Professional, caring and helpful! Very knowledgeable about areas of medical practice beyond psychiatry. Dr. Kreps is a bit late sometimes, but the wait is worth how much she has helped me.

Its hard to find a decent psychiatrist in this city on my insurance. Dr Kreps is great. Glad I found her. Even better is the therapist she works with. Best one Ive ever had.

Terrible doctor. Consistently 45 mins to an hour late. Incredibly disorganized--regularly lost my blood results between visits (also rarely called with my blood results). I recommended her to two friends who were struggling and she never called them back. I was having an issue with my medication and it took her weeks to return my calls, even though I left on my messages that I was feeling like a danger to myself. I asked about the specifics of my diagnosis to look into medical marijuana, and she not only did not respond to my messages, but she responded by sending me an invoice for appointments from 2013 and 2017--which I had never received invoices for, prior to that. Her office is like a hoarders home--waist high stacks of folders and photos and just general junk so there is only a small path to walk through to get to a chair, which is simply awful to navigate with OCD. Worst doctor, ever.

I never waited less than an hour for her to show up for my appointments. Sometimes 1 1/2 hours. Sometimes she didnt even show up. The biggest problem with this is I was always her first appointment of the day. It takes multiple calls before she calls a prescription in. Got a new doctor now and he is outraged at the medication regime she had me on. Doses beyond the legal limit. I now have lifelong complications because of it.

Ive worked with Dr. Kreps as well as the social worker and the psychologist in her practice and have found them to be highly professional and very dedicated. Dr. Kreps seems extremely knowledgeable about medecine and I honestly wish that she could be my PCP. My conversations with Ms. Christman have also been very helpful in improving my sense of wellbeing and finding direction.
