They cant update my direct deposit after someone hijacked my identity years ago. I have jumped through hoops for months and they still cant do it. Now Im stuck at a bank I do not want to use anymore because I cant get someone who knows how to do basic tasks. Oh and if you call the 1800 number, use IRIS, or go here they will all tell you to go to one of the others. Its pathetic.

Worst experience ever. Access. Parking garage. Moved to Butler which has an accessible system. I tried to use so called valet parking in Pittsburgh... surely. Insulting. Better hires perhaps...

I had totally knee replacement and the doctors and all the nurses from going into surgery to recover room to my stay for three days (3 days) were all great ones my thanks to them all, sorry if I forget anybody, like housekeeping (I’m sorry if not your right tilled) to the cooks and everybody from the very bending to when I left and I’m sure I might have missed a lot more professional personal again thank you all from me and all the older veterans again thank you!

The doctors dont even try to listen to my concerns. They interupt me and rush out the door, clearly showing that they just dont care. Then when I ask questions and dont understand, Ive had a nurse rudely say that Im not listening. The difference is that I AM listening and actually trying to understand. The Doctors however, DONT listen. Even the nurses dont pay attention to patients concerns. It is disgraceful that Veterans are treated this way. IF ENOUGH VETERANS MAKE A COMPLAINT TO PATIENT ADVOCACY, AND CALL THEIR CONGRESSMEN, VA STAFF WILL BE FORCED TO TREAT VETERANS WITH THE RESPECT AND QUALITY CARE THEY DESERVE.

Complete and total incompetence in action. They have completely walled themselves off and refuse open communication. They violate VA policy and guidelines. BEWARE if they are responsible for you!

Ive had the unfortunate pleasure of working with a Voc Rehab counselor out of this office for several months. Tina Snyder does not return phone calls or emails....after weeks of attempts. She never answers her phone and always lets it go straight to voice mail. The one time (in six months) that I actually spoke with her, she acted (albeit on the phone) as though I was a disruption. Ive had the displeasure of working with some very typical government functionaries in more than 30 years of service, but I have never been treated this poorly. I can only pray that someone in a supervisory position takes notice and puts her out before she does this to another veteran.

Care the veteran I dont think so. No answer on hold for 1 hour. Then talked to someone who chastised me for calling then transferred then Passed back and forth between departments and then to be told I have to resubmit a appeal. With that kind of attention no wonder suicide is high and older vets are neglected. Now waiting on paperwork for Nashville TN. Sad.

I have never been there, they are doing my claims. My letters they send to me never have the correct address so I do not get the information on where to go for exams. Seems like my claims will never be completed. Not very happy with the way I have been treated, my claim is service connected.

Ive called the personal agents number that I was given by them 50+ times... always to voice mail, calls and emails never returned. Call the office number during business hours and it always says they are closed.
