The don’t try to rip you off, they’re overly fair, and they’re incredibly honest. Never have to worry when leaving your car here. I will always bring my vehicles here. I was in a real pinch and they totally saved me! I couldnt get my plates onto my car after leaving the RMV. I call them up 8 minutes before they close and they said come on in. They helped me out and totally saved my butt!! Will forever be loyal to them

I had a bad wheel bearing on the passenger side. They got me in the day after I talk to them. Their work was quick, and very cost effective. And my car is no longer making a very loud humming noise from the wheel bearing! Ill definitely go back to them if I have any other issues with my car.

Bobs has been taking care of our families cars for a long time now. They have always been polite and very knowledgeable . I am 72 and when I come in saying the car is making this funny noise they say ok and somehow figure out how to find it! Have always been very pleased with their work and have told others to go there!

Best auto repair experience I’ve had in decades! Quick, honest and friendly service at a reasonable price.

My boyfriends car was taken here for a simple repair and they kept putting off fixing his car, and allowed a family member of my boyfriend to tamper with the car while it was in their shop. They sent the car to the junkyard without telling my boyfriend about it. They need to lose their license to fix cars.There is a thing called baillment they had no right to allow damage to be done, while they were clearly responsible for keeping it safe.

Called to see if they were open as today is a holiday. They said they are but that theyre fairly busy but I could drop it off. I explained that its my only vehicle and they offered to schedule me an appointment. I got here early, explained the issue to Bob and he took a look. Brought me into the shop to show me the brakes and rotors, explained what I was looking at, the costs and my options. He could easily have told me that both calipers and rotors needed to be replaced and Id have believed it. Instead, he told me that it needed only one rotor replaced and MIGHT need one caliper but hed take a look and see if he could unfreeze it first. I was very impressed by this as most shops try to sell you everything under the sun and price gouge on the labor. Bob has earned my business and I wont be going anywhere else!

Im not from the area originally, and finding new mechanics for me can be stressful. Im not a mechanic, but I know my stuff, and I can tell you these guys are honest. Bob himself called me, explained everything to me, and helped me prioritize my repairs. I was given a round about estimate on the fly as I requested, and the repair ended up being about $60 less then anticipated. Many garages would of stuck to that higher estimate, these guys did not, and that is why santa fe, that just broke down yet again an hour ago, is sitting there right now.
