Poor customer service and shady sales practices. Machine I wanted was “out for rent” for a month and then suddenly sold. Meanwhile they tried to upsell me on a pricier item. I will look for a dealer with more integrity.

Purchased a used sled there. Email and phone communication was prompt, friendly, and honest. Because of that, we drove 2.5hrs for a deal. Showroom was great and we were treated great. Got all the extra doo parts for the sled and my modular helmet. Thank You!!

PLT has a long standing history in Berkshire County. They have a large show floor, plenty of rentals for residential and construction, and a great parts department. While the ride can seem a little far from certain areas, I often find that they have what I want. Its one of those places where you shouldve gone there first.

I scheduled the use of a lift days in advance and when i went to go pick it up from a construction site the people at the construction site had no idea of my rental and they were planning on using the lift that day. I took the rental and found it to be on empty so I also had to fill the fuel tank before i even started. I then called and complained via voicemail(twice) and they never called me back. Disappointed in the service/communication. The equipment worked fine tho.
