Did a good job cleaning the car. Took longer than expected but Im fine with that as long as it was a thorough cleaning!

They dont call you back when they say they will and they are only open durning the week not accommodating at all

So I made an appointment to drop my car off to be detailed and there was road work being done. Not only were they not prepared for me but they also had no idea that there was pavement being laid down. The guy didn’t have a face mask on when I went in and had no idea what to do. Will NOT be getting my business

Made an appointment on Monday for Friday. Showed up at 9am. Guy was passed out on lobby couch and was hard to wake up. Said will take 3 to 4 hours. Showed back up 4 hrs later and apparently the guy never showed up. A wasted day. Guess they dont want my money.

American Auto Detail is the only place to go if you prefer non-toxic, scent free car cleaning. Dealerships scratch their heads when asked to clean with out toxic chemicals. Tom knows exactly what to do and he does it beautifully! My car looks fantastic without any stinky, headache inducing odors! Easy to make appointments. Quick service. Friendly service. Excellent cleaning!

American Detailing did an amazing job cleaning my mini cooper convertible. I appreciated their attention to detail, willingness to go the extra mile, and professionalism. They were accommodating to my work schedule and even offered to come pick up the car at my place of work. I highly recommend them. My little red rocket is looking very cool both inside and out. If you spend a lot of time in your car you will appreciate the nice clean feel at a very reasonable and affordable price.

Not a bad detailing job, but also not worth $190. They did not clean the windows. And they said they had to charge me extra for all the scratches on my car...the funny thing is there werent many scratches on my car. He also gave me a hard time about paying with a credit card, he had a pretty bad attitude and tried to sell me stuff that I didnt need. I would be cautious when going here.

I took my 2016 Mazda 6 in for a shine and wax and Im in love with how good it came out. Tom was able to buff out some scratches.This place is genuine. Tom the owner is a car lover and enthusist. Its a family business of car lovers who want people to be happy with their cars. He will take good care of you.

They do great work for a good price. I had my car detailed again by these guys. Its looks better then the day I got it. They still do the best work for the price..

Paid top dollar for detailing,they had my car all day, paid an extra $20, because seats were ‘so bad’, get car back, and it looked horrible... sprayed cleaner, but didn’t wipe it, so there were spots everywhere, they didn’t clean any of the crevices, corners, and didn’t go in any of the compartments to clean, so they were all still a mess. Basically, other than steam cleaning the seats, the guy did what I could have done a way better job of, for about $5 at the car wash. Called to tell of my disappointment, sent pictures, and they were nonchalant about it, and I told them I wanted it done better, so had to give up another morning of my time, to have him redo it. Very disappointing service, I’d never recommend them!

What a great feeling step into our new car after a complete detail inside and out at American Detail. Its a friendly father and son that run the business. You drop your car off for about 6 hours and they make sure it gets done right! I plan to go back soon with other vehicles.

STAY AWAY!! Wish there was a minus star option.They did an OK detailing job but Tom talked me into having some body work done. Said he had extra paint and could make it look like new.Should have known there was a problem when he said he didnt have enought paint when I dropped the car off and asked for more money which I stupidly gave him, Didnt touch the back fender and half did the front. Paint was running, no clear coat. Promised to fix it and three times I brought the car there to have it done and he either wasnt there or said he was sick. He is not to be trusted. I am in the process of taking it to small claims, Better Business Bureau and Consumer Advocates.

They did an absolutely excellent job on an older car and made it look new. I would absolutely highly recommend American Detailing!

For reasons that have absolutely NOTHING to do with American Detailing, I have had to cancel my appointment for an interior detail twice.I am giving this rating in advance because during the three phone conversations I have had with A. D., I have laughed out loud, and hung up smiling, feeling better than I did before. Thus far everyone Ive spoken has been just a delight to [try] to do business with. For no other reason than that, they have my loyalty and I will refer them to friends.Cant wait to actually get there!!! lol

Joe and Tom worked hard to bring a filthy plumbers van that I got used, up to the standard of a family recreational vehicle. Polished the dim, yellowed headlight covers too. Thanks guys.

These guys are the worst. Had to change my review. They did an awful job on some body work on my truck, it took them an additional 3 days to get it done, and it was the worst detail I’ve ever seen in my life. To top it off dude was hammered the whole time smoking cigs while he painted. DO NOT GO HERE SHUT IT DOWN

STAY AWAY FROM HERE! My car was there for weeks. Excuses about no time, too busy, and more. I patiently waited. He was supposed to do minor repairs as well. Never finished despite my paying in advance for the paint. Finally got my car which was only ok detailed. My car was taken for joy rides while there. Full tank was now 1/4. Found cigarettes, earrings and a spoon under the front seats. He lost my rubber mats. Been waiting for more than six weeks for a $200 refund. DONT BE DECEIVED BY HIS EXCUSES. This guy is dishonest.
