Needed to get a quote foe new windows and heard about some good promotions that Window Nation was running. They sent Tony over and he was great at walking us through the process and what he though would be best for us. He made sure to understand what we wanted to achieve and long term what our goals were to present us with the best options. I really appreciate his no pressure approach and he made it easy for us to go with him.

My husband and I had our window consultation today with Richard Yerman. He gave us thorough explanation of how everything works and answered just about every question before we could even ask him. He was friendly and and very informative. He was able to give us the price for all windows and then of just the ones we were most concerned about. We purchased a home in December with fairly new Window Nation windows. I just called because one of the windows is leaking water all over my brand new carpeting and because we didn’t transfer the warranty within 90 days they won’t service the window. I was willing to pay the transfer fee. I would even pay for a service call, I just need this window fixed to protect our home. What a horrible company, buyer beware!!!

I contacted window nation in 2019. I found the salesperson to be courteous and patient as we went through the details. The price was competitive and the overall deal was very good. I had no problems with the windows being ordered or with the installation date and crew.However, within the first six months, I had water running down through one of the new windows. The Vytek service technician was kind and knowledgeable. He did his best to fix the problem, but identified a possible installation issue as the problem. Fast forward to 2021, 7 of the 10 windows I had installed are leaking and have caused water damage to my walls and possibly more. The water is literally coming down from the sill or from behind the trim. The technician returned and reiterated the same issue as before... A problem with the installation. His quick fix from before is not holding up either. Ive tried to contact service to speak with someone about this issue and having it fixed properly. They are not returning any of my calls.Im currently regretting my purchase and Im worried about the damage their poor installation caused to my house.

After a long presentation from a slick sales man I contracted with Window Nation for my replacement windows. Be warned, They use a high pressure sales tactic to get you to sign at the end of the presentation to get you to commit saying that the price was only good if you signed immediately. Big Mistake. I should have know right then and there to walk away. The windows do look beautiful but the installation was shoddy at best. I am now discovering two years after they were installed that they are leaking water form the top of the window into the inside of the house. After contacting customer service, I was told it would cost 150.00 to have it looked at and repaired. They claimed it was an issue with the caulking at installation. Now a second window has developed the same issue. Please look for another window company and save yourself the aggravation.

I was very pleased with our experience so far with Window Nation. Our sales person, Tony, was absolutely wonderful. He wasnt pushy at all, he went over all the options and helped us select windows that were in the price and quality range we wanted without pressuring me to go for the most costly option. He was incredibly transparent about the business even showing us a sheet of the companies that would be more expensive and the ones that would likely be cheaper and the differences in what we would receive from the other companies. He went over their insurance and certifications which was great and covered the definitions of the warranty and the differences between all the window types. Overall I was thoroughly impressed with both the quality and the cost. Are they the cheapest? No. Are they cheaper than other companies who impressed me far less with their products and services, absolutely. Oh and I should add that my very energetic, very needy toddler was with me the whole time and his patience and friendliness with her was appreciated beyond compare. Ill update my review once the work is completed but the thoroughness and knowledge of the representative sold me immediately.

My wife and I signed our purchase agreement on 1/23/21 and was told that our windows would be installed 12-14 weeks after measurement was completed . Our measurement was completed 2/15/21 which would give us an install range of mid/late may. As the date approached we had no updates which forced me to call and try to get any information around an install date. Left a message with the sales manager and after a week of no response, a follow up call was finally answered letting us know that there was a delay. However there was no new estimated install date.Fast forward to early July and another phone call to customer service, we were told that our windows would be in the week of July 18th. By the end of the week with no call, we reached back out to the sales manager asking for an update and what window nation was doing to compensate their customers for missing deadlines by such a large amount. Originally an answer was avoided, but they came back with a $150 gift card ?The sales manager finally responded after several emails saying that the windows are now estimate to be In By 8/9. There was no update given! We have to call every step of the way to figure out what the new date is that they have pushed us back to! I understand the pandemic has effected everyone but come on, we are now looking at double the amount of time to get our windows installed than we were originally told.Window nation - you could have an understanding customer if you didn’t force me to work for you by calling several times a month to get my own updates . Seems like your sales team will call 10x to get a sale but not once once the contract is signed updating customers of delays.I will posting another review if the “new” arrival date is not met . We will also be consulting with an attorney if we are pushed back again as well.Buy with caution!Update 9/1Windows were finally installed about a week and a half ago. One window was shipped/installed broken, two windows were missing the screens that we purchased. There was caulking left on our deck that we were told would be cleaned upon final inspection, it was not, leaving our deck discolored.Only positive was that the installers were good guys and very quick. All windows installed in about 7 hours

The crew that came worked fast and efficient to get the old windows out and new ones in quickly during the cold winter weather. Everyone was nice and friendly. They did a good quality job and cleaned up everything when done. No damage, no mess and Im excited to have these new windows now. start to finish, set up, removal, install, cleaned and gone in less than 5 hrs for 15 windows. Good job guys

I just recently purchased my house and had already put a lot of money into it. So my budget at this time is the only reason I cannot have them start today. However I would like to add that I was so impressed with Tony that I explained to him I would be calling him within the next 6 to 12 months when the budget has more leniency to replace 22 windows. That will save me a lot of time in the future since I have had so many estimates. Theres no reason to end up in the dog house with a poor budget, when I can wait 12 months or less and get the good quality windows that I iand my home deserve.
