutely, appreciate them and there service they make it easy for me I can always count on a great house cleaning!

With 2 pets and 3 kids it became overwhelmed with keeping my home clean. We looked at several house cleaning services and independent cleaners, but, I chose Youve got maids of OC mostly because I get the security of a corporation. Normally, I choose to support small businesses, but when it comes to the state and security of my home I will trust the backing of a corporation first.First a rep comes and does a walk through. They ask you all about your cleaning expectations and then give you a quote. We opted for weekly service on Saturday mornings.Because of our hectic lives, I often have to re-schedule my cleaning. They are always very accommodating and understanding. I have never had an issue with changing my times last minute.The cleanings are usually done by 2 women, although sometimes it has only been one or sometimes 3. The cleaners speak English, take direction and are very friendly. You are welcome to check the house when they finish and are able to ask to have things re-cleaned if it does not meet your standards, which I like.

OC Maids came to my home this week and completely transformed my kitchen and bathrooms-and I have a 2 story home with 3 restrooms. They were not only on time but early and came knocking on my door with a smile on theyre fair. This was my first time ever calling a maid/cleaning service but since Im currently injured from a recent fitness event I decided to give them a call to help me out in the home since Im having a hard time getting around the house much less do any cleaning.They scheduled me in quickly within the same week I called! I couldnt be more impressed with the service and how clean everything turned out. Also I never realized how dirty my kitchen was, and I clean my kitchen I would say almost everyday but the attention to details is what really stood out to me, they removed some stains and splatter that had appeared on my kitchen walls that I had been unable to remove. They did an even more excellent job in all 3 of my restrooms!!! Mirrors were spotless, I had left some dishes in the kitchen sink and they did my dishes too!! I asked them if they needed me to do anything or move anything so they could clean and they said no, we will do everything, you can go rest! That put the biggest smile on my face!! and the best part of OC Maids is that they use all environmental friendly products!!!I cant believe I had never had anyone come clean my home, Im sure I will be using theyre services consistently now. I can trust them to always do a great job and to take care of something if it was not done the way I like it. There are a lot of house cleaning services in Orange County but Youve Got Maids of OC is the best that I have used.

I was just moving into a condo and the previous owners had a dog, and their was dog hair everywhere it was driving up the wall and overwhelmed me over how much cleaning I had to do on my own. My dad had found Youve got maids for me and suggested I try them, to relieve some of my stress. They were wonderful! Got out a stain in the bathroom that I tried everything to get out, made things look so shiny and new. They made me feel like a big weight was lifted off my shoulders in a stressful time. If I ever need to use maids again, I would definitely use them again.

Very unorganized when it comes to scheduling. Didnt send me an appt day and time, sent the maids to my house and I wasnt home, so he charges me the cleaning fee and nothing was ever cleaned. Then called it a cancellation fee. How could it be a cancellation fee if I wasnt even notified of them coming. Lost me as a customer!

Very impressive work done by Youve Got Maids of OC. I live in Orange and they were able to take care of the work the same day. Really saved the party! I wouldnt have been able to clean the house for my Halloween party this weekend!

Rented a house in the orange county for my mother in law and she left a mess, i called josh and he sent his A cleaning team and got the place ready for a walk through with the landlord and i got my deposit back, great work guys. thanks a lot.
