This company is so shady. We took a taxi from the airport. It was sitting there at 11pm without its lights on. The driver was reclined in his seat. He didn’t put our address into his meter. He was flying down the Highway and on back roads. He informed us once we got to our house that his credit card machine was broken and that we needed to pay cash. The screen on the machine was clearly illuminated. Pretty sure he just pocketed the money since he never turned the meter on. Thank goodness we didn’t leave any tip although the entire $45 was his tip I’m sure of it.
Rides take a while to show up. And talk to a recording more often than a human. But I have met some very friendly drivers and had pleasant experiences once they did finally show up
Confirms 3 times, the fourth I hung up. We were stranded! All computer, no real people.
Scheduled a wheelchair van for 8:45, our first time using Ztrip. At 9:15 I called and found out it was actually a first come first served service and they were looking for a driver. LOKING FOR ONE ?! Then I had to confirm I still wanted the ride every 15 minutes….we were NEVER told it was as available at the time of booking, in the text confirmation, in the voice messages…. It really left my mom in a terrible situation. There was no guarantee there would even be ine available! NEVER use this service! Actually, NEVER ATTEMPT to use them, if you must be somewhere. Pitiful, terrible company.
I called for someone who had lost thier phone. She waited over an hour and no one came. Recieved calls about every 15 minutes that were automated and no way to cimplain
HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! The drivers never showed up and when I called they kept on telling me that they were working on it, an hour went by and no one came. I was late to my best friends wedding, One of the worst experience of my life I do not recommend it at all.
Did you know they have handicapped accessible vans!?? They got my dad to a party and he was able to see his family for the first time in 3 years!! They were late BUT I was informed that could be possible considering they are limited on the handicapped vehicles.... I called other agencies such as access and sierra transport and no one could help for a reasonable cost. They were asking for almost $200 (to travel 4.2 miles) when ztrip cost $15!!!! Thank you ztrip!!!
Do not assume because you have reserved a cab here that one will ever show up! They are now three for three at taking a reservation and over an hour later they are still looking for a driver! If not for my early rising daughter I would have missed my heart catherization last week. This group is not responsible in any sense of the word. Write the off and look elsewhere!
Some of the time, I guess most of the time they are greatBut when you get a ride driver bit changes then whole story. Im very short, so sub is almost impossible.And if I request a regular car service is slow. Really a difficult situation.
We got into the airport at 10:45. Homewood Suites was picking up the bill. The driver gave SO much attitude and threatened to kick us out because he wasn’t aware of their policy. I let him know I had the money, but wasn’t going to pay. He had the guts to ask for a tip after. Which I gave, but not before telling him how unpleasant he has been. Then made my wife and son get our bags out themselves while I finished our check in. You should be ashamed having this clown drive for you!
My mother in law had made a reservation for her nephew. They assured her that there would be a taxi to pick him up so he wouldn’t miss his bus. They lied and he missed his bus. Now we have to pay for another bus ticket.

Company is really hit-or-miss, if you have to call a cab dont expect them to show. I decided to try my first shot at using zTrip instead of Uber while coming home from the Pittsburgh International Airport, as a zTrip cab was waiting at the departure gate ready to go.I found my ride home from the airport very comfortable, driver was friendly and made good conversation. Fares were reasonable. Id be happy to use their service again, however Ive never had any luck when calling a cab to come pick me up from a location. All in all, good service, if you can get them to come to you.
Ordered a car 10 hrs in advance to get me to the airport for a red eye flight. 4:30am came & went. At 5 am I ordered an Uber. 5:15 am I get an automated call from Ztrip that they were searching for a driver for my 4:30am pick up.Will NEVER use ZTrip again. Never.

I have often reserved a Ztrip taxi for my frequent trips to the VA hospital in Pittsburgh. I have never been disappointed. The drivers are courteous and professional and actually call to confirm that Im ready to be picked up at the desired time
I got a trip from PIT to squirrel Hill . I made sure they take card because I never carry cash on me. The driver kept insisting and insisting I pay cash. So he takes me to an ATM. I get $80 and hand it to him. He proceeded to drive off with my luggage in the trunk. I cant get anyone in the lost and found dept. All of my heart medication is in that bag. If I die, I blame Ztrip.

