I contacted Jim at Windows Pittsburgh about a new front door. I had called some other companies previously and I wasn’t happy with the prices they offered me. Jim came to my home to take some measurements, show me some entry door samples, and discuss pricing. He was willing to work with me on pricing as well as options in color and materials. The door came in much quicker than we had discussed and the installation process was seamless. I am very happy with the service and would recommend Windows Pittsburgh to others.

Windows Pittsburgh installed 9 windows at our house. It was a smooth experience from start to finish. Jim did not pressure us at all, and the price was very reasonable compared to other companies. The installation crew did a fantastic job and left the house cleaner than it was before they started. The windows look beautiful and weve gotten many compliments! We have recommended Windows Pittsburgh to several friends and family members already. We will definitely use them again when we have to finish replacing the rest of our windows!

We had 10 windows replaced this week and our house looks like a completely different house. I love it! The installer did an amazing job and cleaned up after himself as he worked. Our old windows were around 55 years old and well past their useful life span. The new windows open easily, dont leak, and look great. I would highly recommend Windows Pittsburgh!

Jim came to our house and reviewed his products with us in a no-pressure setting. He offered a very reasonable and competitive quote for 13 windows and we said wed get back to him after getting estimates from 2 additional companies. We later decided to add a sliding glass door and a storm door and Jim was quick to update his quote. Upon signing the contract, he required a relatively small advance deposit but then did not take any additional payment until the job was done and we were satisfied with the final product. The installers, Dave and Gene, where professional, knowledgeable, and respectful, and they did a great job cleaning up. The windows and doors look great and are a huge upgrade over the previous ones. We were so satisfied that weve already been in contact about 2 additional door replacements by Windows Pittsburgh in 2021.

In January, my husband and I met with Jim regarding replacing 11 windows in our home. Jim was very friendly and knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. The quoted price was much lower than we were expecting. While the salesman and installation crew were top notch- the calls for a service repair are lacking . The new norm now is to blame everything on COVID for delays but yet there was no COVID delay in the salesperson coming twice no delays in the windows being installed 3 was ahead of schedule but yet somehow getting a single repair done is now COVID delayed. As always your promised everything to get the sale but service is lacking. Three weeks now waiting for a service tech visit. Unexceptable,!

Windows Pittsburgh installed a custom exterior door for me. They did a wonderful job! I give them 5 stars because 1) they offer top of the line products (ProVia) 2) the price was very reasonable (much lower than some competitors) 3) installation was superbly done 4) installed within stated time frame 5) on time, friendly, skilled and knowledgeable installer. Ill hire them again for my next project.

Windows Pittsburgh has done a fabulous job with our door, roof and windows so far. We had 11 windows replaced, our roof completely redone, two regular doors and two storm doors replaced. We will have our siding replaced in the spring by Windows Pittsburgh also. Jim is wonderful to work with and installation has gone very well so far. We gathered several estimates and decided Windows Pittsburgh was the best. We cannot wait for it to be spring!

All in all a good experience.. No high pressure sale but was a took a number of communications to get the quote for exactly what we asked for.Installation process was a bit disorganized as it took several trips to get the job completed. In the end, we got a good job at a good price

I just had my windows, patio and basement doors replaced on Monday! Made the inside of our townhouse looks like a brand new building! The sliding glass patio door is awesome and the back wall looks like a brand new room as a result! The workers were great and this is the first time in twenty-five years that we dont feel a cold draft with the new windows! Like living in a brand new house! I highly recommend this company because they will save you money!

I purchased my first windows from Jim in 2009, and was satisfied enough to give Windows Pgh return business in 2018 (windows for whole home).I’m glad I did. Jim is a nuts and bolts professional, who thankfully doesn’t overload potential customers with the frills and glitzy sales gimmicks of other companies. His price was very reasonable and the installers did a very fine job. Just as in 2009, no issues. I highly recommend Windows Pgh.

Update 3/29/19- We have now used Windows Pittsburgh 3 separate times and I have been 100% happy each time. We ordered 2 sets of sliding doors and replaced 7 windows. When we replace the rest of our windows, I will definitely be calling Jim. I cannot recommend Windows Pittsburgh enough. Their prices are fair, we are thrilled with the Provia windows and doors, and the installers take their time and do an excellent job.Initial Review:Before we selected Windows Pittsburgh to install new sliding patio doors, we had multiple quotes from window companies and sat through countless painful (and long) presentations and videos. Jim was a breath of fresh air. There was no cheesy presentation and no upselling. He accurately assessed our needs and helped us choose the perfect Provia doors to replace our old doors. He was fair and honest and lived up to his excellent reviews. We will definitely call Jim again when we are ready to replace the rest of the windows and doors in our home.
