🤩Susan🤩 helped my fiance and I pick out our engagement rings, not only did she help us over several days but would not just let us settle for ok. She made sure that both my fiance and I were glowing with happiness on our rings. Even the store manager went above and beyond for us! Another gentleman 🤩Brandon🤩 helped us through the sizing process along side with Susan! Everyone here is amazing and would strongly suggest to stop in and ask for Susan or Brandon!! You will regret going anywhere else!!!! Will be returning for ALL my jewelry needs!!!*UPDATE*I just have to add that recently everyone at the store has been absolutely amazing!!! I could not say enough good things about them!! I recently suggested my mother to go in to Kays if she was looking for new jewelry. The associate that assisted mother did AWESOME!! Not only did they help my mother with all her crazy requests, they even went out of their way to go above and beyond for her with an issue she was having with a piece of jewelry she already owned!! I STRONGLY SUGGEST TO STOP AND SPEAK WITH THESE PEOPLE, well worth the time and money when your looking for jewelry

This place is awesome I buy my wifes jewlery here all the time. I just bought a levian ring for my wife for Xmas she has not seen it yet but she will like it. But while at the store I was treated awesome by the manager and employees alrrr44

I cant agree with Michelle more about the unprofessionalism. I came in Tuesday night pick up something that UPS notified us was delivered on Monday morning and received by French. They told us it wasnt in the store and would arrive Wed morning. When we called Wed afternoon they said it still wasnt there and only after pressing them they looked again and finally located it. When we came in to pick up on Thursday night I asked the manager French why it showed him as signing for it on Monday. He raised his voice and was over the top defensive making a scene and made everyone quite uncomfortable.1 star is for hopefully a successfully processed return. Ill be shopping elsewhere from now on!

NOT HAPPY! the manager is unprofessional, not willing to work with a customer, has excuses on how he cant work 7 days, how busy he is, how short staffed. no customer service, no understanding of the clients needs or feelings. just unsatisfied with the whole experience and i still dont have my ring back from having them sent it out twice to get repaired, this will literally be the 3rd time!!!!! :(