They were the only taxi company that would pick me up in Butler Pennsylvania they were the only taxi company that answered the phone with a live person that I could actually talk to they got me to the airport in a timely manner and the man was very friendly very nice driver

Needed a taxi from McNeilly Rd T Station to my home about 5 miles away. Car (minivan) arrived quickly, was SPOTLESSLY clean and comfortable. Driver was very nice, professional, and friendly. Would highly recommend from my experience
Tried calling and gave my address. Couldnt get a response so I drove to the airport and parked there. Probably was cheaper to do that.
They are never available to pick up after they drop you off. You have to wait hours. They need a better system or more drivers.
I needed a a taxi but because Im in a wheelchair and I also needed a van they said I needed to reservation an hour in advance so I did as required then I got a call saying my taxi #300 was 2 minutes away so I was waiting for it & it never showed up I call & they told me the driver couldnt find me so they were going to send another car and its 66:12 and no vehicle has come for me Im sitting in my wheelchair soaking wet with no ride terrible service oh & I didnt mention that they canceled it sometime in between my calls to them so Im furious & disappointed
I was sitting at breakfast in an ihop with my family when the driver of cab 462 made such a scene we had to call the cops. He was screaming at the staff, walked back into the kitchen of the business to continue to yell at staff. He was cursing, had his hands in their faces and more! He was also parked in a handicap spot. I called the number on the cab to report, and the first person I spoke with at local office was nice and transferred me to a supervisor, she transferred me to the corporate office. Where I was transferred to a voicemail. What a great representation of your company to walk out after making a scene to the point of calling the cops to go get in a car marked with your logo and phone number. I would steer clear of this cab company.
Never showed up...scheduled ride THE DAY BEFORE. Then started calling 35-40 mins LATE stating ride was there & the girl who called HAD AN ATTITUDE WITH ME! ☆☆☆DO NOT(!!!!!!!!!!!) USE THIS SERVICE.☆☆☆ UNRELIABLE, UNPROFESSIONAL. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING.
Driver Tom O’Shea picked me up, and he is a great driver with excellent service. I definitely will call this service again when needed.
This cab service seriously needs to be discontinued, they are the most inefficient service anyone could get! Better off going with limousine service, at least they will get you to your destination on time! After they wouldn’t return calls, I blocked my number out, called again and punked them out wondering where my cab was after a two hour wait, needless to say they were quite embarrassed!

Takes forever to get a ride confirmation and even then ride cancellations are really common. Only plus side is they dont seem to do surge pricing like Uber and Lyft.

A zTrip driver screamed in my face, from 2 feet away, maskless during a viral pandemic. I called to report this incident and was shocked at what happened. The company repeatedly refused to file a report, blamed me for not having enough information, and continually transferred my call to random individuals that did not help me. I was eventually told, by the CEO of the company, that I was free to file a lawsuit and police report. The response was more shocking than the incident itself.

Booked a ride through Super shuttle. Cost me $50, driver never showed. Called the number and they didnt have anyone to pick me up even with a confirmed reservation. Had to drive myself and pay to park at the airport. NEVER AGAIN.

Driver was very rude at busy gas station. When I was there waiting about 5 minutes for an available pump, he pulls up behind me right as the other driver gets in to leave. I tried to back into the pump becase all were full, he then honked several times to stop me. When i pulled out of the way he did the exact same thing and backed into the pump also nearly hitting another vehicle! This all while a rider is in the car. This was at 4pm at the gas station on pitt airport propety.Car number a49926 plate: tx 49920. Have pictures of all. Was a black male driver. I pulled into the pump next to him to gas up and told him I was clearly trying to get in that pump, he then looked at me with a blank face and ignored me.I have never used ztrip but guaratee i never will now. An UBer or Lyft or Taxi driver would NEVER do that. Poor drivers, and looking at other reviews seems like service in general sucks. Hire better employees and fire drivers like this!

I would rate it zero if possible. Called at 830pm for a ride. Automated machine told me 1 hour. Called back at 945pm. Talked with a human who said they are sorry and finding a rider for us. 1145pm we gave up. Never use!!!
I ordered a taxi for my hotel guests @5:12 am for a 5:45 am pick up. I called to find out how much longer as it had been over 45 minutes and the taxi had not arrived. Was picked up by a woman with pink hair and a face covered with star tattoos. She clearly isn’t happy working here and it showed. We entered the car and she slammed her door. She sped all the way to the hotel. She mocked my friend, and myself when we would speak to her. Never have I felt so unsafe in a taxi in my life. This woman is unstable and should not be working. I have attached a photo of the car she drives. She picked us up in the morning yesterday at the Pittsburgh airport, please beware!

Do not rely on this service. Even if you schedule an hour ahead of time they will make you late. I scheduled a driver for 3:30 and did not receive a call from someone until 4:40pm. When I called for an update around 3:40pm the lady on the phone had an attitude and told me to give them 15 minutes. Just for 15 minutes to pass and still have no one to pick me up. Waste of time, not worth it at all. Stick with uber or lyft.

I have been overcharged numerous times within the past year by this company. Still waiting for a refund from last June-September when my service dog was put in the trunk of a z-trip vehicle and the z-trip driver at that time was very rude and made me feel extremely uncomfortable.Plus the driver I have gotten to take me around now doesnt even turn the meter off or even stop the meter when I am in the stores. I have spent over $2,000-$10,000 within the whole year just on z-trip rides. Thats a lot of money to pay. I just paid $60 on February 10, 2021 just to go 3 places and then back home. I want all my money back from this company. Especially for the rude behavior the one z-trip driver had shown towards us and for putting my service dog in the trunk of her vehicle.
I had nothing but great drivers with only one exception the entire time I was in Pittsburgh.

