Every area/room is spotless and made to protect our safety...especially during these COVID times. Dr. McNeil and each employee wears everything necessary...and more... to help protect us. Dr. McNeil is an excellent dentist and all that assist her are excellent also. Everyone is professional as well as warm and caring. I have been a patient for years...and highly recommend this office for all your dental needs...and excellent for children too.

This was my first visit to the dentist once restrictions had been lifted for our county during the Covid-19 pandemic. The office sent out an email prior with check-in instructions and how they were taking precautions to keep their staff and clients safe. I wore a mask upon arrival and check out. I felt very comfortable during my visit, well, as comfortable as a visit to the dentist could be!

My actual appointment was wonderful. The dental hygienist and the dentist were great. I gave this 4 stars because I waited in the lobby for over 30 minutes before they called me back for my appointment. My husband had a similar experience a few weeks earlier. If they know they are running behind, it would be great to get a text or phone call so that you can show up a little later. With work, that extra 30-45 minutes makes a big difference.

Feb 2018- Personally, I have always had a fear of the dentist. Dr. McNeil and her staff have been absolutely amazing. I don’t have any reservations about following up with them. They are friendly, courteous, and professional. I even got a hand full of cavities filled by Dr. McNeil last year.Oct 2018- Today was my third checkup with Dr. McNeil. I was welcomed and treated well by the staff. Again the dental staff did an excellent job on my cleaning- no pain! And again Dr. McNeil was exceptional. Her exam was thorough and recommendations were direct.I am so impressed with Dr. McNeil and her staff that I scheduled my wife for an initial exam here.#bestdentist

I really enjoy my experience every time I go to McNeil Dental. Dr. McNeil not only makes me feel like Im an important patient to her, but she also takes good care of my teeth and gives me the necessary treatment to keep my teeth healthy and clean. I absolutely recommend going to McNeil Dental.

I was in for my regular cleaning today and like the ones before, everything went well. They were ready for me when I arrived for my appointment and got me in and out efficiently but without making me feel rushed. The staff is wonderful, very knowledgeable and very friendly. They almost make me WANT to go to the dentist. Almost!!

I just recently started going to Dr McNeil and the experience has been excellent. At my first cleaning Melissa the hygienist was friendly professional and explained everything along the way. Dr McNeil was also professional and approachable. When I came back for more work Dr McNeil had to numb my tooth and I was really nervous about it. I never felt any pain or even the slightest discomfort. She recommended I only numb one of the areas they were working on as the other was shallow and she was spot on in recommendation. I’m so glad I trusted her judgement as it saved me from having both sides of my mouth numb! You will get high quality professional care here.

Going to the dentist is one of my least favorite things to do to say the least, but Dr. McNeil and her staff make going to the dentist a lot less painful everyone is great there. Plus they play classic rock in their office, which is so much better than the Kenny G that I have had to endure at other dentists office in the past.

I am a baby when it comes to dentist. Dr. McNeil is patient, kind, understanding and compassionate. Along with every one of her staff members. I was never over charged or had work performed on me that was not necessary. The staff was observant of my pain tolerance and never looked down on me for being a ...baby.Not only do I see Dr. McNeil, but both of my children do (20 and 23 year olds) who both absolutely love her and the staff.

I went to Dr McNeil several months ago. She was not very friendly and actually quite rude to me. Never met her before, I thought maybe she was having an off day but still its kind of scary to have someone work on your mouth that appears to be angry or unhappy. Her staff did not seem to like their job very much. I had this dr fill a cavity and ever since she filled it, the tooth never seemed right. I mentioned it to there office a week or two after and they asked the dr about it and they assured me that everything went well with the filling. I just moved out of state and I had X-rays done at my new dentist. He confirmed my worst fears. Dr McNeil did not do my filling correctly. Also I should add that I did not tell this new dentist about my gum bleeding just on this tooth when I would floss or my other concerns about this particular filling. He had no idea. In my X-rays you can clearly see that McNeil filled a cavity and did a terrible job. The way she filled the cavity, it is visibly and significantly over hanging and has caused the bone to slowly decay. Its very very obvious. Now I understand why I am in pain when eating randomly and my gum bleeds only in that area when I floss. Now I have to get a crown on that tooth which I have never needed before and its going to be VERY expensive. I also got a second opinion and the second opinion agrees. The cavity was not filled correctly and I will need a crown. I am extremely upset with this dentist. Would not recommend her to anyone.
