Called to check on a job that I dropped off there 9 days ago. The owner, Roger, tells me how busy they are and that nobody has looked at my project yet. Nine days now? I was blown away when he told me that if I didnt like it I could come get my job. WOW, Really Roger? I have dealt with this company for over 20 years and the owner responds like that? Somebody is having a bad day. There are plenty of calibration companies in OC. Dont use this place. Use some of the others. They appreciate the business.......