TERRIBLE AND NOT SAFE!!! I’m a young college student who took a z-trip home from the airport back in December. The airport advertisement and the app stated where my driver was supposed to be pick me up but my driver called me and told me to walk five minutes away from that location to another pick up area. My driver then asked ME how to get home. It was late at night and I had never flown out of that airport before so I honestly had no idea. He thankfully had a general idea of how to get to campus but it was TERRIFYING to be a young girl in a car with a stranger not knowing where you’re going. My driver then proceeds to make not one but TWO phone calls during my trip home. The second phone call lasted the majority of the trip until we were about a minute away from house. My driver also repeatedly referred to me as “his queen” which was again so uncomfortable because I look like I’m 12. My trip was then $10 more than what the app said it would cost, most likely because he didn’t take the easiest route through campus. I did not feel safe having in park directly in front of my house so I had him park in front of the house next to mine and I waited until he left to walk to mine. I’ve tried to contact customer service SEVERAL times about getting a refund because my driver was unprofessional, inappropriate, and I did not feel safe at all during my trip.
The app said 30 dollars for the ride. Driver turned on his meter and charged me $50. Ridiculous. Never using again. Dont recommend. Nigerian scammer driver.

I work in a mental health care facility. Two of my residents called to take a cab to the Family Dollar (which they are allowed to do). They called at 1pm and heard nothing! The driver informed them they would arrive in 15 minutes. These two ladies waited hours, calling and receiving an automated message. They wanted to get out of the house and do some shopping. They did not receive a call until 8pm. 7 hours really? They are mentally ill and were blown off and disrespected by this company. Truly appalling.

Neighbors, just wanted to let you know about a bad experience with Z Trip yesterday. My wife is a leg amputee and power wheelchair bound; she had appointments for CT scanning and chemo yesterday at Shadyside Hospital and Hillman Cancer Center. Z Trip has two wheelchair vans; one picked her up at 6:00 AM as scheduled to take her to her appointments.Her return trip was also scheduled with Z Trip; when she called around 5:30 PM to request the pick up the dispatcher told her to wait outside Hillman and it would be there soon. We waited and waited (I drove over in my car) and nothing, she called back around 6:30 and was told the van went to our house by mistake and would be there soon. More waiting, she called back again around 7:15 and was told that they were trying to locate the wheelchair van. We waited some more and a very kind nurse noticed that we were the only people left at Hillman and asked if she could help. She got on the phone with the Z Trip dispatcher and tried for more than an hour to get information on where wheelchair van was.Around 8:45 we finally gave up with Z Trip and thankfully one of the local ambulance companies that had transported my wife in the past had a crew nearby and they were able to bring her home on a stretcher. As fate would have it the nurses husband works at one of the auto dealerships on Baum Blvd.; the nurse so kindly took my wifes power wheelchair, locked it overnight in her office, and had her husbands dealership bring it out to our house this morning.We are so grateful to this most kind nurse for helping us in such a rough spot. And I wanted to let everyone know to be very careful in relying on Z Trip for transportation - their dispatcher didnt seem to have a clue with where their vehicles are, even though everyone of them has a GPS.Posted

I am stuck at the hospital right now and I cant get a ride because they couldnt find anyone. I dont know why they are still up of they cant get anyone to drive for their company. This company is a disgrace and should just go under
Driver available promptly. Cost better than company X and no driver available at company Y. He was a little intrusive with personal comments and questions. He got me where I was going. Not a comfortable situation for a rider and rife with gender-driven innuendo. I like no prepayment and option of using cash. Paying on-site by credit worked well too.

I called for a cab on a Wednesday night at 9:45 pm and at midnight still no cab yet. Called and spoke to an employee and they said that the still have no cabs available but one will be here as soon as possible. How is in an hour and fifteen minutes can they still not have a driver to dispatch especially with the covid crisis and most places closing early. Worst cab service ever now I see why uber and lyft are the top rideshare companies only problem with them is they dont accept cash. Way to go ztrip I will get a bank card and use the best to companies uber and lyft. If you live in a bad neighborhood it seems that ztrip is discriminating the poor neighborhoods.
On Friday I met the best person ever who I did not think was racist. He is a blond driver that has a couple of teeth missing and he had an Uber sticker in the front window. He drives a black vehicle. Will ride again with them and maybe learn how to type better too!!!
The drivers were an absolute delight. Told me all about Pittsburgh. They knew where they were going. One refused to start the meter until we got out of the train station. The other cut it off at an even $10 even though he could of charged more. They were friendly, prompt, on time, and easier to get than an Uber. I would 100% use this company again.
